L S: Customer service is lacking at this location. Every single time I make the mistake of stepping in this specific store, I regret it. The most unfriendly people I’ve ever “engaged” with. I’ve visited many other FP stores, and have always been met with the friendliest, most sincere, and helpful people.I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life, as at the Keystone location. & if you don’t make a purchase, you can feel the displeasure oozing out of them as you walk out the door. Makes me question if I should be doing business with FP at all.

Mary Rajchel: I’ve been to this specific store four separate times since it has opened. Every single time the four associates all stay behind the counter and talk. They don’t offer help, they don’t greet, nothing. One of them was on her phone. This has happened every single time. They appear to be young but that’s no excuse. This is their job.

Aly Katastrophe: It was very disorganized since they were moving a lot of the shelves around. I get needing to change things up, but in the middle of the day when the store is super busy? Not the best idea considering half the items I was looking for were blocked off by cattywampus displays thus resulting in the loss of some sales. Oh well. I'll update this review next time I go there (which isn't often due to frequent issues with one thing or another).

Alec Hart: Ordered $500 set of tires, 7 times! Canceled, delays, customer service incompetence, tire shop incompetence, Walmart app, all fail. Best friend ordered tires recently aswell, after showing up they were told they had to reschedule because they never got the tires. Please go somewhere else. Walmart really let me down when I had to drive home from California to help my mom after brain surgeries. A very important moment in not just mine, but my mothers life too. Walmart you serious not only can, but you seriously NEED TO DO BETTER. Really let me and my family down smh. Also locked up $2100 for 10 days of my bank account because of orders they cancelled theirselves.. smh.

Steve Hill: The parking lot is filthy with trash and dead trees everywhere and carts taking up parking spots. Long check out lines are the norm, especially if you intend to pay with cash. Go to Meijer or Target instead.
marilyn holmes: Every item that I took back yesterday to Walmart they would not give me cash because I brought the item online but instead giving me a in-store credit when I needed cash back and told me the reason was because I did not use my pen in order to get cash back even though I had the barcode but I still was not giving cash back so that was not what I expected out of Walmart. Antoinette Johnson: I love it. Going to UO is such a vibe. I went in for a quick purchase for an event found what I needed in no time and the cashier was amazing.

Krista Carlile: Customer service is non existent here. I was not greeted when entering the store. I walked through the entire store twice without anyone saying anything to me. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

Angie Thomas: They have some interesting things for sale but the prices are high. I heard some girls looking in the clearance area say how the prices weren't marked down much. The store was clean and arranged nicely. No sales staff asked if I needed assistance the whole time I was in the store.

She seemed a little upset however held it together to be professional as well as still over the top kind while you can tell she was not feeling the best unfortunately and for that I give her props. She was upset and still kind and professional and made sure I found everything ok.

Candice Durham: This one is not as good as the one in Greenwood, BUT they have 3 water filling stations. The one in Greenwood on Emerson only has 1. Make sure to go during non-peak hours because there can be a line for the water. My pet peeve about this Wal-Mart is that there's only self checkout on one side of the store, not both like the other stores. Apparently, this is due to theft issues, hence why I like the Greenwood one better.

I have had them changed orders from delivery to pickup without notice, leave me on hold for half an hour only to drop the call, hang up on me 4-5 times in a single attempt to resolve an order, blame me for them cancelling orders, etc.I sincerely recommend to you: Go anywhere else.

Kyle “XtraSauce” M: Awful hood-mart with staff that doesn't do their jobs. No one ever runs a cash register, there's ALWAYS a line all the way out to the produce section for the self-checkouts. Shelves are half-stocked or empty CONSTANTLY with the pallet/box just sitting in the aisle literally 3 feet from the shelf the stuff needs to go on. Don't even bother with the electronics section, no one is ever around to unlock the cases. They've got local PD in the parking lot by the front door all the time, every single day for the homeless folks who take the bus up there and steal, because of course our tax dollars gotta go to the hood-mart security force they can't just pay for themselves... What a disaster.
