Moody Judi: Went shopping here today and had a great experience until I was checking out. The cashier Sierra checked me out and bagged my purchases, before I was attempting to leave she told me hold on I need to make sure there are no security devices attached to the clothing and proceeded to drag my bag of merchandise behind the counter and kneeled down With my belongings where I couldn’t see her anymore, which I thought was very weird. Anyway she handed me my things and I walked off. No receipt in the bag which initially I saw her put the receipt in the bag before kneeling down under the checkout station. Anyway I went back and kindly asked for my receipt after making sure everything else was still in the bag. Anyway got home and security device was still attached to one article of clothing and the earings I bought for my daughter are missing. Didn’t notice this until I got home which is 3 hours north of the mall. So my real question is why did she take the receipt and why you were my daughters earrings missing I wish I noticed these things before I drove all the way home but I spent $120 and that’s a lot of things to go through. Completely dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. Zero stars if it were possible honestly

Zubair Khan: Walked in at 7:55 pm after searching on Google which said they close at 9pm. A worker walks up to me asking me to be quick because they close in 5 mins. I told him on Google you guys are closing at 9, he said no, that must be the other store. I tried to show it to him but he walked away. The young ladies behind the desk kept yelling at the guy "why are you letting people in, it's closing time" they had very bad attitude. Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman.Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

Zulneb Marie Roembke: Prices are just right on their winter coats, sweat pants, joggers, shirts, etc. Especially on brand-name items.Just a reminder, if you are shopping by yourself make sure to buy only what your two arms can carry to your vehicle because they won't let you take their carts out in the parking lot.After the holidays, just like all other stores, a lot of things are not in their right places.

J Blackman: Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.

I also bought a white undershirt and I have to tell you what. In my two years of being a young professional, John sold me the best undershirt I own. He explained to me why he was selling me the specific brand and how in his opinion it was the best one for my body type. The whole experience for me personally was a 10. I highly recommend. Before you go out and spend $500 on two new suits at the competition, come stop in here. They have a large inventory. They have a tailor in the back, which is convenient. I recommend this place highly, and I felt very welcome the entire time.

Krista Carlile: Customer service is non existent here. I was not greeted when entering the store. I walked through the entire store twice without anyone saying anything to me. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

She seemed a little upset however held it together to be professional as well as still over the top kind while you can tell she was not feeling the best unfortunately and for that I give her props. My whole day was messed up due to this lady treating us as if we were living back in those days.When she told us this is her place of business and Tiffany you told her that your shopping at her place of business and she came out and said that you can go somewhere else I was to done/heated!! After you left Tiffany she was on the phone with someone telling them something different. I wanted to say something so bad it took all of me to not say anything. I just wanted to get my gift and go. I come here often and have never been treated like an animal. I will say the cashier that rang me up was so helpful and very pleasant. He made me feel somewhat better. The whole time the lady kept following me around as well as looking at me. I thought she was going to ask me if I needed any help or something. Basically the whole time I was there she was trying to see if we were going to steal, when I had money. Sorry stealing is not in my blood, my mom didn't raise no thief. I knew that you were going to get on here and I'm so glad to see your review cause ppl need to see and here how we were treated it was horrible.
The Dining Grandpa: DXL, is my go to clothing store. Prices are a little high, but that’s to be expected for large men’s clothes. Everything from casual wear to sport coats and fine suits and dress shoes. From skivvies and T-shirts they will dress you head to toe to achieve whatever look you’re going for.
Tiffany C.: Worse experience ever. I couldn't do my Christmas shopping in peace without this lady following/harassing me the entire time. When I asked her why she was following me, she was very defensive and rude and said I could leave. Another customer in the store that was also black said the same lady had also been following her. She called the police on me for recording her. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Nobody should ever feel how she made us feel. And I will do my part to make sure of it.

Saladbar: Standing outside the store with locked doors during the day when it says their open. Currently on the phone with their customer service who has no clue why they’re closed. Drove an hour to get here for this store. People standing around outside and the employees are just lounging in the store. Super annoying
connor alger: H&M Fitting rooms are closed.Waited in a 30 min line to buy jeans.Went to jc penny to try on jeans. Didn't fit.Waited in H&M line for 30 mins again to return them as employees walked around unoccupied registers doing nothing.

Andrea Halpern Bryan: So sad… on a rare occasion to take a family member shopping for school and work clothes, we selected items to try on only to find the dressing room being closed and a barricade being placed by a managerial employee several hours before store closing. The woman claimed they had no one to work the area and resumed walking about the store. Obviously H&M wasn’t going to make any sales the remainder of the day either.

Gb Haseo: Employees were great and super nice, selection was rough though. Clothes were very unorganized as well, but it was super busy, and the employees were super busy at the registers, so understandable. When I did need help they were happy to.
