Amanda Hlava: We used Jos A. Bank for suit rentals for our July 2022 wedding. They were super easy to order with options for both tuxedos and suits. Our guys were measured and most of the suits arrived with enough time before the wedding to order a different size if the measurements were not quite correct. I highly suggest not only getting measured by their workers but trying on the pants and jacket before ordering a size to ensure the fit you prefer. The suits looked great! The color was sharp and they looked brand new. We were so happy with how they turned out and would highly recommend others look into them for rentals.
Justin Davis: I will preface this review by saying I have purchased suits from Jos Bank many times in the past, and really like how they fit. Post-covid, my local retail store closed, so I was forced to order online.I ordered the same size that I have ordered regularly, but the pants were too snug. So, with over a month until an event I Fed Exed the pants to exchange for the next size up, explicitly following the return directions.The pants were received in Houston, over the course of the month I reached out to support via chat. Each rep was friendly. But now, a week away from my event, support tells me that they have not processed my exchange because I didn't send the jacket (that fit) with the pants.No other support rep mentioned that, and my dress pants have sat in Houston for a month with zero email or text communication. My chat support sessions were instigated by me 100%. No email saying "we received your pants" or "if ordering a suit please send both pieces... even if one fits" or "we are transporting your pants via covered wagon to your shipping address, please allow our horses time to eat and rest".Nothing. When buying in store I had nothing but positive experiences. Since the closest store is 4 hours away, and the shipping/exchange system is so bad I guess Jos Banks is out as an option going forward.Bummer experience with a company that I really enjoyed dealing with in the past.

Thomas Latz: Jos A. Bank can be a little expensive but it's absolutely worth it. They do great customer service, sell great quality clothing, and often you'll even find incredible sales. I got a $200 dollar wool overcoat there for $60.
Austin Hamm: Went here to get fitted for a suit for a wedding. There posted hours on Sunday are 11am. A lady comes to the door and states I’ll have to come back in 2 hours because they are doing inventory and can’t allow anyone in the store! Are you kidding me?!?! I’ve worked retail, so has my wife. Inventory is done after hours. What a huge inconvenience, I don’t have time to wait around 2 hours. So I have to drive to the Carmel location And they have 1 person working. I’ll stick with mens wearhouse for now on.

We had many issues with the groomsmen getting the wrong things/things being the wrong color.First, it took about an hour and a half to get fitted for the suit. Then we ordered it, came back in to pick it up. The pants were a size 30 and we ordered a 36. We had to have a size 38 hemmed to fit the day of pick up.Now let’s get to the wedding day.Day of wedding, groomsmen finds out that his suit is the wrong color. VERY similar but not similar enough to be worn for the wedding. His A Banks swapped his suit with someone else’s so what we assume is two people now with the wrong color suit. Also very unprofessional when helping customers. This goes for the Castleton location and calling another store.

They don't have a big or fashionable selection for big men like from a 2x on up(my hubby wears 2x). We were in the store maybe 20 minutes looking around before we left.

Ross Bitzel: Drove out of the way round trip by about 3 hours because my previous JOS experience had been so great. Ordered 2 custom suits and an additional custom pair of pants. One suit was correct the other suit was wrong to the point of needing redone.After not getting a call back from the manager, the individual who had been helping me all along, I called to find out it was reordered with no expedited service. I also asked about the additional pair of pants that were ordered, after 10 minutes of them not knowing where the pants were I was put on hold. I’m still on hold and have been for almost 40 minutes now.The last JOS experience I’ll have. I just wish this wasn’t more of the norm theses days.

I will NEVER buy products from a company that feels it’s ok to ask a patron about personal health care information.

