Penny Darnell: We have never been to this store. My husband has always wanted a pair of these. He broke down a bought a pair of the white golf shoes. He does not golf🤣 But he said they are so comfortable. Well worth the money. The 2 sales associates (2 guy's)were very nice and knew all of info to everything sold in the store. They were great the whole time we were there. Actually my husband was very happy to speak to people. That actually like their job and the company they work for. Great experience

Maggie M: Terrible return policy! I lost my receipt but brought in my credit card statement and was told that I needed to mail the shoes back to corporate and maybe I could get a refund or maybe store credit! I will never go back. These are overpriced shoes and the hassle of dealing with their customer service is a mess. Not worth it. In the future we will just buy their shoes from Nordstrom if we have to buy this brand.

Jake Long: I came in on a busy Friday night to exchange a pair of shoes. Unfortunately there was only one sales associate working, but he did a fantastic job of taking care of my exchange and bringing out shoes for all of his other customers to try on. I have always received great service at this location, and the shoes always look good, feel good, and are durable. Only room for improvement is making sure the store is properly staffed so that one person isn't doing the work of 2 or 3.

Garrett Linville: I recently went there to get a pair of shoes and find a solution for a pair that had broken. The issue was resolved perfectly by Ian. I haven't felt like a valued customer this much in a long time. The staff are cool people who genuinely know their shoes. If you teetering on whether to go here or not, I'd give it my recommendation. James Carter: I have been a customer at this store for about 5 years, and I have always had a good experience here. Current manager Diane is always very friendly and has helped me get what I need. The store carries a variety of formal and casual styles in a wide range of sizes and widths which is good for those of us who wear odd sizes.
Diane T: Worst experience in a high end shoe store. The associate was completely incompetent. She suggested wrong sizes and was telling us what we wanted instead of taking the time and asking us. She talked so quickly as if she wanted us out of the store. She didn’t take anytime in wanting to help us. Worst experience I ever had in this store she should work at Walmart

Stuart Meyer: I photograph weddings in addition to my day job, so I often have to be on my feet all day. I've mostly purchased shoes based on looks and figured that my feet could take the abuse. If only I'd have paid more attention to them. I now have plantars fasciitis and had surgery to remove a bone spur. I also have narrow feet and now wear a custom orthotic. Getting formal shoes that don't kill my feet is nearly impossible. So I went to Allen Edmonds and tried on about 12 out of the 25 lasts they carry, I wanted an oxford style that worked with my orthotics. I found the Carlyle in chili, bought one pair and liked it so well that I purchased a second pair in black. I also bought the Wilbert and now own a second pair. I've walked in both of these for 8 to 10 hour stretches and I still can't believe how comfortable they are. My feet are still tired at the end of the day, but without the aching pain I had with the other non-Allen Edmonds shoes. I've occasionally gone back to some of the other 10 pairs of formal shoes I have just to get some my money's worth out of them and barely made it past 1/2 hour before my feet were throbbing. For me, Allen Edmonds is as close to a custom shoe I can get without spending thousands of dollars. As a bonus, they're made in the USA of very high quality. I expect to get 10 or 15 years out of them with proper care using a shoe tree and occasional leather conditioning. They hold their shape very well with constant use. They're simply the best shoes I've every owned.

Zach Lonsbury: I ordered a pair of shoes because they didn't have the size in stock, as I was checking out I was told they would arrive to my house in 3-5 business days. After 5 business days, no shoes arrived and I called back. The person who answered was unbelievably rude to me, after being on hold for 15+ minutes, I was told that it's standard 7-10 business when ordering. No problem there, just miscommunication. They then went on to feel the need to explain how business days work, that I was wrong for being told they would arrive sooner, and on top of everything, my shoes have yet to show up. The manager of this location politely took care of me, found out there was a problem with the order and shipped me another pair. The manager was great to work with, I called customer service, so I wouldn't feel like I was a fool for calling the store again, and they were on top of everything. I had no contact in store with anyone I had talked to, but I do not appreciate being made feel like a burden for doing business with a company. I hope customer support is held to a higher value from now on. I just wanted to know what was going on with my shoes, especially since I live 4 hours from the store.

