The woman claimed they had no one to work the area and resumed walking about the store. Obviously H&M wasn’t going to make any sales the remainder of the day either.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Was looking for a sweater I had seen online (multiple colors and patterns) Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.
Gabriela Michele: Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!

BUT I give it a 3 star because of the wait times and overcrowding. Talk about being claustrophobic! Holy Moly! I advise not to go during a sale, the holidays, or even on the weekends. I mean, unless you want to wait for almost an hour for a register to open up or take the chance of having your body buttcheek to buttcheek sandwiched, lol. No exaggeration. I'm in a wheelchair and it is NOT pretty! Don't even get me started about trying to maneuver around the store.. it is not very wheelchair friendly ONLY when it's crowded. As popular as that store location is, they really need to build onto the store to make it much bigger. Also, they need more registers.

Patrice MR: Fantastic cheap thrills! I love this store. Trendy, decent quality clothing at great prices. The shoes are low quality but they range from $7.99 - $20.99 which you can't beat. I was there last week and purchased a fabulous graphic t-shirt and 4 pairs of sandals for $10 each. Love them! Friendly staff, nice environment, huge selection. The only thing I don't like is that the dressing rooms are small and always locked. Other than that, Rainbow Rocks!

un known: I have to get rainbow stores on a whole A 2 star I went to a rainbow and I saw a coat that was not on the website or at any other store and it was the size I need it very last one the person putting out the clothes refused absolutely refuse to take it off the mannequin so that I could purchase it I guess she was saving it for something or somebody because it was the very last one online and in the stores we had went to and she would not sell it to me. Absolutely terrible business practice. So needless to say we left the store and didn't buy anything after we pulled clothing from the racks and we were going to purchase like $700 worth of merchandise between the four of us. My grandbaby was so disappointed. Text Time will be coming I'll make sure my daughter's do not spend their tax money at the the rainbow on Pendleton Pike
K Ham: Today is Mothers Day. They have their hours posted on the first picture as you can see. However they are closed. Per hours listed close is 6pm. And it’s only 5:00pm. Now to make matters worst they open at 10:00am which I was so happy to know they open at 10am To come and they was closed. I waited until 10:45am. and they were still closed. So closed when they are scheduled to be open in the AM and in the PM. Management will be contacted first thing Monday morning. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate Of their loyal customers.

Kendra D: I was shopping around for a few sundresses for a trip next WEEK smh lol and while shopping at a different store, with no luck, a lady told me about Rainbow. This was my first time shopping at Rainbow and they had the exact dress styles I was looking for. I wasn't even in the store for 10 mins and found 4 dresses that I absolutely loved. They were all extremely inexpensive as well, which was an added bonus! The store isn't too big, but has a lot to offer. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come shop here again.

So unprofessional and Ghetto.
