Kylie Blake: Irv is so nice. It honestly feels like being in a hotel. The staff are really nice, especially Miss Shelly who always says hi and wants to talk to us. It's a great place to live
Maxine Gurney: Ms. Shelly has the biggest heart ever, she made Irvington such an amazing place to live!! Every morning she would say “Hey Baby” and give me an hug! She also made sure she was the one to prep my room at Fairview for this year!! She is a rockstar 💗 All the staff members are friendly and kept Irv looking great!!

Andrew Armock: Carolina, the janitor, does a fantastic job of keeping Fairview clean while have great conversations with students!
Maddy Fezatte: Fairview house is always kept well organized and clean. I enjoy living here and feel well taken care of by the friendly staff employed in maintenance, cleaning and at the front desk. The maintenance and cleaning are overall the kindest and always bring a smile to my face and make my day a little better!
Kary Lozada Reyes: Facilities in the 4th floor are always very clean and the cleaning staff Maria is very friendly & kind.
Liam Stack: The staff is very helpful. Maria helps me all the time. They keep this environment a friendly place to live in.

Requested service and multiple emails haven't been responded to.
Bukola Fayemi: Very nice dorm. Don't forget to bring the following- power strips, extension cords, coax cable for your tv, lite vacuum, cleaning supplies, plug ins, command strips plus all your usual form supplies like bedding, shower curtain, lounge chair and refrigerator.

The Overlook is a housing option for Marian University medical and graduate students. The Overlook is an on-campus apartment building that saves residents time and money while living in campus accommodations. Most importantly, residents of The Overlook live among classmates and interact in an academic environment, while enjoying the privacy and autonomy of a private apartment.
The three-wing apartment community is four-stories, has parking immediately adjacent to the building, and enjoys scenic views of the Nina Mason Pulliam EcoLab and entire Marian University campus.
24-hour private study room with a white board wall, tables, and chairs
The Overlook offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options. Premium upgrades provide additional square footage in the apartment. All apartments are unfurnished. Each semester is six months of housing. The Overlook does not close for any breaks, including winter and summer breaks.
The waitlist for the 2023-24 academic year for Overlook leases is open. To be added to the waitlist, please fill out the form here. We are currently gathering information from current tenants to determine our anticipated openings for next year. Beginning in March 2023, we will reach out to people on the waitlist to offer spaces that will be available to rent. Leases begin July 1 but may be prorated based on move in date.

Kenan Alibegovic: Lived here for 4 years while attending Marian’s medical school and can say I didn’t have a single issue for the entire period. Maintenance was slower than anticipated once, but otherwise they frequently fixed my issues on the first attempt. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to live close to campus.

Vicki kenipe clemons: My granddaughter attends. She loves it. I only gave it a 3 because you'd think that as much as tuition is, they would have a perfect building maintenance staff. No, they don't. Very disappointing. On the positive side, the college grounds are well kept. And it is a safe environment. Safety gets a 5+
