Suzie Belt: Such wonderful holiday and Christmas patterns. Vera Bradley has always been a favorite and if you go to the Fashion Mall in Indianapolis, one can see in person all the beautiful items.

Genesis Dunn: I purchased a bag on Mother's Day my experience wasn't the best.1. The sales representative I worked with handed me off to two other young men.2. Right after completion of the purchase I had to wait 15 minutes on the sales clerk. Unsure what he was doing.3. He took the bag to package it up the blue ribbon wasn't tied. He took 20 minutes to come from packaging the bag. Did not give me a sales receipt. My information was not added to the Louis Vuitton customer profile.Upon me acknowledging I did not have a purchase receiptI'd eatten dinner at Cheesecake after purchase. Once I returned home went to open my bag. Noticed I didn't have my purchase receipt. I also did not receive a purchase email. This gives me red flags about staff. Big Time!I think my experience could have been a lot better. How can I prove purchase without a receipt?Also I called the customer service telephone number and couldn't reach anyone in the store. I spoke to a national customer support representative about having no proof of purchase. I also filed a complaint. I have not received a call from anyone at the store.
John Olinger: Went to spend way too much money on a handbag for my wife as a special birthday gift. Might have been 2 people in the store and was told they had to take my cell phone number down and text me when I could enter the store. Literally 1 hour and 20 minutes later, got a text that I could enter. LOL I was already gone but hilarious that they think people are going to wait around over an hour to just enter the store. What happened to customer service? What a joke.

Tina Sink: I shop here all the time and I’ve never been treated so rudely or just ignore all together. 5 employees working. The 2 in the middle just talked to each other the entire time. No greeting. No help. When I finally got Kayla to check me out she was not friendly. I made sure she knew I was not happy and her response was literally “that’s ok”. And I was the only customer in there for the longest time. When I was talking out, the lady with a dark Bob cut did tell me to have a nice day so that’s something. But I know she’s worked there for a while.

carissa ingle: I wish I could give the customer service at this store a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVEIW! I love Kate Spade and I was excited to visit this mall while on a holiday to see my sister. However I guess i didn’t look “the part” because when we walked in we weren’t greeted or recognized at all and the two young ladies rudely just stared and snobbed us. (We were there on February 8th around 2 pm.) I know this because the elderly lady that came in after us had obviously not been traveling for 8 hours and looked a little more put together and was greeted and helped. I hope this review reaches the right individuals and the two ladies receive a hard conversion about their lack of customer service after all they are mall cashiers not Kate Spade affiliates. Let’s be kind ladies.

I live in Fort Wayne and picked up a rose gold hybrid watch in the store in Indy. Once I got home I realized that I preferred gold. When I called the store the next day Amanda was so helpful and told me to ship the old watch and sent me the new one within a week without me having to go to Indy! xoxo ;)
Helen Hughes: My sister bought my mother and I each a purse. One was large and had a retail price of over $350 And a smaller one with a retail price of $258. The purses were both sent directly from kate spade. One was too large and the other was too small so we wished to return them. Because we didn't have a receipt we asked if they could look up the receipt. When the lady at kate spade did she said we could not get store credit but could exchange the two purses for items of equal or greater value. My mother and I picked a style of purse worth $258. Now apparently my sister bought the two original purses 40% off. The lady gave us $111and $95 for the exchange. I'm sorry but 40% of roughly $500 should give us $300 not $200. So kate spade stole $100 dollars from us and instead of two purses we got one smaller purse and still had to pay $55. On top of that, the transaction itself took over 20 minutes. Not impressed.
