Jeff Reider: During the past 2 years, during a major home remodel, Calico Corners has outfitted our home with beautiful draperies, shutters and numerous pieces of furniture. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. The selections Calico Coners offers are extensive and provided us with the perfect options we were looking for to furnish our home with fantastic custom draperies, shutters and furniture. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and offered excellent design advice. Of course delivery times during the past two years were longer than normal due to COVID, but that was expected. The result at the end was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Calico team.

I was so overwhelmed with my new home and worked one-on-one with the owner Jennie who ensured me my new window treatments, bedding, and furniture would compliment my space and boy was she right! I just had everything installed and although there was a wait (which is very understandable during these unprecedented times), I wouldn’t change a thing about the process and the outcome. Highly recommend!
Cary O'Meara: I am so disappointed by the service. The quality is great, however the communication, process and cost are less than desirable. These are all privately owned and whomever owns this location must not care what the customer experience is about. It’s truly pathetic how they treat you as a customer. Also, the representatives work only a couple days a month so they are clueless and tell you to contact back when your rep is working. The process needs a huge overhaul. I am happy I found an independent person for I can’t stomach this place anymore. Awful experience every time!! Shame on you.

Laura Batey: Besides bakeries, I like to check fabric and craft stores when traveling. If you go to a local store, they sometimes have different fabric than the chain stores. They also normally have more samples displayed and sometimes offer classes.

Cary O: Great fabric choices. It is expensive in general. They charge quite a bit to just come and measure along with install. It is $300.00 for this and one window is just long panels which is instal a rod and hang. I think this is a bit outrageous. Many other outfits include the install and charge $75.00 for measurements. I also struggled with the schedules of the customer service reps. I got a quote, never got a follow up and could have lost the sale price if they hadn't honored it. Then I paid well over 75% up front and told 6-8 weeks to find it will be more like 10 and I'm going to say 12 weeks to get final installed product. They make you feel like your putting them out, however your spending $$$$$$$$$.

Matt Eddington: Initial purchase experience was amazing and straightforward. Now we have issues with our furniture and have been waiting months and months for resolution. No communication from Ethan Allen unless we reach out. We are past the timeframe we were given to have our repairs completed and…shocker no communication. If you’re debating buying from this place vs your budget or normal furniture store don’t bother.
Mary Banks: Excellent service, Mary was very knowledgeable, large variety to choose from. The 3D computer layout out of the furniture was awesome.Our couch and chair was custom made and it is absolutely beautiful. The delivery team was extremely professional, timely and efficient.We are looking forward to shopping here again in the very near future. There was a beautiful chair on sale that had apparently been re-upholstered by Frost due to the sticker that appeared under the chair's cushion. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and decided to give them a try on one of our chairs that needed a new seat cushion. Let me tell you, Frost did not disappoint!! They did a beautiful job on the seat cushion at a very reasonable price! We just ordered some fabric from them in order to have two of our Parsons Chairs redone. Can't wait! Would highly recommend them!!😄

I remembered Frost had done some upholstery work for the family way back in the '80's. I called about having new cushion inserts put in my pillows. I dropped them off, was given a great price. I picked up my cushions the next day. Just like that I have a new couch at a fraction of the cost of something brand new. I can't guarantee your job will get a 24 turn around time but I know you will be pleased with their work. Outstanding long time establishment on the east side.

Chip Sutton: Frost re-upholstered a couch for me a few years back. Two of the couch cushions were singed by a space heater that was too close (yeah, I know, stupid). The fabric unfortunately was no longer available, so somehow Frost rearranged the fabric on the two cushions such that the burnt portions are not visible. Smart, friendly, efficient--I would never go anywhere else.

Kit Kat: This tiny, wonderful shop did such an amazing job reupholstering a glider rocker and footstool for me, that I had them replace the foam inserts in four sofa cushions, which turned out perfectly. Each job was completed in one day. When my sofa and love seat need reupholstering, I'll be having that done here as well. The owners are so sweet and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I am so thankful to have found them.

The quality of the chairs that arrived were so awful IKEA quality is better and a fraction of the cost. When I wanted to return them a sales associate said they would exchange the chairs for a different style. I agreed. The new chairs finally arrived and the skirts on the chairs were so creased i could not stem or iron them out. I arranged with Restoration Hardware to have a professional come out and address the issue. They did not come on the day we had planned. For the price point of Restoration Hardware’s items this quality and service is unsatisfactory.
Brian grove: Was told they had a chair on the showroom floor to sit in. Drove 3 hours to find they did not. Was going to order anyway but was told on the phone the delivery fee was 199.00. When placing the order the fee went to 400.00.

You can’t buy 90% of what’s on display, I have purchased directly from their consultants 3x and two of the 3 custom orders were WRONG because of modifications made by THEM. Luckily customer service will correct the problem no questions asked, but it’s frustrating When you know from your own experience, the store consultants basically can’t be trusted to effectively order what you need. Love restoration hardware, but I will be online only from here on out. Keystone is not a good RH experience.

