Connor H: DO NOT BUY JEWELRY OR WARRANTY HERE. They will steal your money here. Everything is priced 10x higher than what the piece is worth. They middle man sale so they do not make this jewelry so down the road you won’t get a replacement like your warranty says. The repair shop is absolutely terrible they don’t care and will throw it together and come back worse 90 percent of the time. This place has been scamming people for a long time. Also the credit banks will charge you fees and unexplained charges.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

I called on the 23rd to check since we never heard anything. An employee, named LARRY, was super rude on the phone and told me they hadn't touched the ring because they didn't know what to do with it! Then he told me they could size it but it will be a different shape so they won't line up... What?! So, they rushed the order and got it to us 2 days later. Wouldn't you know they botched it! Looks like someone did it in their garage. I 100% regret getting her ring from Kay's

Kanisha Davis: The manager (Aubrey) at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a watch at another location and a few days later went into this store to exchange it or return it. She said that the watch had been worn and I couldn’t return it . I started to explain to her that the watch has never been sized to fit my wrist so there’s no way I could have worn it and she instantly cut me off and repeatedly told me that it had been worn . I asked for corporate number and she sloppily threw the watch back in the box. She got on the phone and ran in the back . After talking with corporate they called the store and she continued to lie to them telling them that it has been worn and also that she don’t even know if i was the one that purchased the watch . I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young , black or both for her to feel that I can’t purchase a watch but my name was on the paperwork and I have an ID. I gave Kay’s (not this location) 2 stars because corporate honored my return. It’s sad because I’ve been to this location before and the staff was really nice but to have such an unprofessional and unpleasant manager really brings the store down .

My ring is beautiful don’t get me wrong, but I truly feel like the staff didn’t listen to my fiancé when he went to purchase my ring & now it is still too big. My fingers are very, very small. I wear between sizes 3-3.5. When my fiancé went to the store he was advised to get a size 6 because the rep didn’t believe him about my ring size. Though he said a size 4, I wish she would have advised him to get a ring without the diamonds on the side so the ring could have been sized correctly to fit my finger where it didn’t move at all times. My ring doesn’t fit comfortably and I’m always afraid that it will fall off. I understand that it should have a little wiggle room, but I am constantly moving it on my finger so it sits correctly.I really want to love this ring, but I don’t. I’m very disappointed and stuck with a ring that moves constantly. I don’t enjoy it

Just one great example of the type of white glove service you receive from these fine people.Perhaps the best experience has been Aaron's guidance on jewelry purchases for my wife. But when it comes to picking out a piece of jewelry for my wife, I'm a bit out of my element. Trey Jones: Went to this location recently and I walked around for several minutes and no one acknowledged me or even spoke. So I eventually just left and I went back to share with the manger and she didn’t care just said we must have been busy. Don’t go to this location they treat people poorly.

When I took it in to get repaired, the girl was RUDE as hell and basically said I should try taking better care of my ring and not wearing it all the time, like her. First off, I shouldn't have to do that to begin with, especially with how much it costs. If you sell quality rings, then I should be able to wash my hands and the metal NOT gradually turn colors. I still love my ring but after dealing with her and this happening twice since October 2021, if another stone falls out or the plating (that NO ONE SAID I HAD) fades again, then we will take our business and money somewhere else.

My fiancé and I stopped in this weekend to get our wedding bands and I said I would wait for either Brandon or Adam because they are so good at what they do! Now during this visit, we were under the assumption of an active shooter in the mall. Brandon directed us to the back room with the other associates and proceeded to close the gates to the store (literally risking himself to make sure we were safe.) Adam and the other associates made sure we were okay, and soothed us while waiting in the back room.They handled the situation greatly and I am so very thankful.

I'm buying something but not sure what. She then said I would have to wait until one of other sales associates to get free. Obviously she didn't have time for us since I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. Then she walked off. So I left. If you don't have time for me, don't ask if you can help me.

