Apparently not. When ask that we feel we should be accommodated for our inconvenience all they would say was everything is backed up. Will never do business with this company again. If the item we purchased wasn't so important to my husband wanting I would cancel and request refund. Has taken longer to get item fixed then it took from the time we orginally ordered. I understand things happen and feel we have been very understanding but why did I have to call and now I have a voicemail stating the delivery department will be contacting me. Please be aware they dont care as long as they have your money.

The store called me to schedule a delivery of part of my furniture and told me I owed money on the account, which I did not. They said they would call me back after checking their system; they never did. I have had to spend hours on the phone with customer service to resolve the issues that started in the store. I know this is a trying time for all, but I am so disappointed in the service here. I do not recommend using Crate and Barrel for any furniture needs. There are nearby stores with far superior customer service.

Mariah: I ordered a chair from West Elm in cream but they mistakenly delivered navy blue. The original order was 2 months backordered and I now have to wait 3 additional months for the correct color because of their error. They won’t offer a discount or anything to make it right.Also, the lack of customer service options is such a hassle. You have to call in every time you need something and the wait times are ridiculous. There’s no email customer service option. Do not recommend.
Regina Vaughn: Let me start by saying I have a lot of West Elm products in my mid century home and have been happy with my purchases UNTIL I purchased a sofa with a chaise two months ago. The cushion in the chaise is overfilled in one compartment and under filled in the top one. Since they are individual compartments in the chaise cushion, you can’t fluff them and distribute the fill in the low areas making the chaise uncomfortable to sit on. The company won’t do anything about a sofa I had for two months! If a company can’t stand behind their product then I can no longer buy from West Elm and make sure I let everyone know not to buy there.

Geist Nails: I believe this is the worst buying experience I have ever had to gone through. I ordered some furniture back in August of 2021. A couple of months in, we decided to cancel the order because they kept delaying the order for delivery. By the February of 2022, they were still delaying the order for delivering. By this time we called about 4 times to cancel the order. They denied the order and will not accept our cancellation. Next thing you know, they sent home a credit card statement charged for the order. I called them to explain we cancelled. They said “not to worry” they will take care of everything. After a few weeks, they sent us a gift card not knowing what it was for. After that, the credit card sent us a balance of the amount on the gift card. At this point, I was done with dealing with West Elm. I would not work with them at all playing dirty tricks. We called them about this and the rep said they’ll take care of it. Now we had to call Capital One to dispute the charge, they denied the dispute even though I called about that incident as well. I literally had the worst experience with this company with service. I regret ordering anything from them. I thought they would be a reputable company being it is located in a high end mall. Dirty people playing dirty tricks. Be careful please!

Keira Goff: Son and daughter-in-law registered with this company for wedding gifts. I ordered a product that showed in-stock off their registry. First, it wouldn’t come off the registry to avoid duplicates. I guess that worry was unnecessary as the item was actually back ordered. Ok, so it’ll come a couple days after the wedding. It’s 2022, so we can be patient. Now, they keep moving the shipping date, the product STILL shows in-stock (it’s not), and I’m wondering if the product will ever arrive.

They say I will receive in a week, but I cannot for the life of me understand why it takes over a month to get bedding? It would seem that while other retailers have recovered from pandemic delays, getting some things at West Elm is tantamount to getting toilet paper a year ago.
J A: Firstly, no price match. Secondly, It is very hard to cancel the order. I have to wait for 48 hours to see if the order could be canceled. And, according to the customer service, it is impossible to get the white gloves delivery fee back because the order just shipped out from the vendor to their delivery center. Even the order is not scheduled to deliver, they are still not going to refund the delivery fee.
HONGXIA REN: I purchased a mirror on Oct 1st. Within a week, the price was reduced by $100. I called the customer service for price adjustment. My request was denied after I called two representatives. I got different responses from different representatives. I couldn't even cancel the purchase, though the item has not been shipped based on the information on my end. Price adjustment within a week of purchase was provided by other businesses, yet not available at West Elm. The customer service gave inconsistent answers. The webpage of West Elm does not allow product review from customers. I was a loyal customer before. However, I no longer think their service is customer-friendly. Plus, the quality of some West Elm products is not justified for the price tag.

