Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

Irina Loginoff: This’s the most unorganized Nordstroms I’ve ever seen. There are no sales people on the floor, especially at the cosmetic counters. All items are misplaced, awful customer service. No ETA on when the supply is coming and no knowledge on products at all. Never will come back to this Nordstrom.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

They need new leadership at the top, because the culture is obviously managing the store like it's a JC Penny's.

Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

Adeana Sullivan: Went to this location today. Was looking for a sweater I had seen online (multiple colors and patterns) Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.
Gabriela Michele: Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!

The woman claimed they had no one to work the area and resumed walking about the store. Obviously H&M wasn’t going to make any sales the remainder of the day either.

Aman Sattar: I love the clothes at forever 21 however the customer service of this shop was awful. I had a lady following me around and staring as if I had intention to shop lift. And a guy questioning me about how many items of clothing I had in the changing room in a hostile manner despite having been in there for a while, as well as a lady approving the items I had. They were then discussing shop lifting?! I just wanted to buy some clothes ! After spending a 3 figure amount, I am reluctant to do so again at this branch.

It was so hard for a manager in his 30's to show respect. Funny how the youngest worker's... worked harder. While the manager and assistant manager take breaks for how ever long they wanted.
Redd Lovely1: I love shopping for my teens here and the staff are always helpful and nice. The store is clean and packed with options. I use ship to store a lot since this location is smaller and have not had any issues. With all the mall vacancies, maybe it’s time to expand!? We are pretty excited to see FUBU back in stores, however this location didn’t receive ANY mens for the hubby.

Then I Bought some jewelry and was charged for it but Abigail didn’t put it in my bag. When I tried contacting them about I got no answer. The phone number on the receipt nor the website doesn’t work.

Summer La Giglia: Bought a dress at 10:15am. Went home. Tried it on, the zipper was broken. Came back at 4:30pm to exchange for the same sized dress, without a broken zipper. Was told I couldn’t exchange for a different size because the tag was off and they couldn’t tell if I “wore it out”. I’ve definitely gone to other Forever 21’s to exchange things, almost 30 days later, no questions asked.

I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

Morgan Fleck: They are so friendly! Some items are a bit higher price wise but most are not. Their rewards club always has great offers, and I can'r usually leave without finding something on the clearance rack. Great for those needing simple, comfortable, but fashionable clothes for a business casual job. Also, the girls always give great recommendations based on body shape and always give honest feedback if I ask how something looks. I don't really shop anywhere else that much anymore!
