Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

Irina Loginoff: This’s the most unorganized Nordstroms I’ve ever seen. There are no sales people on the floor, especially at the cosmetic counters. All items are misplaced, awful customer service. No ETA on when the supply is coming and no knowledge on products at all. Never will come back to this Nordstrom.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

They need new leadership at the top, because the culture is obviously managing the store like it's a JC Penny's.

Kim Scarsdale: I don’t like to write negative reviews, however I feel like I have to this time. I am a visitor from out of town staying at a hotel nearby. I needed a dress for a wedding and usually love Ann Taylor’s clothes. I browsed the store whilenumerous sales people started dressing rooms for others… I was never spoken to or asked if I needed help. Granted, I was in yoga pants and a sweatshirt…. shouldn’t matter… when I said that I needed to try something on, one of the sales people said “there is a wait”… nothing more. I put the clothes I wanted to try on back up and will order online. This is Ann Taylor for heaven’s sake…. not Neiman Marcus…I would add that you never know who you are waiting on (not that it should matter) but it did in this instance.

Spicy Zing: I came in today searching for a dress I need for an event in two days. I had a different dress planned but decided against it. It was more hopeful thinking if I could find a dress in general in such a short notice..and it doesn't help that I also need to find a specific color as well. BUT, I'm sooo glad I thought of Windsor! Their prices are reasonable and quality always good. The mall in general was very slow so the store wasn't busy which was nice made my experience way more comfortable. I was able to get three employees there to help me out and all three were very nice. I had no issues getting a dressing room and trying out a couple dresses. At the counter as I was checking out I had trouble getting my ZIP to work and the employees were super helpful and patient with me as we tried to figure it out together, which we did! I'm very happy with my experience and super satisfied with my purchase.
marie asback: Girls were rude and trashy, cussed loudly in front of my 9 year old while talking too each other. We’re to worried about having a conversation than too deal with costumers. If your excited too get a dress don’t even go there. All are cocky like you work in a mall, humble yourself. Dresses were also ripped and had stains on them. Trashy workers and building.

Diane: I can't rate yet, but I just want to say, I want to bring my Granddaughter here to buy a dress fir 8th grade formal. After reading the reviews, I hate to say, I won't be bringing her here. Sounds like you need to make some changes with yoyr employees and especially yoyr manager.

Nicole Streza: This store is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful and they only allow you to try on four items at a time and then make you stand back in line. They also have all of their dresses marked as nonreturnable. This store should be shut down. I will never come to this store again. They don’t even deserve one star.
CRL: I was shopping in Windsor on December 9, 2021, and I noticed the manager picking and choosing who could use the dressing rooms. Supposedly closed for use that evening. Mind you I'm a black female in my mid-fifties. Well, a white woman inquired about going back to the dressing room to try a dress on. The manager whose name started with the letter “S” or “C” told no very rudely! That's really what made me turn around and listen. So, I kept shopping. I looked up to see several young black women ask to use the dressing room she allowed them to use the dressing room to try on things. She was so polite to them. Still watching and listening. White women and Latino woman also inquired about trying clothing on in the dressing room and was told “ No” very rudely. So I went and asked to use dressing room the young lady spoke so sweet and respectful with a smile. To make a long story short. Young lady if someone of another race would have done that to you. I bet you would have made a big deal out of it. Called the news stations, Al Sharpton or the NAACP! Because you felt that you were treated unfairly because you were “black”! Or even tried to sue the store. REALLY! Pull yourself together young lady. You are hurting yourself not them in the long run!!!
Abbi Scharf: My friend visited the store today, 12/3/21, and had the worst treatment ever. She came in and asked for an employee to get a dress down, the employee looked her up and down, and stated “you will have trouble finding a dress here” referring to her body type. I can not imagine what this employee says to other customers who may have insecurities of their own. Next, my friend went to try it on in the dressing room and wanted a second opinion, so she called her mom. The same employee then places her hands inside the dressing room knocking yelling to get off the phone. What is the reason a girl can’t have her phone in a dressing room? The employee was aggravated when my friend left the dressing room and talked to her as if she was toddler, demanding to put the dresses where she found them instead of the dedicated rack. When my friend finally checked out, the employee was rolling her eyes and gave glares. After leaving, my friend called the manager and the manager just said all they could do was a discount when she came back for another purchase. She did not want a discount, she wanted an apology and respect. This employee has no consideration for others feelings. Teach your employees better.

