BUT, when I went, it was 3 days before Christmas, so it was crazy! I would still recommend it, but I'm not going back right before Christmas again! LoL love this place!! Can't take carts outside.

Zulneb Marie Roembke: Prices are just right on their winter coats, sweat pants, joggers, shirts, etc. Especially on brand-name items.Just a reminder, if you are shopping by yourself make sure to buy only what your two arms can carry to your vehicle because they won't let you take their carts out in the parking lot.After the holidays, just like all other stores, a lot of things are not in their right places.
tom MAJORS: For a so-called coat factory they didn't have hardly any coats. I ended up going elsewhere.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

J Blackman: Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.

I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

Mark Price: This BB location is an absolute disappointment to the main clothier I’ve frequented since 1995. I’m used to top shelf customer service at factory stores & mediocre from the outlets.This store had 4 employees standing at the counter chatting & never greeted or engaged me for the customer service I’m use to. Store was clean & up to expectations but the employees were a massive disappointment to say the least.I guess at this stage in our wonderful economy & national leadership, this must be our new level of “normal”. Total shame. Very disappointing.

Alee: In love with this store. The clothing for women is absolutely perfect! They make you look classic and very elegant! I got my graduation dress there and I absolutely loved it!! The only thing I didn’t like was the feeling of the zipper, felt dull and cheap. The design and the material of the dress was just right and I felt comfortable and very confident in it and I liked how the length was just perfect, it wasn’t to short nor to long! And YES, it’s very expensive but if your ever looking for something elegant just go to this store and there’s a ton of options to choose from and the employees are always so nice and friendly! They make you feel at home!

Jay Kot: Went to brooks brothers and tried their raincoats. The store associate was excited to sell me the item. It costs 499. I tried it on and the zipper was unable to properly zip. The product was a dud! The zipper would close up but then the jacket would come apart.The associate looked on very embarrassed as I declined it further and quickly left.Brooks brothers would love to charge you polo and patagonia prices but cant seem to make the quality. Not sure why they think they can get away with it.Please dont sell garbage. I know your customers are wealthy but we are not stupid.

Product line is timeless and conservative--- which is great if you want something that will last over a few years..but may not be the best place for trendy fashion. Kay D: Every time I apply to this location , they send me an email with a link to schedule an interview but every single time I never received a phone call. What’s the point of sending me a link to schedule an interview if your not gonna call. I was told today that the manager took all her interviews today after i called. They were supposed to call me at 11:15 am (the interviewed I scheduled with them) and it’s been an whole hour. It just sounds off because it seems like every time it’s something so I’m just done applying at this point what just for them to send me a link to schedule a phone interview and they never call. Like what’s the point!? Waste of my time at this point. This the third or fourth time this happened.

Then roll back inside the store no need to have those employees be rude about it. I am contacting corporate telling them they need to hire new nice and friendly people for that store you talk to me the way you talked to my daughter today she came in there and lazy is as lazy does not giving someone all there money back needs to not work in this store
Ray Lemar: Was able to find some nice clothes for a lot less than you would pay for at the mall for the same thing. Kids clothes fast , however you can still find some nice classics. Checkout was a little slow.