I'm a business owner, and know how important these things can be.The store experience, style, and apparent quality of Arhaus was great whenever we've gone in.However, when we purchased an Evelyn bedroom set (bed, side tables, dresser) about 2 years ago, it was not a great experience. After about a year we noticed some cracking in the paint starting to occur but didn't immediately address. When we contacted the warranty concierge, the first person was immediately dismissive, said it wouldn't be covered by any warranty and gave me an 800 number of a company they use for repairs. Upon the second call a few days later, the woman was very courteous, provided an opportunity for me to send pictures -- but this too resulted in no attempt at culpability. The response said it appeared paint was cracking due to too much moisture in our home.If you're willing to spend multiple thousands of dollars for furniture, I would recommend against Arhaus.
Celieboo: There is a reason you can't rate your purchases on Arhaus's website and that is many of thekr products are poor quality. I share many of the other reviewers experiences. I spent almost $20k on furniture here 3 years ago (a sideboard, two gage counter stools, a pavo trundle sofa, a drum coffee table and 2 vegan leather chairs).For the most part, I was pleased with furniture EXCEPT the Pavo trundle sofa and the Gage counter stools. The Pavo sofa has horrible ke fabric and it pills so badly. The cushion is mishapen, too. I constantly have to shave it, which is causing the fabric to thin. I contacted Arhaus in March 2020, about 10 months after purchasing the couch. They had me send pictures, which I did. I never got an answer back. I will probably just get it reupholstered since the hardware is good quality.The bonded leather on the Gage counter stools has peeled in some areas a d I first noticed about a year after purchasing them. At $600 each, I expected much better quality. I am going to explore my options with an upholstered and try to rehab these very expensive stools since the hardware and seat are in great shape.This just goes to show that higher cost doesn't always equal higher quality.

So, with the help of Victoria, (another complete angel) they took the time to find my floor plan online to showcase all of the lovely pieces I chose in a 3D plan online.They also helped me utilize the pieces I already have, and just helped it all come together!Thank you ladies, you all are the best!!

Sean Clayton: The Arhaus staff at the Indianapolis store were great when we furnished our entire house with their furniture after relocating from Seattle. The problem is their company does not honor their warranty which is extremely "limited" and in no way "lifetime". We've had 2 pieces break that were under warranty according to the documentation provided when we purchased in-store yet which their corporate office refused to replace or refund. We will never buy their furniture again and have told all our friends and family not to as well.

This is the third piece of furniture out of 25 pieces (currently in our house) that we have had similar issues with upon delivery. The first they replaced the item. The second one (fractured leg on buffet console) we were told someone would be contacting us but still have not received a call. Now two headboards!!! Highly disappointed and will begin to shop elsewhere for furniture now.
Kayla Breann: Echoing what’s already been mentioned. Terrible customer service. We ordered a bed the first week of October. They told us it would take 12-14 weeks before it arrived. Three weeks after purchasing the bed we saw we could buy it online and have it delivered within 5 weeks. (I have a screenshot) When we called Arhaus Indianapolis they informed us that what we saw was no longer the delivery date online and basically alluded to the fact we were making it up to which it changed to 14-16 weeks AND on top of that we will actually have to wait until February to receive our bed. Fast forward to last week. We get a txt and call saying the bed would be delivered today. We were thrilled to hear this. The bed showed up today with dirt all over the headboard and the leg of the frame was broken. We have been trying to get in touch with with someone from corporate regarding our very unpleasant experience regarding Arhaus especially now that we don’t have a bed. Very very upset.Update: they delivered another bed 4 weeks later..we were sleeping on the floor, and you’d never believe it, but the second bed was broken as well! We had to wait another 6 weeks for the next bed (x3!!!) to be delivered. We were going to just throw in the towel but the delivery guys got the huge headboard up our steep stairs and Arhaus refunded some money. Enough that we kept the bed but still could’ve gotten a way cheaper bed that probably would have been way less headache.Changed to four stars because after 3 delivery attempts and 6 months of sleeping on the floor Arhaus made it right. But beware something is going on with their warehouse

I am beyond frustrated and will be suing this store for Fraud. The manger only offered me an apology and no solution. I do not want a Arhaus cc and I made that very clear. Unreal
Chris: Don’t waste your time. Ordered patio furniture online May 7. Confirmation says ready for delivery in 7 weeks. Come early June, we hear nothing, so we call. (They don’t have a feature online to check order status). Rep on the phone says I am wrong, confirmation said August. I told her no, I’m looking at the confirmation in front of me and it says 7 weeks from May 7. Rep then says there was a delay. I ask why we weren’t told. She says they are still working on that feature. I told her we needed the furniture for the 4th of July and that’s why we went with them. She says all their competitors are also doing delays. I told her we wasted a whole month waiting for a product we were told would be delivered end of June to now find out, only because we called, it would be August, when we could have went elsewhere during that month. Fraudulent the way they claimed “ready to deliver in 7 weeks” to get you to make the purchase, but then push that back another 4 weeks with no notice. Very poor customer service.
Shari Donnelly: We ordered a few pieces from Arhaus in January. We had shopped extensively and felt they would offer the best quality and service. We cannot speak to quality yet since we have not received our furniture yet but the service is non existent. We were told that it would be 16 weeks and that we would be updated regularly. As the time passed, we have Never once been contacted by anyone from Arhaus with an update. We have called on numerous occasions and asked for an update and every time we are told it’s been delayed. I even reached out to the Arhaus corporate customer service and got no response. The number of reviews here that share the same story is overwhelming and yet Arhaus continues to do nothing to service their customers. We will be grateful if and when our furniture ever arrives and can only hope it will be worth the frustration.

