Spicy Zing: I came in today searching for a dress I need for an event in two days. I had a different dress planned but decided against it. It was more hopeful thinking if I could find a dress in general in such a short notice..and it doesn't help that I also need to find a specific color as well. BUT, I'm sooo glad I thought of Windsor! Their prices are reasonable and quality always good. The mall in general was very slow so the store wasn't busy which was nice made my experience way more comfortable. I was able to get three employees there to help me out and all three were very nice. I had no issues getting a dressing room and trying out a couple dresses. At the counter as I was checking out I had trouble getting my ZIP to work and the employees were super helpful and patient with me as we tried to figure it out together, which we did! I'm very happy with my experience and super satisfied with my purchase.
marie asback: Girls were rude and trashy, cussed loudly in front of my 9 year old while talking too each other. We’re to worried about having a conversation than too deal with costumers. If your excited too get a dress don’t even go there. All are cocky like you work in a mall, humble yourself. Dresses were also ripped and had stains on them. Trashy workers and building.

They also have all of their dresses marked as nonreturnable. This store should be shut down. I will never come to this store again. They don’t even deserve one star.
CRL: I was shopping in Windsor on December 9, 2021, and I noticed the manager picking and choosing who could use the dressing rooms. Supposedly closed for use that evening. Mind you I'm a black female in my mid-fifties. Well, a white woman inquired about going back to the dressing room to try a dress on. The manager whose name started with the letter “S” or “C” told no very rudely! That's really what made me turn around and listen. So, I kept shopping. I looked up to see several young black women ask to use the dressing room she allowed them to use the dressing room to try on things. She was so polite to them. Still watching and listening. White women and Latino woman also inquired about trying clothing on in the dressing room and was told “ No” very rudely. So I went and asked to use dressing room the young lady spoke so sweet and respectful with a smile. To make a long story short. Young lady if someone of another race would have done that to you. I bet you would have made a big deal out of it. Called the news stations, Al Sharpton or the NAACP! Because you felt that you were treated unfairly because you were “black”! Or even tried to sue the store. REALLY! Pull yourself together young lady. You are hurting yourself not them in the long run!!!
Abbi Scharf: My friend visited the store today, 12/3/21, and had the worst treatment ever. She came in and asked for an employee to get a dress down, the employee looked her up and down, and stated “you will have trouble finding a dress here” referring to her body type. I can not imagine what this employee says to other customers who may have insecurities of their own. Next, my friend went to try it on in the dressing room and wanted a second opinion, so she called her mom. The same employee then places her hands inside the dressing room knocking yelling to get off the phone. What is the reason a girl can’t have her phone in a dressing room? The employee was aggravated when my friend left the dressing room and talked to her as if she was toddler, demanding to put the dresses where she found them instead of the dedicated rack. When my friend finally checked out, the employee was rolling her eyes and gave glares. After leaving, my friend called the manager and the manager just said all they could do was a discount when she came back for another purchase. She did not want a discount, she wanted an apology and respect. This employee has no consideration for others feelings. Teach your employees better.

From the start she snatched the receipt and had a very dismissive attitude. She began to thoroughly inspect the dress I was returning which is completely understandable as that is her job. The entire time she was making faces as if she was bothered to be assisting me with my return. She refused to return my dress that had all it’s tags because she believed it had been worn. I’m not upset it wasn’t returned I can understand that. But, Amy needs to learn to treat customers with respect. Please train her appropriately. Thank you.
Aumoir Jr: I was in the Castleton location in Indianapolis, Indiana over the weekend looking for a cocktail dress to wear to my wedding reception. I was treated very rudely by I believe one of the store managers her name is Amy. I have never experienced anything like this before. She did not acknowledge us when we walked in the store just flew past us. When I asked for assistance from her we were ignored, I then proceeded to ask another employee for help. That employee helped us, while she was getting a dress down for me Amy told her we were being impatient. Stated it right in front of us. The other employee apologized for her as we walked to the fitting rooms. When I went to the register to check out Amy then came behind the register and started saying "I will tell her what happened) talking to the woman checking me out. The entire experience was very rude. I won't be back to that location.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Store was clean & up to expectations but the employees were a massive disappointment to say the least.I guess at this stage in our wonderful economy & national leadership, this must be our new level of “normal”. J Blackman: Horrible experience. We live almost an hour away from the store. We looked up there hours and it clearly stated they were opening at 8. When we arrived around 8:30 they were not open. We thought they were opening because several people were in there The manager came out to say the store would not open till 10. I said that is not what your advertising said He said yeah it’s the end of the world. He was belligerent and rude. I told him they should fire the person in charge of the advertising and he said Jesus Christ as he stormed off!! We have spent thousands in J Crew but they just lost a customer for life! There are many stores so they will get our business.

I had a consulate who kept referring to my dress as a prom dress (I have a black wedding dress). A couple times a few employees referred to it as a prom dress or bridesmaid dress an it's really discouraging, buttt today we went shopping for a dress for my mom an my daughter and I got Raeann she is TRULY A SHINING STAR!!! She honestly needs a promotion her customer service was beyond amazing! She went above an beyond for us in more was than one and I genuinely couldn't believe the service we got I will recommend her 10/10 times!!! She is a huge amazing asset to this location this was the best experience we ever had!! I still have to go back for my alterations but she definitely made me feel way more comfortable trusting them with my wedding dress an my party! I don't think I thank Raeann enough for all the effort she put in for us today! She deserves 5 stars!!! 🤩 but for my previous experience in different wedding dresses the overall business 4 stars

She even left my small group (all of which needed dresses) to assist another bride to be who already had her own sales associate. And yes my wedding party is black and the other bride is white. We found two dresses for bridesmaids but not for anyone else in the group.

She did not provide helpful directions as to how the appointment should go, what she could and would be helping with, and my family and I were the ones that walked around looking for dresses for my bridesmaids to try on when we did not know really where to look. Our stylist did not help find dresses or offer to go look for more if we wanted to try on different ones. She remained quiet for the majority of the appointment and rarely made suggestions. We were hoping for the appointment to be more memorable.

Kelsey Fisher: Personally, I would give negative stars if possible. Scheduled a bridal appointment a couple weeks ago, they called before hand and I told them what I was looking for. Upon arrival of appointment, the stylist helping me had zero idea why I was there and seemed very new and not confident. I felt I wasted my breathe with the phone call before the appointment. We eventually ordered a dress that I wanted to try on, but had to pay in full to get the dress in the color I wanted just so I could see it. I was told the dress would arrive the second week of April. I watched the girl place the order and we made sure it was ordered with long sleeves. The dress came in March 29th so I went to look at it today and get it sent for alterations. $1300 later, I open the package to find my long sleeve dress is in fact sleeveless. We take the dress back up to front and the girl says she will go speak with the manager. They ‘exchange’ the dress and now the dress will not be in until August 27th. I do not understand how there is a 4 month difference in turn around for a 3 week difference. The girls kept saying it was a warehouse error. I asked if I was going to receive some sort of discount and was told that was not possible. We asked to speak to the manager multiple times and I never did see a manager before we left. I was told there would be plenty of time to get alterations done before November. We will see if this holds true and I will continue to look for a different dress in the meantime. Very disappointed in both visits so far.

Karen Lippincott: Great store, horrible to get to. I just wanted to pick up an internet order and almost didn't make it in time there or to my next destination. It's a huge multi story mall with paid parking and lots of walking and searching. Getting out was a nightmare it took almost 30 minutes because the card reader broke and they wouldn't let you leave without their $3. Good place for a whole day of shopping. Not convenient at all for a quick pick up.
