Karen Lippincott: Great store, horrible to get to. I just wanted to pick up an internet order and almost didn't make it in time there or to my next destination. It's a huge multi story mall with paid parking and lots of walking and searching. Getting out was a nightmare it took almost 30 minutes because the card reader broke and they wouldn't let you leave without their $3. Good place for a whole day of shopping. Not convenient at all for a quick pick up.

Jaimie: Clothes were great, staff was not. Two ladies working Saturday evening. They never left from behind the register or leaning on the back room door unless they had too. We were not greeted, they did yell hello’s from the back for a couple other clients while we were there. No offer to help or ask what we were looking for. Had to wave them down to get a dressing room opened. (We were the only customers in the store for most of our visit) No rack to put clothes I didn’t want on, when I asked where to put them they were taken from me and put on the back counter and the worker went back to leaning on the wall. They were still there when we left. My elderly mother asked to use the bathroom, she was rudely told no. I get it, it’s not a public bathroom, but say that. Pretend to be nice. Don’t just bark out “No” and nothing more. We cut our shopping short, only spent $200, that was quite a bit less then our plan. Went to check out, no “Did you find everything? “ or anything similar. Other employee was leaning on the wall eating Cheetos. We won’t be back to the physical store anytime soon. We will order online.

Apparently it was not programmed in the system and the manager did not know how to override it. Why are you piling on coupons on customers to get them to come back and then when we try to use the coupons you act like you don't know what you are doing???!!!! Then she proceeded to clean off the counter and had me wait because I told her this was false advertising.

The short round younger girl who was training someone, didn't say ANYTHING. It's very upsetting to see black women be so rude and unwelcoming, then don't understand why society paints us as "angry" black women. Unhappy people should not work in customer service. I will not be back.

My mom spent over $600 and it was nothing but attitude, like we were inconveniencing them and it's literally their job to check us out. Not one of these two ladies said thank you for your purchase, bunch of huffing and puffing. The only reason they getting two strars is because the manager finished the transaction fresh off of her break. I'm calling the corporate still.

My only complaint is that recently the store has been closed at odd times due to staffing shortages, but this likely is a temporary measure. Also, some of the clothing quality has declined over the past year, such as with the thickness of their tshirts, but other items are still good quality. Would highly recommend.

This Castleton square store was stocked with A LOT of stuff to purchase for Christmas. But return policies at this Lane Bryant did nothing to rival online Christmas return policies offered by many other online companies. Some online companies (not Lane Bryant) offer a return by date of January 31. This would have been helpful since the prices are so high.

Was looking for a sweater I had seen online (multiple colors and patterns) Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.
Gabriela Michele: Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!

Celieboo: 2/2/23: Their posted hours were wrong for Thursdays. I drove all the way over there only to have them lock the door right as I was walking towards the store about 5 minutes before 6 pm. They claim that they can't seem to get Google to fix it.So don't waste your time trying to go there after work on Thursdays.I went to Google maps and suggested a change to their hours when I got back to my car. About 7 minutes later, I received an email from Google approving my recommended changes to their hours. It's funny how that works! I hope the update that I made helps others.Update 2/4/23: I returned because I really value a good bra fitting and quality bras. I had a fantastic experience. The whole staff was friendly and apologized for the hours mix up and even thankedbme for returning. My salesperson (initials AMK) was excellent.The shop was clean and well organized. I initially was concerned because I didn't see any bras on the racks; however, I quickly learned that they have an expansive store room in the back. My salesperson mentioned NY favorite brand, Fantasie, first and I knew I was in the right place. They also have a wide variety of other top brands.I am really glad that I came back and I look forward to returning in the future
Kay Meyers: I HATE bra shopping just in general. Nothing ever fits and anything close to my size is always gray and frumpy. I’ve tried Torrid, Soma, and so many others and they all pale in comparison to Barbara’s. Barbara’s is the only place I will go to now! My stylist, Amber, did an amazing job finding me a size and matching to my style. The appointment was fast and comfortable and I couldn’t be happier! (Also the last time I was in was 3 years ago and the quality of the bras is unbeatable and I fully expect the bras I bought today to last just as long)
Lindsay Lester: I used to love this store. It is the only store in Indy that (used to) know how to properly fit a bra. Unfortunately, the service has declined. My last visit I left with two bras that are not correctly sized. I shouldn't have bought them but I did. I could go back to try again and exchange what I have but I'd rather not. I told the lady fitting me that what she brought me was too big but she couldn't be bothered to listen or re-measure, just argued with me. I wish there were other local options!I plan to sell the bras I have and I'll just go back to using Third Love. It takes longer to use online/mail services but Third Love's fit guarantee is worth it.

