Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

The cashier Sierra checked me out and bagged my purchases, before I was attempting to leave she told me hold on I need to make sure there are no security devices attached to the clothing and proceeded to drag my bag of merchandise behind the counter and kneeled down With my belongings where I couldn’t see her anymore, which I thought was very weird. Anyway she handed me my things and I walked off. No receipt in the bag which initially I saw her put the receipt in the bag before kneeling down under the checkout station. Anyway I went back and kindly asked for my receipt after making sure everything else was still in the bag. Anyway got home and security device was still attached to one article of clothing and the earings I bought for my daughter are missing. Didn’t notice this until I got home which is 3 hours north of the mall. So my real question is why did she take the receipt and why you were my daughters earrings missing I wish I noticed these things before I drove all the way home but I spent $120 and that’s a lot of things to go through. Completely dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. Zero stars if it were possible honestly

Sticker King: This was my first time visiting the new location and I wasn't impressed. Although its a nicer location, the customer service was atrocious and the selection was miniscule. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Walked around the store multiple times...no help offered.I was disappointed to see that Manager Jordan no longer works for the company too. He was always kind to my daughter, provided excellent service and always gave her a sticker when we went into the store. If we went to the mall, she wanted to go see her friend Jordan. Today...This store wont last long!

Anthony Lillig: I am a very picky clothing customer. I hate synthetic fabrics, as they tend to make me overheat. The salesperson, Lynne, was informed of this right off the bat. She was determined to help me. We tried on a half dozen different styles, even getting the manager involved to offer suggestion. In the end, she found one that did have synthetic fabrics, but did not have the feel of synthetics. Also, since I am tall, she found one that had the Tall component that makes my life easier.Thank you for your help!

Red Spider: I’ve gone in this store several times, never once has any of the associates asked me if I needed help. Every single time I walk in the store they just act like there’s no one in there. No customer service at all. I literally walk around the store trying to find something I’m looking for, while all of the associates are looking down at the ground or try to find something to do so that they do not have to ask me “do you need help sir”. All I have to say is if you don’t like customer service then you guys are in the wrong industry. Please find something else to do because it is so unwelcoming to walk inside of a store and no one ask you if you need help. Somethings got a change. This has been going on for years. It must be upper management or something, it’s like they train these people to not ask if you need help. From here on out every time I walk in the store and no one asked me if I need help, I will put a bad review on this page. I love buying north face, but not from the store because of the lack of respect for the patrons. I am currently conducting a case study on your store specifically, and trust me you guys will not like the results, if you simply asked how are you doing today your sales will go up by a minimum of 25%. But that doesn’t happen in the store. Good luck to all of you!

paige wilson: The worst customer service. Was in store for at least 20 minutes, 3 different employee walked by and made eye contact without a word or offer to help while I tried on a jacket. When asked about their frontline/healthcare worker discount a male worker (longer surfer type hair) standing beside the counter immediately spoke up and was incredibly rude and responded with an eye roll while making sure to tell me that the discount could only be used once a month before abruptly walking away from me before I could ask another question. When I went back to work the next day, one of our nurses that work in our COVID clinic told me she has the exact type of experience and described the male employee the same way. As an RN for many years and a veteran, I do not expect a discount or to get anything for free simply because of the profession I chose, however, I do expect and would hope that the company offering the discount will hire folks that are customer friendly and are able to act professional despite their judgment or disagreement regarding the people who the discounts are offered.

Brandi B: I debated on making this review but decided it would be wrong not to. I had a horrible experience at the Castleton Mens Warehouse. I was very uncomfortable, an employee named Mr. JR was helping a customer with a pick up for her prom and none of the clothes fit even though she had been fitted by Mens Warehouse, instead of doing something to try to help the situation this man began to fat shame the young lady he kept saying you know what size you are this is our biggest size there were many comments made about her being to big it got so uncomfortable, the young lady began to cry. He move the conversation from the dressing room to the sales floor not really sure why, maybe to make the parent out to be the problem he was very nasty to the young ladies mother who stated over and over again before she took her refund that she just wanted a solution to the problem and not her money back because her daughters prom was the next day. There was a manager who pretended she didn't hear or see what was happening. She offered no assistance, No one ever offered an apology to the young lady and her mother. I really hope the young ladies prom wasn't ruined because of horrible service she received. If I could give 0 stars I would have, I've never witnessed an adult male fat shame a young lady before and hope to never see anything so uncomfortable again. I will never shop the Castleton Mens Warehouse again.

Markara Fisher: Very horrible customer service from everyone at this location- to include the manager. There was an error in the style of pants for our best man. Instead of attempting to assist us, the only thing the manager suggested was a refund. After going back and forth with the manager I finally asked for their 800 number. She insisted that since it was Friday evening and our wedding was on Sunday that there wasn’t anything that could be done even though the mistake was made on their end. I was able to speak to a very helpful gentleman when I called the 800 number. He was able to rush our replacement order and it arrived on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, I will not do business again with this Men’s Warehouse location. The employees here were the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever worked with.

After asking when my rental would be available and translating the information I received during scheduling, I got a little backlash. Dawn kindly called me hun several times, after I told her my first and last name. She followed this up by stating my name as she wanted and when I again annunciatied the correct pronunciation, she stated she had just started helping me and did not know what I wanted. I asked that we do a reset and start this conversation anew and she backed more contentious in nature. Not a way to do business or show care for a customer that has already paid in full.

Everything from pointing out where to begin, to not only measuring but also ensuring that those measurements would fit perfectly with try-ons and tailored calculations, to suggesting thoughts for making sure it would still be a set of garments that would work well in the future. She's friendly and helpful but also very thorough. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you!

Mrs. Kathy Barker: The place is clean and spacious. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the bra section was very limited on bra sizes.