Mariah: I ordered a chair from West Elm in cream but they mistakenly delivered navy blue. The original order was 2 months backordered and I now have to wait 3 additional months for the correct color because of their error. They won’t offer a discount or anything to make it right.Also, the lack of customer service options is such a hassle. You have to call in every time you need something and the wait times are ridiculous. There’s no email customer service option. Do not recommend.
Regina Vaughn: Let me start by saying I have a lot of West Elm products in my mid century home and have been happy with my purchases UNTIL I purchased a sofa with a chaise two months ago. The cushion in the chaise is overfilled in one compartment and under filled in the top one. Since they are individual compartments in the chaise cushion, you can’t fluff them and distribute the fill in the low areas making the chaise uncomfortable to sit on. The company won’t do anything about a sofa I had for two months! If a company can’t stand behind their product then I can no longer buy from West Elm and make sure I let everyone know not to buy there.

Geist Nails: I believe this is the worst buying experience I have ever had to gone through. I ordered some furniture back in August of 2021. A couple of months in, we decided to cancel the order because they kept delaying the order for delivery. By the February of 2022, they were still delaying the order for delivering. By this time we called about 4 times to cancel the order. They denied the order and will not accept our cancellation. Next thing you know, they sent home a credit card statement charged for the order. I called them to explain we cancelled. They said “not to worry” they will take care of everything. After a few weeks, they sent us a gift card not knowing what it was for. After that, the credit card sent us a balance of the amount on the gift card. At this point, I was done with dealing with West Elm. I would not work with them at all playing dirty tricks. We called them about this and the rep said they’ll take care of it. Now we had to call Capital One to dispute the charge, they denied the dispute even though I called about that incident as well. I literally had the worst experience with this company with service. I regret ordering anything from them. I thought they would be a reputable company being it is located in a high end mall. Dirty people playing dirty tricks. Be careful please!

Keira Goff: Son and daughter-in-law registered with this company for wedding gifts. I ordered a product that showed in-stock off their registry. First, it wouldn’t come off the registry to avoid duplicates. I guess that worry was unnecessary as the item was actually back ordered. Ok, so it’ll come a couple days after the wedding. It’s 2022, so we can be patient. Now, they keep moving the shipping date, the product STILL shows in-stock (it’s not), and I’m wondering if the product will ever arrive.

Mind you the store was not busy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! Mind you I drove 2 hours just to go to the store to be treated very unacceptable!!!!!!! Debra Mason: I'm getting ready to place an order for end tables that I've been in love with for years. They say I will receive in a week, but I cannot for the life of me understand why it takes over a month to get bedding? It would seem that while other retailers have recovered from pandemic delays, getting some things at West Elm is tantamount to getting toilet paper a year ago.
J A: Firstly, no price match. Secondly, It is very hard to cancel the order. I have to wait for 48 hours to see if the order could be canceled. And, according to the customer service, it is impossible to get the white gloves delivery fee back because the order just shipped out from the vendor to their delivery center. Even the order is not scheduled to deliver, they are still not going to refund the delivery fee.
HONGXIA REN: I purchased a mirror on Oct 1st. Within a week, the price was reduced by $100. I called the customer service for price adjustment. My request was denied after I called two representatives. I got different responses from different representatives. I couldn't even cancel the purchase, though the item has not been shipped based on the information on my end. Price adjustment within a week of purchase was provided by other businesses, yet not available at West Elm. The customer service gave inconsistent answers. The webpage of West Elm does not allow product review from customers. I was a loyal customer before. However, I no longer think their service is customer-friendly. Plus, the quality of some West Elm products is not justified for the price tag.
Haley W: Bought a sectional a few weeks ago and was shocked about the lack of customer service within the store. My boyfriend and I came in when it was a less busy Saturday morning and there were two other people in the store. There were 5 employees standing around the cash wrap and we were ignored for a solid 5-10 minutes. Eventually a manager came to our assistance but we were still unimpressed that no one initially came over to help. We did end up purchasing the sectional but I can’t say the experience was all that we wanted it to be…
Katie Coots: Placed an order at 9:30am, called at 10am on hold for 45 min asked to cancel order, said they can't its already been pulled and now i will have to wait 7 days to get it and then ship it back. That obviously was a lie.

I called immediately to cancel and their customer service was not open during the advertised hours. I called and cancelled the next day. 12 days later they called me and told me the order could not be cancelled. You cannot trust this company. First they falsely advertised the delivery date. Second, they falsely advertised their customer service hours. Thirdly, they are attempting to charge me for the order after they confirmed the cancellation

Veronica Vernon: I have sadly had the worst experience with this location. I asked to place a large furniture order. The store employee gave me false information and left off a key item from my order. The store called me to schedule a delivery of part of my furniture and told me I owed money on the account, which I did not. They said they would call me back after checking their system; they never did. I have had to spend hours on the phone with customer service to resolve the issues that started in the store. I know this is a trying time for all, but I am so disappointed in the service here. I do not recommend using Crate and Barrel for any furniture needs. There are nearby stores with far superior customer service.

Seems like prices wouldn't go up so much with the packaging so minimal but maybe it is the price of the display? They are roughly $4 each now, just sayin'. Several sizes were not available and I didn't see the silvalume handled ones at all.It was Monday evening and the store was mostly quiet. Friendly staff. A couple of yarn Items marked clearance rang up $3 more than regular price and not clearance. No real explanation but oh well.Overall good experience just because it wasn't crazy busy there so I got peaceful time to look and employees and customers alike were pleasant.

Nikky Robinson-Parks (SylphGamer): My experience with this location was pleasant, everyone was very nice. My problem is with their policies. I purchased a sewing machine and decided to return it for something else. Unopened item, planning on purchasing something else from the store but I changed my mind after finding out that there’s a $25 restocking fee. No one told me about the restocking fees when I purchased the machine. Never again.