My daughter blew her knee out and wasn't able to make her appointment, so I went in her place to help her find anything tight fitting to wear under her wedding dress. The ladies acted like I was a leper and I am still not quite sure as to why they wouldnt let me spend the 250.00 I was prepared to spend to make my daughter look and feel beautiful on her big day. I traveled to Indy from Germany to help in any way possible, and not only was I turned away, I am seething enough to leave this review. I dont even want to give one star. Never. Again. Barbara.

Jessica Henry: The hours of operation aren’t very customer friendly, but when I found myself with some free time in the middle of the day, I stopped in. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. No worries said the greeter - I didn’t need one, only to then be told by someone else that they didn’t have any openings and to come back in an hour. There was only one other customer in the store, all the fitting rooms appeared open, and the appointments for which I was being eschewed weren’t to start for another 15 minutes. I don’t think these folks want my money. If that were my business, I’d never let a sale walk out the door. Disappointed.
Sandra Porter: I don’t do reviews , I waited a long time hoping Things got better. I went there in about 2014 and got a wonder fitting and great bras, that I still have and are fine. The name of bra Goddess. I have lost about 45 pounds and went for new bra in summer 2021. The young girl fitted me with very tight bras, give me extendsSaid they would stretch out. If I gain 5 lbs I barely get them on and can’t wait to take off. These are very very tight, shoulder straps will not stay up. I find ways to get out of wearing a bra. I paid a lot of money for bras I don’t went to wear. Bottom line just like shoes , don’t buy bras that don’t fit you there, because they never will no, matter what you are told.

Lynn Swayze: I’ve purchased a few times from this store and they are amazingly helpful and have an incredible amount of stock.Unfortunately, due to COVID they only take appointments now and didn’t answer the phone when I called 1.5 hours before arriving. I was going to spend $300-$400 between my daughter and I, but will be taking my business online since I since I don’t live in-town.I still highly recommend them, but do call days ahead. (I did not.) I hope they get an online booking mechanism soon.

Had some elective surgery to address something I've hated all my life & then afterwards had no idea what size I was or how to find what fit well AND felt good on. NEVER liked buying (or wearing) bras. To go from there to being completely pampered and fitted for each bra (she adjusted them on me how they were supposed to fit me) and Ohmygoodness!!! Combine all that with the quality of the fabrics and every single luxury detail on the bras themselves ... I honestly never knew wering a bra could be so comfortable. It was all very worth it. Very personalized. Very professional. Quality products. Highly recommend!!!
Hannah Nelson: I had my first ever fitting today with Riley. She took she back into the fitting room and had me remove my shirt, and measured around my ribcage with my bra still on; from there, she was able to go and pick a few bras out for me to try. She did help me into them, so I was bare chested for that part of the fitting, but she was honestly so kind and accommodating that I didn’t feel uncomfortable or insecure about it at all. I pretty much knew which bras I wanted in the first 20 minutes of the appointment, and I was out the door about 45 minutes after I stepped in with 2 brand new bras which fit me SO well. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, Riley especially was an amazing fitter!

Alyson Miller: As a first time customer I searched for bras for daysssss, I found 2 that I really liked online and got a really good sale and ordered them for in store pick up. I’m frustrated because their process was made extremely difficult, one of the bras I ordered was apparently on back order but didn’t state this online. So now I’m calling customer service wondering where this other bra was because on my orders tab it shows that i picked them up. Instead of just letting me exchange for another one, they issued a refund. Which is fine, but I really needed an additional bra. Please do better with your processes.

I had asked the Sales Associate and she said that they were made with Base metal. I looked it up and LEAD and NICKEL are a Base metal.

I went there to use a coupon (that Lane Bryant sent me) on a regular price item (not asking for the sale) and was told "No." I said "ok" and put down the item and left. Last few times I have been there several people came in for refunds only. I'm not surprised since their clothing is way over priced. Even their clearance seems overpriced, too when and if it is still available.

Allison Mayer: Big fan of Torrid for intimates. They don’t have enough tailored/collared clothes for my personal tastes, a lot of the same styles just in different patterns. Great if that shirt happens to be your style. But I still think it’s a great reliable place for plus size clothing. Their clearance is unbeatable and their rewards program is great.