They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

J Blackman: Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.

Product line is timeless and conservative--- which is great if you want something that will last over a few years..but may not be the best place for trendy fashion. Madison Hoseclaw: I just got called by an Austin there who was rude and called me names while trying to schedule a time for an interview. I said and I quote “I’m currently in the middle of dinner and I’m not able to speak at this time May I speak to you at a later notice?.” He called me rude and hung up. Fix it. I’m never coming back to this store and I’ve told the people who also hired they probably shouldn’t go for it. Kindness is key and apparently the people here don’t have it.
David Gulley: Jerrod and Monica are great! They were very helpful and patient suggesting items to work with my wardrobe. Working with them was fun. I'll go back!
Joshua Pennington: Recently purchased a jacket online. Said jacket was supposed to arrive no later than 21Oct2021. I reached to them to see what the delay was and was told it was due to large volume of sales over this time frame shipment was delayed. Said jacket now won't arrive until 28Oct2021. I'm tired of these companies taking advantage of customers and not offering to make things right. Hopefully the jacket is worth the extended wait. Chances are I won't deal with them again.

We've gotten so used to shopping online during the pandemic - there is something to be said about having professional advice & assistance picking out new clothes. Andrew R: My husband and I had the best experience here last night - one of the most positive retail experiences of our lives. We entered the store casually, just looking around, not intending to to buy anything. Austin, the most patient and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met, was an expert at reading our desire to basically be left alone. Once we started asking questions, he never hesitate, knowing the answer immediately or finding it within seconds. He knew all we could have hoped to know, and he was ready with custom-made recommendations for us, but without ever pressuring us for a minute. The clothing is a mix of beautiful, quality, and quirky, all while being a reasonable price. We will absolutely make a habit of shopping here, and will seek out Austin to work with in finding what we need. He is an amazing asset to this store and company.
Sam Savage: This is the place to go for your business/ business casual wardrobe! They take their time and tailor fit everything from sweaters and jackets, to pants and under shirts. Not everyone has the same body type, and they understand that.... making you look and feel like you just spent thousands instead of hundreds. My wife thanks you 😜 seriously- go talk to Austin or Ian and they will take great care of you!!!

Mr. Vaught: Ian was our sales rep, and he was incredible! He truly knows what it means to be in sales. He did a great job engaging both me and my wife (as my wife was mostly picking things out for me). You must understand that Bonobos is not your average store where you buy things off the rack. Instead, sales reps find the right fit for you, give you advice on what looks best, and ultimately, allow you to choose what you can afford with their online store. The clothes we purchased arrived 2 days!

Robert Gutierrez: “Its just time consuming.”Thats what the salesman told me when I went to make a return. This whole business model hinges on customer service because you have to order clothes to get them so to have sales people that are put out over a return is just....senseless. I think I’m done with Bonobos, its kinda pricey for what you get and the service is not what you’d expect.
Stuart Knight: Had a wonderful experience with Ian. Was just looking for a pair of shorts and Ian recommended a couple and helped me find the perfect pair and was just generally wonderful. Ended up buying a second pair they were so comfortable!
Colin Dieck: I'd like to thank Ian and the staff here for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great-looking suit at the last minute. That morning I flew into town for my grandmother's funeral, and the airline lost my luggage. There was no way I would get it in time to have clothes for the funeral, so we had to run out to find me a suit. Normally I would have had to wait for the suit to get shipped to me (I hadn't realized that was the guide shop business model when I walked in). However, when they learned why I needed the suit they found trousers in stock that fit perfectly and let me wear them out the door (and over to the Nordstrom's for hemming). They also gave me a floor model suit jacket for the funeral, which yesterday I was able to return for a brand new jacket that fits even better. They did a lot to make a rough week better, and I am extremely grateful for their kindness and helpfulness. And the suit :-)
Jay Kot: Cant recommend these guys enough. The associates are so helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with service and the care they gave me. Happy to spend a lot of money on the clothing as its not just quality fabric but also a good fit and cut for me.
