Zulneb Marie Roembke: Prices are just right on their winter coats, sweat pants, joggers, shirts, etc. Especially on brand-name items.Just a reminder, if you are shopping by yourself make sure to buy only what your two arms can carry to your vehicle because they won't let you take their carts out in the parking lot.After the holidays, just like all other stores, a lot of things are not in their right places.

Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

The woman claimed they had no one to work the area and resumed walking about the store. Obviously H&M wasn’t going to make any sales the remainder of the day either.

I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

Aman Sattar: I love the clothes at forever 21 however the customer service of this shop was awful. I had a lady following me around and staring as if I had intention to shop lift. And a guy questioning me about how many items of clothing I had in the changing room in a hostile manner despite having been in there for a while, as well as a lady approving the items I had. They were then discussing shop lifting?! I just wanted to buy some clothes ! After spending a 3 figure amount, I am reluctant to do so again at this branch.

I use ship to store a lot since this location is smaller and have not had any issues. With all the mall vacancies, maybe it’s time to expand!? We are pretty excited to see FUBU back in stores, however this location didn’t receive ANY mens for the hubby.

Summer La Giglia: Bought a dress at 10:15am. Went home. Tried it on, the zipper was broken. Came back at 4:30pm to exchange for the same sized dress, without a broken zipper. Was told I couldn’t exchange for a different size because the tag was off and they couldn’t tell if I “wore it out”. I’ve definitely gone to other Forever 21’s to exchange things, almost 30 days later, no questions asked.

Kay D: Every time I apply to this location , they send me an email with a link to schedule an interview but every single time I never received a phone call. What’s the point of sending me a link to schedule an interview if your not gonna call. I was told today that the manager took all her interviews today after i called. They were supposed to call me at 11:15 am (the interviewed I scheduled with them) and it’s been an whole hour. It just sounds off because it seems like every time it’s something so I’m just done applying at this point what just for them to send me a link to schedule a phone interview and they never call. Like what’s the point!? Waste of my time at this point. This the third or fourth time this happened.

Patty Davis: Yes just wanted to do a review alot of things need to be picked up off the floor and your employees 2 of them are rude there is not one sign in there you can't take out no carts I wasn't stealing it I was taking it out to put my stuff in the trunk of my car. Then roll back inside the store no need to have those employees be rude about it. I am contacting corporate telling them they need to hire new nice and friendly people for that store you talk to me the way you talked to my daughter today she came in there and lazy is as lazy does not giving someone all there money back needs to not work in this store
Ray Lemar: Was able to find some nice clothes for a lot less than you would pay for at the mall for the same thing. Kids clothes fast , however you can still find some nice classics. Checkout was a little slow.
