John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

Katy Aiello: Despite the fact that this is my closest Target store, yesterday was the last time I will shop here. The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise
Evelyn Pender: After getting a puppy, I always use drive up and bring him with me. It’s very efficient and we never have to wait long. My order is always right and the employees are always nice. Wish more stores had free curbside but I’ll just stick with target :)

Dee Dee: Employees didn’t greet us coming in or leaving. Not sure when Children’s place clothes got so expensive but the service definitely didn’t make we want to spend my money.
Michael Reel II: Employees are rude and disrespectful. Very poor management. Overhead an employee call a customer an idiot behind their back because they let their kids play in the store. We won't be back to this franchise again.

Tessa Russell: Giving 3 stars because I do LOVE these clothes, and I can typically get a pretty good deal. However, the website always gives me trouble! Half the time, my saved password won't work, and I'll have to go through a lengthy process of creating a new one, because it locks the account after 3 tries. When looking at items, they'll say "Only a few remaining" but 9/10 times the item is unavailable. I've even ordered clothing, gotten my confirmation email, and then a few days later received another email stating "X" amount of items I purchased were not available and so they would not be included in my order. The Coupons sometimes won't apply, and I feel like every other order I'm having to contact customer service over an error that happens after I made a purchase. The website could definitely use some tweaking.

Aly Katastrophe: It was very disorganized since they were moving a lot of the shelves around. I get needing to change things up, but in the middle of the day when the store is super busy? Not the best idea considering half the items I was looking for were blocked off by cattywampus displays thus resulting in the loss of some sales. Oh well. I'll update this review next time I go there (which isn't often due to frequent issues with one thing or another).

Alec Hart: Ordered $500 set of tires, 7 times! Canceled, delays, customer service incompetence, tire shop incompetence, Walmart app, all fail. Best friend ordered tires recently aswell, after showing up they were told they had to reschedule because they never got the tires. Please go somewhere else. Walmart really let me down when I had to drive home from California to help my mom after brain surgeries. A very important moment in not just mine, but my mothers life too. Walmart you serious not only can, but you seriously NEED TO DO BETTER. Really let me and my family down smh. Also locked up $2100 for 10 days of my bank account because of orders they cancelled theirselves.. smh.

So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I know the store could care less if I shop there again, but definitely will not be. If it was an item they needed or wanted they'd go get it. I worked for a target before and at the time they went above and beyond for "guests" but apparently they don't have the same values.

Dan Hoffman: I used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.

Shelves are half-stocked or empty CONSTANTLY with the pallet/box just sitting in the aisle literally 3 feet from the shelf the stuff needs to go on. Don't even bother with the electronics section, no one is ever around to unlock the cases. They've got local PD in the parking lot by the front door all the time, every single day for the homeless folks who take the bus up there and steal, because of course our tax dollars gotta go to the hood-mart security force they can't just pay for themselves... What a disaster.

Candice Durham: This one is not as good as the one in Greenwood, BUT they have 3 water filling stations. The one in Greenwood on Emerson only has 1. Make sure to go during non-peak hours because there can be a line for the water. My pet peeve about this Wal-Mart is that there's only self checkout on one side of the store, not both like the other stores. Apparently, this is due to theft issues, hence why I like the Greenwood one better.

Leslie Wells: The in-store Target experience, overall, has gone downhill since the renovation at our local store. It is no longer a welcoming layout that draws me into the store. The layout is quite choppy which doesn’t create positive feelings. It also is messier than it ever was prior to the renovation. I would solely blame customers for this, but it wasn’t like this pre-Reno. I’m not sure if staffing has been cut because of the renovation?For these reasons, we no long do our weekly Target trips to wander around inside and browse. Instead, when we do shop at Target, we opt for pickups and shipping instead. But even those are significantly reduced.

Carrie S: The new layout is awful, disorganized and crammed. It is not inviting AT ALL! I feel very unwelcome when I walk in and very enclosed and all I want to do is get what I came for and leave. When I use to go to Target regularly it was to walk around see what's new and what's on sale and after going in numerous times since the remodel, I still get the same feeling; uninvited, enclosed and crammed. My husband and 3 kids said the same thing, we all hate the new layout, just awful and uninviting.

Livvy Owen: Target is one of my favorite stores. This isn't my favorite location, but I still like it. Their inventory is pretty good. Customer service is okay. Their parking lot is a whole different story. I took a star off for that mess. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.
