They ended up letting me purchase a battery they didn’t even have. I then located the location on Pendleton Pike so afraid i’d get the same answer. Not only did this location have my needed automotive battery in stock, but they were the sweetest people ever. I was having such a bad day, but Mike helped make it better. He printed off my order information, and had it waiting for me the moment I got there. He walked me through things he was doing and swapped my battery out quickly. Glen Beck: Went in to get a key copied for my vehicle and was told it was so expensive because it had a chip in it , when I knew for a fact that it didn't.They called whoever and confirmed that I was right and then said the blank key was 20$ and an additional charge of 15 to cut it.I declined and later found an establishment on the south side that would do the work that I was looking for for 6$What a ripoff this place is.My advice to others would be to take your business somewhere else.Shame on you people.

Store is very clean and the employees are always busy with customers, but when it's your turn at the counter they don't shy away from offering a little extra help if you have a problem with a dead battery, for example.

You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all

And the other one needed a battery for her car key fob which also didn't take very long. Our salesman was Marc and the other two were just as amazing and listened to us women rambling on about keys and such. I love this place, thanks Batteries Plus Bulbs in Greenwood on County Line Road. I will return and they are wonderful with watch batteries also.

He said I can come over to the store and they would be happy to help. When I arrived at the store Lance assisted me.. He was very professional and very helpful. He also answered all the questions I had prior to replacement of battery. My concern was that my iPhone is quite old, but performs well and in good condition. And I did not want to spend the money on battery replacement if my phone goes out due to its age. But I also did not want to buy a new phone if I didn't have to. He nswered all the questions I had prior to making the final decision in replacement of battery. The service was very quick and I did not even have an appointment. I also saved $10 as Lance has honored it even though it was not an order online. Thank you Lance and Zack for an excellent customer service! I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend this place.

I had bought a car from a dealer that was right down the street and when I took it home it showed low battery so when I brought it up to the dealer again they suggested I go there to have it checked out. The original battery tested out as fine, but I had took pictures of the battery light in my car the night before and wanted the battery swapped out anyway as a precaution. While they were on the phone with the dealer to see if they would pay for my new battery, I told him to pass the message to the dealer that if it’s not my battery then maybe it could be a check engine light problem or I could go back to the dealer to have my car tested out as to why my battery light had shown. Both of my statements were ignored and were only acknowledged when the dealer on the phone asked the staff what I was saying in the background, to which he replied and I quote “something about a check engine light” which then prompted the dealer to ask him make sure if the pictures I had taken on my phone were in fact battery warnings in which they were before they could do anything. When they got off of the phone he told me that everything that I have said to him about the check engine light and stuff were that of my own personal matters and that I should tell the dealer myself as they only deal with batteries there. Uhm I understand that but how hard is it to pass a message? And it’s not like I told him to ask them that at a inconvenient time, it was while they were on the phone. I have worked my fair share of retail jobs and I’ve done beyond what was expected when dealing with customers but this was just unmotivated behavior. I felt like they didn’t take me seriously or want to with me being a young female cause they ignored most of my questions and opinions. Only good thing I liked about this place was the charger station so I could charge my phone and that my battery was replaced in less than 10 minutes but other than that it’ll be my last time there not only because I live 2 hours away but I rather take my business else where, where I know I’ll be respected.

When I told him it was for a car we were donating he let me know that I could get a reconditioned battery at half the cost.