Brandi B: I debated on making this review but decided it would be wrong not to. I had a horrible experience at the Castleton Mens Warehouse. I was very uncomfortable, an employee named Mr. JR was helping a customer with a pick up for her prom and none of the clothes fit even though she had been fitted by Mens Warehouse, instead of doing something to try to help the situation this man began to fat shame the young lady he kept saying you know what size you are this is our biggest size there were many comments made about her being to big it got so uncomfortable, the young lady began to cry. He move the conversation from the dressing room to the sales floor not really sure why, maybe to make the parent out to be the problem he was very nasty to the young ladies mother who stated over and over again before she took her refund that she just wanted a solution to the problem and not her money back because her daughters prom was the next day. There was a manager who pretended she didn't hear or see what was happening. She offered no assistance, No one ever offered an apology to the young lady and her mother. I really hope the young ladies prom wasn't ruined because of horrible service she received. If I could give 0 stars I would have, I've never witnessed an adult male fat shame a young lady before and hope to never see anything so uncomfortable again. I will never shop the Castleton Mens Warehouse again.

Markara Fisher: Very horrible customer service from everyone at this location- to include the manager. There was an error in the style of pants for our best man. Instead of attempting to assist us, the only thing the manager suggested was a refund. After going back and forth with the manager I finally asked for their 800 number. She insisted that since it was Friday evening and our wedding was on Sunday that there wasn’t anything that could be done even though the mistake was made on their end. I was able to speak to a very helpful gentleman when I called the 800 number. He was able to rush our replacement order and it arrived on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, I will not do business again with this Men’s Warehouse location. The employees here were the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever worked with.

After asking when my rental would be available and translating the information I received during scheduling, I got a little backlash. Dawn kindly called me hun several times, after I told her my first and last name. She followed this up by stating my name as she wanted and when I again annunciatied the correct pronunciation, she stated she had just started helping me and did not know what I wanted. I asked that we do a reset and start this conversation anew and she backed more contentious in nature. Not a way to do business or show care for a customer that has already paid in full.
Vance Edmonds: Shopping for my wedding tux, was getting help from a tall black guy with a blue polo shirt, went back to my car to get a piece of fabric to match up and 10 seconds later I get back in the store and he is helping someone else, so I wait a couple of minutes and I leave. Everything from pointing out where to begin, to not only measuring but also ensuring that those measurements would fit perfectly with try-ons and tailored calculations, to suggesting thoughts for making sure it would still be a set of garments that would work well in the future. She's friendly and helpful but also very thorough. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you!

Mark Price: This BB location is an absolute disappointment to the main clothier I’ve frequented since 1995. I’m used to top shelf customer service at factory stores & mediocre from the outlets.This store had 4 employees standing at the counter chatting & never greeted or engaged me for the customer service I’m use to. Madison Hoseclaw: I just got called by an Austin there who was rude and called me names while trying to schedule a time for an interview. I said and I quote “I’m currently in the middle of dinner and I’m not able to speak at this time May I speak to you at a later notice?.” He called me rude and hung up. Fix it. I’m never coming back to this store and I’ve told the people who also hired they probably shouldn’t go for it. Kindness is key and apparently the people here don’t have it.

Joshua Pennington: Recently purchased a jacket online. Said jacket was supposed to arrive no later than 21Oct2021. I reached to them to see what the delay was and was told it was due to large volume of sales over this time frame shipment was delayed. Said jacket now won't arrive until 28Oct2021. I'm tired of these companies taking advantage of customers and not offering to make things right. Hopefully the jacket is worth the extended wait. Chances are I won't deal with them again.

Andrew R: My husband and I had the best experience here last night - one of the most positive retail experiences of our lives. We entered the store casually, just looking around, not intending to to buy anything. Austin, the most patient and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met, was an expert at reading our desire to basically be left alone. Once we started asking questions, he never hesitate, knowing the answer immediately or finding it within seconds. He knew all we could have hoped to know, and he was ready with custom-made recommendations for us, but without ever pressuring us for a minute. The clothing is a mix of beautiful, quality, and quirky, all while being a reasonable price. We will absolutely make a habit of shopping here, and will seek out Austin to work with in finding what we need. He is an amazing asset to this store and company.
Sam Savage: This is the place to go for your business/ business casual wardrobe! They take their time and tailor fit everything from sweaters and jackets, to pants and under shirts. Not everyone has the same body type, and they understand that.... making you look and feel like you just spent thousands instead of hundreds. He did a great job engaging both me and my wife (as my wife was mostly picking things out for me). You must understand that Bonobos is not your average store where you buy things off the rack. Instead, sales reps find the right fit for you, give you advice on what looks best, and ultimately, allow you to choose what you can afford with their online store. The clothes we purchased arrived 2 days!