Genesis Banegas: If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. I went in for a return today and had a terrible experience with an associate named Amy. From the start she snatched the receipt and had a very dismissive attitude. She began to thoroughly inspect the dress I was returning which is completely understandable as that is her job. The entire time she was making faces as if she was bothered to be assisting me with my return. She refused to return my dress that had all it’s tags because she believed it had been worn. I’m not upset it wasn’t returned I can understand that. But, Amy needs to learn to treat customers with respect. Please train her appropriately. Thank you.
Aumoir Jr: I was in the Castleton location in Indianapolis, Indiana over the weekend looking for a cocktail dress to wear to my wedding reception. I was treated very rudely by I believe one of the store managers her name is Amy. I have never experienced anything like this before. She did not acknowledge us when we walked in the store just flew past us. When I asked for assistance from her we were ignored, I then proceeded to ask another employee for help. That employee helped us, while she was getting a dress down for me Amy told her we were being impatient. Stated it right in front of us. The other employee apologized for her as we walked to the fitting rooms. When I went to the register to check out Amy then came behind the register and started saying "I will tell her what happened) talking to the woman checking me out. The entire experience was very rude. I won't be back to that location.

Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman.Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

B. Hly: Macy's is the Best store to shop at online & within the store.That part is A 10++.I'm only leaving A 1 star, because no one seems to ever answer the phone.I've tried calling all departments & no one has answered.It's not even the weekend.All I want to know is if A specific item is in stock, because sometimes online isn't always updated, or correct & I don't want to waste my gas driving all the way there trying to exchange A show size & you all may not have it in stock.Yet, since no one is answering, now I have to unfortunately.Now That's ridiculous.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

It's a huge multi story mall with paid parking and lots of walking and searching. Getting out was a nightmare it took almost 30 minutes because the card reader broke and they wouldn't let you leave without their $3. Good place for a whole day of shopping. Not convenient at all for a quick pick up.

Mark Price: This BB location is an absolute disappointment to the main clothier I’ve frequented since 1995. I’m used to top shelf customer service at factory stores & mediocre from the outlets.This store had 4 employees standing at the counter chatting & never greeted or engaged me for the customer service I’m use to. Store was clean & up to expectations but the employees were a massive disappointment to say the least.I guess at this stage in our wonderful economy & national leadership, this must be our new level of “normal”. Total shame. Very disappointing.

Alee: In love with this store. The clothing for women is absolutely perfect! They make you look classic and very elegant! I got my graduation dress there and I absolutely loved it!! The only thing I didn’t like was the feeling of the zipper, felt dull and cheap. The design and the material of the dress was just right and I felt comfortable and very confident in it and I liked how the length was just perfect, it wasn’t to short nor to long! And YES, it’s very expensive but if your ever looking for something elegant just go to this store and there’s a ton of options to choose from and the employees are always so nice and friendly! They make you feel at home!
Amanda Mapes: Jessica is the best! Arrived with a pair of dress pants bought elsewhere, hoping to find a shirt or two that would match. Left with 4 shirts and 2 ties! Great sales and friendly staff to help without being pushy.
Gary Chavers: Shirt quality has deteriorated. Materials are much poorer quality, very thin and not acceptable
Jay Kot: Went to brooks brothers and tried their raincoats. The store associate was excited to sell me the item. It costs 499. I tried it on and the zipper was unable to properly zip. The product was a dud! The zipper would close up but then the jacket would come apart.The associate looked on very embarrassed as I declined it further and quickly left.Brooks brothers would love to charge you polo and patagonia prices but cant seem to make the quality. Not sure why they think they can get away with it.Please dont sell garbage. I know your customers are wealthy but we are not stupid.

Alex Carter: Great plus sized clothing store. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and I like the interesting designs of the clothes. My only complaint is that recently the store has been closed at odd times due to staffing shortages, but this likely is a temporary measure. Also, some of the clothing quality has declined over the past year, such as with the thickness of their tshirts, but other items are still good quality. Would highly recommend.
