Amanda Telker: Cashier walked away as I walked up to counter. When she came back, never said sorry/thank you for waiting. In fact, never said a word. Looked upset as though I interrupted social hour. Bathroom looked nasty.
No Pressure: Got told to kick me out if I'm gonna be rude, cause I didn't understand what the woman at the counter was trying to tell me. Yelled it infront of everyone. I wasn't being rude, I saw how busy you were. I didn't understand, and you wouldn't explain. I just said how impressed I was that one woman was running two registers like a champ. And then you treat your customers like that. Oof.
Kelly Quinn: Between the 4 people standing behind the counter, not one of them could be bothered to help me bag my items while I was holding my baby, and just watched me do it one handed myself instead.
Luke Clor: Not open 24/7. I get people not having the staff to be open. Should change hours to reflect not being open.
Daniel Matakiewicz: Worked here as the lead assistant manager. Don't work here, if you are management they will work doubles and sometimes triples with no breaks and no remorse. Tried to file a complaint of discrimination to corporate that went ignored. After 90+ hours a week they gave my promotion I worked hard for to someone new with no experience in the position.
Traci Shillings: Seems like ever since they were “bought out” by 7-11, every store around me is constantly out of something. Whether it’s cups, lids, straws etc. Someone either needs to shut them down, or get in there, get the right management and the items in there that are needed to keep the business going.

Montana South: DO NOT redeem lottery tickets at this store.I had a $220 win in the Bonus Ball Bingo along with another bingo game (I want to say it was only a $3 win and two Wild Cherry wins (a $10 and a $5 win if I'm not mistaken).I cashed them in here and I was told I only won $13.I heard a validation slip print out for all 4 lottery tickets. My fiance even double checked the $220 bingo game and said that I surely won $220.I wanted to quiz the cashier but I work at the other Speedway up the road and had to be at work.This occured at around 1:40 and my cashier was an elder lady running the middle register.**uPDATE: I spoke to someone else who apparently had the same experience as me. They won a decent amount on a ticket and the cashier told them they didn't win anything.

Douglas: So far every time I went into the Speedway gas station I have been taken very good care of by well-mannered employees who AR working to keep the place nice and clean or working to keep hot food and snacks normally kept available going before they run out if possible when they can unless they're too busy. They are very good about keeping their parking lot and store both very clean and picked up free of trash as well as changing out the bags in the trash cans to keep them from being to the point of being overflowed and the next person having to try and fight to get the trash pushed down or having to take the few extra steps especially for someone who could be in a hurry just do you find a trash can that's not keeping over the top or out the slots of the plastic weather trash can cover.
Sam Huber: How are both bathrooms out of order. I drive for a living and very rarely do I ever see a speedway with no bathroom. Don’t be lazy clean your bathrooms don’t just put an out of order sign. Lame

Eleaser McNeil: On better days I would give speedway on East 65th off Binford the highest marks available but today we must go with a 2 but really a 1 the manager was soo rude but I always feel that way about her it’s just today she was the only person taking money, I come every morning get coffee, odds and ends and lottery tickets, when I put the coffee up no problem till I asked for my ticket all hell broke out she gave all the wrong ones and had the nerve to talk crazy when I told her I told her just give them to me because the line was around the store but I had to keep telling her to apply my money from my winnings to this purchase she acted like I was speaking a foreign language I’m very upset with the service but I’ll be ok if one of the tickets I didn’t order wins I definitely won’t go back to that location
The Dining Grandpa: This is one of the very nicest speedway stations in the area. Very generous parking lot. Easy access in and out of the pumps. Car wash available. Larger than usual inside and always very clean and tidy.

Christopher Sims: Have had multiple rude encounters with a particular employee. But as I know everyone has bad days from time to time. My real gripe is the fact that every time I put gas in my work vehicle with a company card not a single pump prints out receipts anymore and has been this way for months . Why should I have to go wait in line in the store just to get a receipt when I pay at the pump just ridiculous. Highly considering removing Speedway from our fuel location

Dee Black: As a former employee at this location I can say that the store was definitely not up to the standards of Brian the manager! As soon as I opened the door I heard an alarm from the BIBS and at least one pump was sucking air the food on the roller grill looked like it had been there for several hours as did the pizzas on the turntables the refrigerated case was not stocked neither were the fountain cups and lids and the cashier was more interested in talking with a customer about getting a different job than dealing with the store or other customers! Brian needs to talk to his staff!I will be going in Monday to talk to him about it!

Michael Linz: At noon on 8-10-22 I was waiting in line to check out with 2 items. 3 people in front of me a gentleman is checking out and having trouble with his card or speedy rewards, not quite sure. The cashier and the customer start getting into an arguement and instead of remaining professional the cashier starts cussing out the customer. Then when she is done the cashier next to her chimes in and also begins to insult the customer eventually leading to him just leaving. The manager is standing right around the corner and does nothing to control the situation or even reprimand his staff for their actions.Upon myself getting to the register my cashier then decides to develop a tone and give me attitude when I have done or said absolutely nothing. This is pathetic and very unprofessional. As a former manager of a Speedway I know my District Manager would have fired the 2 cashiers and been very harsh on me for these actions. It's very disgusting and should never happen.

Joseph Marnati: Just seen a video of a person being refused to bring their service dog into the store. I will be contacting ADA US Dept of justice. Under the federal law for ASA it is against the law to refuse service to a person with a service dog. An employee/ business may ask " is this service animal required because of a disability?" and they may ask "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" any thing other than that is a violation of the American Disabilities Act.