Colin Dieck: I'd like to thank Ian and the staff here for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great-looking suit at the last minute. That morning I flew into town for my grandmother's funeral, and the airline lost my luggage. There was no way I would get it in time to have clothes for the funeral, so we had to run out to find me a suit. Normally I would have had to wait for the suit to get shipped to me (I hadn't realized that was the guide shop business model when I walked in). However, when they learned why I needed the suit they found trousers in stock that fit perfectly and let me wear them out the door (and over to the Nordstrom's for hemming). They also gave me a floor model suit jacket for the funeral, which yesterday I was able to return for a brand new jacket that fits even better. They did a lot to make a rough week better, and I am extremely grateful for their kindness and helpfulness. And the suit :-)

Victoria Brown: Poor customer service. Was asked to leave the store due to having my service dog. She even asked to see proof which I did. It is against the law to remove a service dog. She stated she was allergic. However, he is not contagious. I even asked if he could go to the other side of the store. He was still asked to leave..If you are handicap in any way please do not shop there. I will be contacting Washington square Mall in the morning and filing a complaint with the ADA.

Moody Judi: Went shopping here today and had a great experience until I was checking out. The cashier Sierra checked me out and bagged my purchases, before I was attempting to leave she told me hold on I need to make sure there are no security devices attached to the clothing and proceeded to drag my bag of merchandise behind the counter and kneeled down With my belongings where I couldn’t see her anymore, which I thought was very weird. Anyway she handed me my things and I walked off. No receipt in the bag which initially I saw her put the receipt in the bag before kneeling down under the checkout station. Anyway I went back and kindly asked for my receipt after making sure everything else was still in the bag. Anyway got home and security device was still attached to one article of clothing and the earings I bought for my daughter are missing. Didn’t notice this until I got home which is 3 hours north of the mall. So my real question is why did she take the receipt and why you were my daughters earrings missing I wish I noticed these things before I drove all the way home but I spent $120 and that’s a lot of things to go through. Completely dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. Zero stars if it were possible honestly

Kurt Parker: I had never been to a Burlington store till now.. not sure why not.. buddy of mine was looking for something for Christmas for a friend of his had looked all over and we thought.. lets try Burlington.. well tada he found exactly what he was looking for.. my friend found some reasonable prices on jeans.. i looked around and was impressed by the prices.. what I didn't like was the horrible long wait.. now mind you it was a week before Christmas so I suppose its to be expected.. so i will go back again and check it out!
Zulneb Marie Roembke: Prices are just right on their winter coats, sweat pants, joggers, shirts, etc. Especially on brand-name items.Just a reminder, if you are shopping by yourself make sure to buy only what your two arms can carry to your vehicle because they won't let you take their carts out in the parking lot.After the holidays, just like all other stores, a lot of things are not in their right places.