Emilee Goode: Had my wedding rings resized after having a baby last year. They came back to the store March 18th and I got there as soon as my job would allow(4:00). This was the start of all stores closing due to covid and the mall was open but the gates to Kay were shut. Two Employees were still inside, a man and woman. I begged them to please give me my rings. They were paid for and just needed picked up. This man working kept repeating “we’re closed. We’re closed. We’re closed. Were closed.” That’s all he kept saying- my words didn’t matter and were not heard. I left very upset and over two months later still no idea when I will be able to collect my wedding rings.
Chad Wallace: We have been doing business with Kay for many years and have been satisfied with their products up to this point. On March 8th I came into the store and ordered my wife a Mother’s Day gift that was to arrive on March 25th. Prior to it’s arrival they shutdown due to COVId 19 which I understand, but when I called their customer service line to ask for my purchase to be delivered to my home they refused to do so. The store still has not opened (and hasn’t posted when it will open) and now I can’t reach anyone for an update on whether my jewelry even shipped from the manufacturer. I could not be more dissatisfied in the way they are handling this shutdown. They have my $700, I have nothing to show for it, no one will respond to emails, and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Once I receive this I will not be doing business with Kay Jewler again.
Darla Bishop: The way that Kay's is handling this reopening situation is incompetent and unprofessional. They are holding my wedding set hostage at the Greenwood Park Mall location. They took my money and I have no product to show for it. My wedding anniversary is next month and all I keep getting is the run around. My husband has emailed the manager Brandon Wills with no response. I would expect at least curbside pickup but no. I'm not the only one either, there are PLENTY of others who have placed orders and have gotten piss poor communication regarding their items. I will NEVER shop here again.

Shirley Crain: Bought a men's ring with 4 rows of diamonds. The diamonds keep falling out and I get them replaced about every 6 months. And I keep my warranty upto date. Now they are trying to charge me 142.00 to have it fixed this time. Not going to happen, they aren't answering thier phone. The past couple of years this location has suffered with employee turnover and lack of customer service.

Lisa Murphy: Not a happy customer. We have spent near 5,000.00 and my ring was not properly sized by the sales associate at the end of the sale. She did not size my finger. The ring came back not sized correctly and too big. It had to be resent out. Though the manager apologized, nothing was done to "try and make it right." I left very upset. I'm not happy with them at all.

The showroom is warm and welcoming, with a wide selection of jewelry and watches to be viewed immediately. Even though we arrived within an hour of closing, my fiancé and I were acknowledged at once and then assisted by the exceptionally professional and kind Amy. She’s experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. At the time, we were just casually looking, barely more than window-shopping, and even with that in mind, Amy pleasantly surprised us. Sally soon joined to present her own terrific eye for the styles we enjoyed and efficiently supplying a fantastic, ethically-sourced, and budget-conscious selection. My fiancé and I were touched by them working WITHIN our budget and then not trying to push us beyond it. We were presented with a variety of beautiful engagement rings. Sally recognized our ultimate choice was very similar to a ring on discount, and found a wonderfully priced option well within our budget. We were so elated and knew a better deal could not be found. My fiancé and I had gone to multiple stores (including Audrey Hepburn’s jewelry company down the street), and had either impersonal or pushy associates, and because of this we figured it would be LONG before we found what we wanted. I am so happy with our choice of ring, store, and the professionalism of their staff. With such knowledgeable and exceptional service, given by Sally and Amy, this Kay Jewelers location is now our store of choice. Thank you both so much for an unforgettable and lovely experience!

Kristi herself spent close to 2 hours on the phone with customer support and did not stop without a resolution to the issue. Would highly recommend.
Tommy Kosub: Frustrating experience. The first time I went in was Black Friday. Computer system was slow and took forever to bring up my account and get my order placed. Went back 12/8 to pick up said order and asked to see a watch as well. I have two young kids and they were both with me and behaving but still in a bit of a time crunch. I asked to see a watch and got told I’d have to wait to speak to a sales person because the lady behind the counter couldn’t help me. I’ve spent quite a bit through the years with Kay’s because they always have taken care of me. This location however did not make me feel this way. I will not be returning and will have to really consider using them in the future.

Rachel: Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any “jeweler”. When we came in, we had a budget… we were shown rings out of that budget and of course I fell in love with one that was out of our price range. We bought the ring but had to get it resized. When we came in to get it, the manager kept trying to hire me but I was completely uninterested as my job pays almost 3 times what they do. Then, we had to get my wedding band resized. The lady kept trying to get me to solder my rings together and I told her numerous times no but she kept on and would not stop. Then, we went to pick up the band as we got an email that day at 5:07 to go pick it up and got there at 6… the manger closed up shop over an hour early and there were four people standing on the curb very irritated and frustrated, me included and rightfully so. I called the store and they said they were closed and I said there’s nothing posted on the door just that they were closed Wednesday - it’s Tuesday - and why would I get an email saying my ring was ready and I could go pick it up that day during business hours which we did and get turned away? She just kept saying they were closed. EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will never be coming back to this Kay Jewelers location ever again after I pick up my band, whenever that may be.
