Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

I walked up right as they were getting ready to lock their door and the store manager so kindly offered to let me make my return anyways. While we were chatting she also helped me find another pair of amazing boots! And she also helped me re-order the shoes that had come in the wrong size. A few of the associates and I chatted well my transaction finished up, and everybody is so kind and helpful! Definitely will be back!

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

When I picked them up, the box was torn and there was no wrapping on the shoes. The shoes also had a purple sale sticker on them. It looked as though they came from the sale rack…I took them back to the store and asked if I could have the sale price, since it was clearly a sale shoe (they gave me a shoe from the sale rack..), but the manager offered me $5.00 and said there wasn’t anything else she could do. She honestly didn’t even try. She didn’t apologize for my experience or anything. Melissa was the manager I spoke with. I’ve been shopping there for several years and have never run into anything like this before. The old manager was so much better in how she cared for the visitors. I will not be back and plan to call corporate. Don’t waste your money here!!

Rashawnda Knox: Do NOT shop at this location. Just because you have substandard prices doesn’t mean your customer service should match. We deserve to be treated with respect. Asha the only person in the store was VERY Rude and called the police on us (myself and 4 other people in the store) because She said when she told us she will be closing in 3 minutes we didn’t move toward the register. So she came to the back of the store to tell us she was closing in three minutes. As I was saying ok let me put my shoes back on she cut me off and said listen no need to talk back or argue or want to fight (me and the other customers looked at each other confused fight?) As she went on to say we didn’t have respect for others because we came in the store 15 minutes before they were closing and she was tired she’s been working 7 days a week and she’s ready to go so get out or Shes calling the police. Shocked at how we were treated we proceeded to walk toward the exit as she called the police and said she has people in her store refusing to leave…Lies we were happily leaving. Something should be done to business owners that report false information to the police. America this has got to stop!!!! It should NOT be ok to use our police in this manner. Cause you tired? Nor should it be okay to treat YOUR customers this way especially in a struggling economy. Black people STOP giving your money to businesses that see you as less than!!! We are the majority of their customer base!!!!! If Anyone is familiar with their vendor post it!!!
Nefra's Journey: They have a nice selection of shoes but have been effected by the pandemic and Truck crisis so their stock is low. I can't wait till they get more shoes in. The floor is empty.
Rayiana Byrd: I went into the store with my children and the lady at the register began to follow us. We’re the only customers present. So I ignored her. One of my children ran off while I was pulling a box, she then grabbed him and turned him around, he then ran off again of course(stranger danger).She then stated that I needed to leave the store. When I asked her why she said because the kids can’t ran and destroy the store. Nothing at all was touched by my child at all at this point, NOTHING AT ALL. But all the same I picked up and carried my son. He touched a boot while I was going up the aisle and he placed it back on the box. She then called the cops and reported that “a mental children was being allowed to run and destroy her store.” I’ve never in my life; thought I would witness an adult call the cops on a toddler for being a child. In a nutshell, lost two customers today. And I will never recommend this place to another individual again.

Ferdinand Pages: I’d be careful shopping here. They list everything on “sale” but if you Google the shoe you’re looking for you’ll see you can get it cheaper at that brands website or another store. They listed a pair of shoes for 74.99 on sale for 69.99 but those EXACT shoes are 49.99 online. Just because you slap SALE or $5 off doesn’t mean it’s actually a good deal. Don’t get scammed by the sticker prices here

Erin Hardwick: I am very upset with the service at the Castleton location. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes for my nephew online and they arrived at my house a bit dirty on the bottom and one of the light up shoes did not light up. I ordered a replacement for pick up in the store. I arrived to return the shoes that did not light up and the Manager looked at the shoes and I explained they arrived like that (bottoms a bit dirty and one not lighting up) and she said “I don’t believe that.” I am so offended that she stated I was lying. I will not shop here again because this Manager was so rude!I should mention the sales associates I engaged with were friendly.