Jim Lambert: Took my son to get fitted for a prom tux I ordered online. The Manager was assisting us (I wish I would have gotten her name). She graciously helped correct some issues with the online order and fitted my son exquisitely.Absolutely best Customer Service I have encountered in some time.
Amber Clay: What terrible customer service we received renting suits for our wedding... Tossed around the whole store trying to rent suits and order our custom for the groom. Took HOURS to get measured... and we still had to come back the next day. Employees were not very knowledgeable on any topic. We expected some assistance from "professionals" in the decision process but no one there was helpful. The only enjoyable moment was ordering our custom suit with the store manager the following day. All other employees are completely useless- uninformed, unmotivated, no attention to detail. We waited a good half an hour before anyone acknowledged us while Picking up our custom suit we paid a very pretty penny for, and we were not even prompted to try it on or anything.... luckily we tried on at home and it was a DECENT fit (could have been better). Managers are over worked and understaffed, they seem to care more about disciplining their workers than the customers they are trying to help. Will never rent or order from here again nor would I recommend anyone else to their stores.
Tony Mills: Worst experience ever. The girl who placed our wedding retal order didn't put any dress shirts on the order for my groomsmen. My son's suit came in early, thank God cause it took 2 weeks to get replacement pants, as the pair they ordered where the wrong size. We were told to be sure to return our rentals the next day or a $20 fee would be charged. They didn't tell us their business hours on Easter Sunday were changed. Sat in parking lot for an hour waiting to return our suites.Would never recommend this copany.
Paul Whitecotton's Keto Kitchen: I've lost a lot of weight and my suit just fell off me. My mother just passed away and I needed a nice new suit and quick. My wife and I looked up Men's Warehouse and found the one in Greenwood. When we arrived we were greeted by Hector who asked what I was looking for. Hector worked with me for quite some time while managing to service others. I got the whole shebang, jacket, slacks, shirt, tie, shoes and socks in less than an hour. I would need my slacks altered Men's Warehouse wouldn't be to get them done in time, so Hector and of his fellow associates directed us someone who could do it quickly. We're very happy with the whole experience. We will be back to pick up another one!
Ashley Stout: Went in and were pleastanly greeted by Trace, a team member here! He quickly got to work understanding what we were in the market for, and helped us find it. My fiance needed a suit and he helped us find the right size, gave options, and ultimately made sure my fiance was comfortable. He was timley, well- mannered, knowledgeable, and overall gave us a great and timely experience!

Haeleigh Moberly: I wrote a complaint to the company back in September and never heard anything back, Kind of what I expected. We rented 8 suits for a wedding for September 10th. The WHOLE situation was a nightmare. We had to go in multiple times because the pieces we choose were not entered into the system correctly. My father in law was supposed to pick his suit up in Louisville while everyone else picked theirs up in Greenwood. His suit sat at Greenwood for 2 days while we tried to track it down, Then finally just had to "Wing it" because no ones suits fit and they did not notify us in enough time to correct the problems. Looking at my wedding photos it is so obvious they all are wearing the wrong sizes and it ruined a lot of the photos.

Team members will stand around chatting completely ignoring you, they’ll say things like “oh I don’t measure very well, go ask that person over there to help you”, looking at their phones is more important than acknowledging you standing there. Go somewhere else if you can help it.
Ronald Gilbert: Was there on Oct. 23 around noon. Had to ask for help. Thought I was going to be professionally measured for a suit, instead I had to try on several jackets and 3 or more pair of pants to finally figure out what sizes I needed. Then when we were close to getting the right size....the two gentlemen wandered off. I want to be tailored and measured for the proper fit and don't mind spending the extra $ to have a nice fit.NEVER HAPPENED...I ENDED UP WALKING OUT. I think I might have been trying on old suits pants and jackets from tuxedo rentals...by the way wasn't showed any high quality name brands ! Guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else to love the way I look
Jeffrey Patterson: What an absolutely amazing experience! I came here for a friend's wedding, that every single time I walked through that door the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. I've used this location before some years ago to buy a set of taxes, and have now used them twice to be a part of wedding parties. Overall, this men's warehouse has been amazing! And I will definitely use them again at my next need

He was extremely professional and kind. He made me feel comfortable during the process and did a fantastic job of keeping a balance between listening to what I wanted, making suggestions, asking for my input and then letting me make a decision. I was so happy when I left, I tried to tip him $20 and he refused to take it, saying the enjoyment he gets from helping people is all he needed. If you're looking for a nice suit, go visit Mark from Men's Wearhouse!!
