B. Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

Bonnie Licklider: I was very early to my lunch next door ( the Eagle ) so I decided to stop since I had time to kill...I had went here as a child with my mother. I was a very tall girl and we lived in Noblesville, IN. No shoe store with size 12 girls back in the day so my Mom would bring me here... it was like stepping back in time..The store is very well organized. Clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Aaron did a great FAST job of fitting my feet, finding the shoes and making that sale! Thank you so very much for the speedy, friendly and expertise help! I'll be back!
The Real John Hobelman: I’ve been a customer of Stouts on Mass Ave since 2020. When I first came in I was suffering with plantar fasciitis and had a noticeable limp.The associates were kind and very knowledgeable and spent time with me on education and looking at different orthotic insoles.When I walked out I had no pain!!!!I’ve remained a loyal customer ever since and think the world of the general manager and the staff. So appreciative of how well they serve people and just how fun and kind the atmosphere in that shop is.Thanks everyone!!!!

The same gentleman was breathtakingly rude when he said he doesn’t appreciate customers walking into the store touching “his” shoes with their dirty hands. Made the whole experience uncomfortable. Mind you, he came up to us out of nowhere while we were looking at a shoe. It was a white skinny man wearing a kids tie.
Michael: I initially stopped by on a Sunday and they were very busy. I decided to come back during the week and am glad I did. Aaron helped me correctly size my feet and try on a series of shoes. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I ended up buying a new pair of shoes on the spot. Outstanding service!

He found a shoe he liked but they didn't have his size (12) so they said they would check the downtown location. They did have it downtown so off we went.We were nicely greeted and were told someone would be right with us. We indicated a call from Brownsburg was made and they immediately knew what we were there for. Unfortunately, the shoe was not a good fit for him (narrow feet).For the next hour, the store manager - Stephanie - made herself my son's personal shoe specialist. She was amazing. She was insightful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave suggestions. Most of all, she was patient. My son is quiet and can do the typical teenage - "uh, I don't know" answer to any question and she managed him beautifully! ❤️I can't thank this place enough!If you need shoes for business, prom, running, hiking, casual, or anything - this should be your first stop!

This place is a local business that focuses on your experience. They have shoes for big and tall people, so you never have to struggle to find your size anymore if you shop here! If you come here, you simply MUST ask for Robert, the assistant manager, for the store. While you're here, your satisfaction is his top priority, and you walk out feeling happy and in a shoe that fits you. I'm not exaggerating, I'm coming here from now on because they have my hard to find sizes that give me the right support for my feet, even in spite of the cost. You can't beat the quality of shoes that they sell and the superior customer service that they provide.

Kaitlin Johnson: I bought my ugg fluff slide from here and I love all the three pairs I have it’s just if your going to buy the black pair then be careful because they stain your feet with black ink.I haven’t had this issue with my other ugg fluff slides it’s just the black ones everytime I wear my feet are black from the ink so I advise you if you want them you need to wear socks with them or just don’t get the black pair because I’m trying to understand how theses shoes are $100 but the ink stains your feet.

The sneakers they had for my order were a size too big even though the invoice showed the correct size! Of course by the time I got to the store, my actual shoe size was gone. So I had to look for another pair.

PC Campbell: I would give no stars if that were an option. I ordered a pair of shoes online and picked them up at the Clearwater location. When I picked them up, the box was torn and there was no wrapping on the shoes. The shoes also had a purple sale sticker on them. It looked as though they came from the sale rack…I took them back to the store and asked if I could have the sale price, since it was clearly a sale shoe (they gave me a shoe from the sale rack..), but the manager offered me $5.00 and said there wasn’t anything else she could do. She honestly didn’t even try. She didn’t apologize for my experience or anything. Melissa was the manager I spoke with. I’ve been shopping there for several years and have never run into anything like this before. The old manager was so much better in how she cared for the visitors. I will not be back and plan to call corporate. Don’t waste your money here!!

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Hardeep Singh: They have a really good large selection of multiple different companies. I went in to get a new pair on cloud. They did not have the color I wanted. They ordered the color that I wanted to my house and it was there the next day I was very impressed.
Zach Lonsbury: I ordered a pair of shoes because they didn't have the size in stock, as I was checking out I was told they would arrive to my house in 3-5 business days. After 5 business days, no shoes arrived and I called back. The person who answered was unbelievably rude to me, after being on hold for 15+ minutes, I was told that it's standard 7-10 business when ordering. No problem there, just miscommunication. They then went on to feel the need to explain how business days work, that I was wrong for being told they would arrive sooner, and on top of everything, my shoes have yet to show up. The manager of this location politely took care of me, found out there was a problem with the order and shipped me another pair. The manager was great to work with, I called customer service, so I wouldn't feel like I was a fool for calling the store again, and they were on top of everything. I had no contact in store with anyone I had talked to, but I do not appreciate being made feel like a burden for doing business with a company. I hope customer support is held to a higher value from now on. I just wanted to know what was going on with my shoes, especially since I live 4 hours from the store.

CONSANDRA ROYSTER: Even though my family and I enjoy this store we wish there was another location. The male manager gives my children of color a hard time on exchange and or returns but not my caucasian children. Be careful with what appears to be racism we are not the only blended family.

Ron Phillips: I've been buying shoes for myself, family, and friends for years. The establishment is clean and professional. They are always ready to help. The door selection, although a bit more expensive, is phenomenal! I always recommend Ecco. These are so comfortable. But the sandals and heels are made to be worn in comfort. Give this place a go. You'll love it like me.

M Eriksson: I visited Elgin’s today for a warranty return on a pair of shoes. The Manager assured me that Elgin’s will take care of me. I was certainly well received and definitely taken care of for my warranty return. As a result of service they had, I bought a new pair of shoes. I will likely return for additional shoes.