Don’t call/visit asking for help at this store because they won’t bother getting back with you. Paid way too much for a chair in January, only AFTER I had paid did they bother to mention the 16 week delivery time. But ok.. pandemic yada yada I’ll deal with it. Hadn’t heard a word from them for 4 months, not even an email confirmation of the order. So I called to find out that now the expected delivery time was 6 months from the original order date, and the guy explained that basically every order is delayed, and that this might not be the final delay.At this point I just want to cancel the order and go get a chair for half the price and half the lead time, but the most I can get back is 50% of the $5k I paid the for the chair. For the money you spend at a place like Arhaus you expect to be treated better. There are plenty of places to buy over priced furniture, and you will get much better customer service elsewhere.

I can only imagine someone regularly shopping here if they have so much money that they never bother to look at price tags.Unless there is a major change in their pricing and/or products we will likely not be going back.

I am part of their free POP reward membership points program and I never seem to get any kind of rewards — ever! I’m not sure what the point of it is because I almost always pay full price for everything unless it’s on sale in the store automatically. I do like the fact that this store is always clean and pretty organized for the most part so it makes my heart happy! I shopped there today and had the nicest lady help me!

We called their corporate office like it informed us to do on the receipt we received. The corporate office has done nothing but give us the run around. They first told us that they would have a tech sent out to look at the chair. The tech ( Fast Furniture repair)came out a month later and told us he would have to order a part. We waited another month, got the part, tech came back out and informed us the part was damaged, he couldn't put it on the chair had to order a new part again, waited another month and got the new part and now they want to send out another repair company (AHM Furniture repair)tech, apparently the other tech figured he could not fix the chair. This whole time we were not informed that we could have exchange the chair at the store within a certain amount of time. The corporate office informed us almost 2 months later to try and exchange the chair at the store. They would not exchange it because to much time had passed and the part had already been ordered. We would have contacted the store right away if someone would have informed us of that fact to begin with. This is a joke, this is the worse experience we have ever had with a furniture store. We have a recliner that we can not even use. Ashley Furniture has the worse customer service. BEWARE

Stacey Danielle: I recently purchased living room furniture from Ashley Furniture in Whitehead, Indiana. Our salesman, Toby Anderson was amazing. He said when our furniture was delivered not to let the delivery team leave until we examined the furniture to make sure everything was fine. I explained that my son would not be moving into his apartment for 3 weeks and we wanted delivery on March 10th. We received a text stating delivery was happening on Feb. 28. I called and spoke to a very rude woman and explained we can't move into the apartment until 3/10. She said she would change the order. Received another text that the furniture would be delivered on 3/2 - called again and stressed delivery could not happen until 3/10. Got another text stating delivery would happen on 3/9. At this point I gave up and asked the apartment complex if it was possible to get in the apartment a day early which they graciously allowed us to do. The end table we ordered, which was quite expensive came in a box with no instructions on how to put it together and pieces missing. The delivery team refused to stay while I took the packaging off the sofa to examine it telling me they only deliver. I called customer several times and they refused to send the missing parts to the end table saying I needed a technician to come out and I needed to pay for him to come out. After several phone calls to many customer service representatives I never got the parts. I told them I would return the table to the store and wanted my money back - they refused. Needless to say I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture.
Arielle Morgan: I ordered a chair and when it was delivered, the delivery guys wouldn’t wait for me to check the furniture out before running out the door. Even when I asked. And the chair was broken and when I called, they said they don’t have a return policy, I should not have accepted the order. When I received my delivery receipt, the delivery driver signed for me. I never signed to accept my delivery. Now I have to wait over a month for a repair technician to attempt to fix my brand new chair that was delivered broken, that I never signed for accepting the delivery. I will pass this information along to anyone and everyone I know to never buy furniture from Ashley. Unless they can remove this chair and deliver a new one.Update: I have gone through the repair process. The issue was not corrected, 3 months later. After calling and still addressing the issue of a delivery driver forging my signature, I’m told it “will be taken care of” but I still have this broken chair in my house. If proof is needed, I have it. But Ashley Store still has yet to fix this situation. After multiple calls between them and the third party company. Also, the large under mount mechanism that was left in the middle of my living room for me to dispose of. This company has been completely unprofessional.
