Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Julie Bouchard: I had an amazing experience today at Chico’s store 0531 at The Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis. I had to quickly find an outfit for a Formal/Semi Formal wedding coming up in a couple weeks. I have been dreading shopping for this event since I don’t like the way I look in dresses and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find something that made me feel good and more importantly look good.When I entered the store, Julia Associate # 79156 greeted me and asked why I was shopping today. I explained the situation and told her I had a skirt that I was hoping to find a top for and maybe some new jewelry. She was quick to make a couple of good suggestions. I thought her suggestions might work but since I had only visited one store prior to Chico’s I told her that I wanted to look around the mall and see if I could find anything that might work better. She told me to look around and then come back and we could put an outfit together if I still hadn’t found anything elsewhere. Needless to say, I couldn’t find any appropriate dresses/outfits in any other store so I decided to go out to my car and bring in my skirt to see if we could make something work at Chico’s.At this point, Megan welcomed me back and Julia was excited to show me some other options she had pulled after I had left. As it turned out, the skirt I was hoping to use did not seem “dressy” enough. I told Julia I am really more comfortable in pants and was frustrated because I needed something that I could really dress up.She quickly went over to a rack and pulled The Hutton Pant in black and paired it with a black Ponte Button Sleeve Tunic. She then added a beautiful oblong burgundy scarf. I put the outfit on and knew I had found what I was looking for. Julia had totally read my mind as to what I felt would work well for me. The outfit was very slimming and was exactly what I was hoping to find. We continued to dress it up by adding some jewelry. After trying a number of different combinations we settled on a beautiful multi strand necklace, a hinge cuff bracelet and Linear hoop earrings.Having both Julie and Megan’s help made all the difference. The outfit is chic enough for a very dressy wedding yet it is comfortable and can be worn for other holiday parties. You have a great team at Store 0531. It takes me an hour to drive to this location but I plan on shopping at this store in the future because of my great experience today.Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

BA Bernier: This is the first time I have been to this Kohl’s it will be the one I go to moving forward. It was clean, neat, well organized and the staff was polite, friendly and trained. It’s nice to see a Kohl’s that is run like they were when they were young new and eager to please the public and customers. Well Done
