Mark Petrison: This location is small for a Goodwill store. But it still sells quality used and charitably donated items at very low prices Goodwill has especially good deals for: clothing (for men, women, and children); purses, bags, backpacks, luggage; books and DVDs; toys; etc. Bicycles seem a strength for this particular Goodwill location.
Andrew Jones: This seems like an okay location. Some aisles were blocked and they don't have dressing rooms. The upper racks of the shirts on the wall are so high it makes it uncomfortable to hold my arms up that long to look. I still picked up a few finds.
Robert McElrath: If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. Your store staff at the following location (4420 Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254) were observed using foul and derogatory language in reference to a female customer and her husband. When confronted about it, the on duty manager attempted to switch the conversation to race. IE: claiming that the customer was a racist and that the situation was about race. From my observation, the customers never once brought race into the conversation.Also, the facility is dirty. The floors are unclean. The selection of items is extremely lacking. The prices are too high for extremely used items.I highly recommend that you conduct a secret evaluation and observation of the practices of the staff at the above stated location.

stacy wright: I love finding new things daily. Pricing is getting out of hand. Everything used to be a basic set amount so you could find a deal. But now only the dirty stained ripped and worn out stuff is the basic prices. Also toddlers sleep wear states it's a set price for nightgown s are 1.99 and one piece sleepers or one piece to set is 1.99 and sets are 3.99 for sets. Which is find but I have seen for the last 6 months there Pricing for toddler s nightgown s at 3.99 like dresses. And to be honest walmart only charges 5.00 for a brand new set of sleep wear for children. And forget it if and clothing says nike or puma or Adidas it's atleast 5.99 for a shirt or 8.99 to 9.99 for pants and this is used clothing and you can find them clearance or on sale at kolhs or meijer cheaper. I really do like to go to goodwill and look at odds and ends but I have pretty much gave up on kids clothing. Thanks Stacy Wright

Gacha_ Angel25: We are visiting from SC and the color of the day is red. Upon purchasing, we were ask if we had a goodwill card. Apparently in order to get 50 percent off you have to have a goodwill card. I shop a many goodwill stores where this does not exist. We were dissatisfied and your cashier did not make it any better.
Skylo Gray: Huge selection of clothes compared to other goodwill stores. Very interesting finds for cheap, including furniture. Some of the products were sticky, dirty, or stained though.
Crystal: Went to make a return tonight and was told that they wouldn’t take my return because they stop taking returns a hour before close, which I found odd because the store was still open. Never have I been to a Goodwill, or any store for that matter, that refuses to accept returns while still open. Honestly just seems lazy and absurd. This store is closest to me so it’s preferable for returns and donations but otherwise I choose not to frequent often. I find store to be lacking in selection, disorganized and dirty, and store staff generally aren’t friendly.

Zulneb Marie Roembke: Prices are just right on their winter coats, sweat pants, joggers, shirts, etc. Especially on brand-name items.Just a reminder, if you are shopping by yourself make sure to buy only what your two arms can carry to your vehicle because they won't let you take their carts out in the parking lot.After the holidays, just like all other stores, a lot of things are not in their right places.

Carol Moore: Drove down on a Sunday to return an item. Checked google hours. The store had a sign they would be closed until 3 at the latest for inventory. Walked around the mall until 3. Returned to store and several people were waiting. Someone walked up, replaced the original sign around 3:05 with one that said they wouldn’t be open at all, and walked away. The store wouldn’t answer the phone either.
Kaitlyn Kopetski: Drove all the way to the mall after a workday without realizing this location is closed at 6pm during the holiday season.
autumn rogers: I bought some of the best and my absolute favorite pair of business-casual pants here. They had a really good deal going on and I spent so long shopping for as much as possible to get the sales worth.

Tabitha Atwood: It’s okay. The clothes are cute for work, but their return policy isn’t great. You have 30 days, but if it is after 30 days, per policy you are supposed to get current selling value for the item, but that is not what they offered me (they offered me less). If you are returning an online item, it is even worse because it takes 1-2 weeks to receive it, but the 30 days start from the order date. I think they have a lot of turnover because there generally is new people who don’t know how to work the register. Some of the employees are helpful and nice, but it’s hit or miss. They are also bad about order online and pickup in store. Twice recently I have had my order canceled due to the item not being available and then I go in same day and it’s there. I think they don’t want to use their inventory for those orders..

Rebecca Dunn: This the WORST store I have ever walked into. It is so biased toward middle to late aged women who dress up to go to the store. When I walk into the store, I'm never greeted and I'm ignored as if I am a ghost. I happen to be a young female doctor who prefers to dress down in jeans and a t-shirt when I go out to shop, and I get ignored here EVERY time. I will no longer shop at the loft nor support their store in any way. DO NOT shop here...waste of time and money. Especially when they offer better deals online than in their stores and don't offer the promotions that are clearly labeled throughout the store. SHOP somewhere else...save your money. They need to fire their employees.I never have problems at any other loft I go to except for this one.
