Monon Lofts Apartments: what do users think?
Aiisa Dane: Vary disrespectful and unsafe apartments a lot of problems and issues with the rental office they lien and take your money !! bad wouldn’t recommend them to anyone vary cheap and never clean don’t more hear you will not be safe nor live comfortably
monique Gray: No parking for visitors, and not made for handicap people with power chairs. To many stairs going up 4 flight's of steps omg. Not for me. They are not fixing the door bell for visitors to get in. But all in all there very pretty to live in clean nice but if your handicap count yourself out on this one. But beauitful they are. But plases look out for handicap.
neenee Winston: Nices for a one badroom
Rickey Smith: Beautiful apartments, 10 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis.
Natylia LovingMe: These apartments are very lovely I'm praying and hoping I get approve for one
Rhonda Merriweather: To small and no parking for yr visitor
Scott Randt: I called a few minutes ago for information about the property. As soon as the lady answered she made it very clear she was only there to answer the phone today. I asked if I could leave a message? The answer was “I guess” with a bit of inconvenience in her voice. I asked if it would be better to call back and leave a voicemail? I was told that no one would return my call because there is no property manager. So why the hell would I leave a message. What a joke!!! The place seemed very unorganized.
Jessica Grace: Please please please don’t move here!!! The units are aesthetically beautiful but some of the people they have allow to move in/live here will ruined your peace. I have been HARASSED by the tenant below me since the first day I moved in. I have called and went into the office on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. Proof of police reports and still nothing has been done. I have been threatened at a place that I should be able to call home for me and my child. These apartments do not care about your well being or safety. Again do not move here!
Darrion McAlister: I’ve lived here for a year and we’ve had 3 different property managers and 3 different leasing assistants. For some reason nobody in the office can ever help, with the exception of Eboni who is no longer there. It’s like nobody in the office is doing anything, ever. I had to reapply for my recertification 60 days before my lease ended and they waited until 15 days before my lease was up send my documents over for approval. With 10 days left of my lease they told they needed more corrections on my recertification. It’s now 10 days into a new month and I’m still jumping through hoops with the people in the front office for my recertification. I go over for requests and get told the requests will be completed come the following morning, and then I have to continuously go back 4 or 5 days later because nothing has changed. Clearly this apartment complex has workers who are understaffed and overworked, or maybe they’re just not competent enough to do their jobs. The location of the apartments is decent if you enjoy the bars. Mass Ave is in walking distance, and I really enjoy the Monon Trail.
Stacy Smith: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Tierra Carpenter: I am the definition of confused when it comes to their rental practices. It will soon be three weeks since I applied here and they're continuously telling me they have no idea when my application may be approved. I gave them about 8 months of check stubs which was already pretty strange for an apartment complex to ask for. i was also denied for the "affordable" program they have so I'm just not understanding what else there is to figure out and why they think it's acceptable to take this long to do it.
Tierra Marie: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Carol Newhouse: Starting my third year of residence here. Have great neighbors. Love the neighborhood businesses and being close to work and church. New manager, Irwin, and his staff are the best.
Steven McIlwain: Monon Lofts presents one of the best value apartments near downtown Indianapolis. The units are modern and parking is free. Located directly off the Monon Trail with easy access to Mass Ave and all of downtown. Close enough, yet also far away enough that you are not too close to city traffic.Irvin, the new Property Manager, is highly responsive to resident requests.
Eric Sitek: Great apartments
Robert Ruble: Reasonably priced, new and modern apartments with all the extras, located on 16th Street and the Monon Trail. Just six blocks north of Cultural Trail.
Airrion Williams: 10 minutes from downtown
Riley Cheatham: Where do I even start!? George is a very caring compassionate individual whose professionalism is second to none. Eboni greets me every time I walk into the office and makes sure she acknowledges me even if she working with another person. Mike handles things in a very professional manner and eliminates problems and also educates on issues as well which goes a long way. They also show appreciation by handing out donuts and lightbulbs! Great place
todd jarvis: Aesthetically beautiful, they do not maintain the lawn overlooking the trail as frequently as needed! 😟 Apt. Manager, Maribel, is sorely missed! When I moved in...staff = Maribel, Andrew & Robert...ALL of whom are gone! Huge red flag! Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I need to move! Communicated w/ George...current manager...& he is extremely incompassionate! Dont expect a balloon parade to leave...but they are almost indignant! U can enter...but, U can never leave!!! W/out paying 2 grand! Tried calling corporate...never received return call!

Harness Factory Lofts and Apartments: what do users think?
Erica Conley: Beautiful and very quiet very convenient for dinner they have hot box pizza and a gas station inside the doors then a nice bar that always looks like a great time plus free washer and dryer in the laundry room plus private parking
Lizi Bolles: Justin was helping me out and gave me a few tours, and he went above and beyond! He showed me multiple complexes outside of the ones I had requested to see, and got all of the forms filled out very quickly.
Julian Weidner: Do no move here. The build, residents, and maintenance staff are all very cordial. The issue is with the administrative team. I HAD TO LEAD The conversation on my move out. Then I was charged an extra month of rent. After squaring that away, and assuming everything was good... it wasnt.Moved out 4/29 (on my move out statement, i had moved out after a few months of living there, but maintained payment for the duration of my lease)I received my "Move out statement" 5/25 w/ May rent requested, and obviously not paid. We argued against that. They said they got it all sorted.I find out that they sent me to collections for $250 on 06/028 days after they told me it was good.Save your time money, and energy. Do not live in this place.
Joe Becker: This is a wonder place to live. The staff is great and takes care of things in a timely manner. Location can’t be beat!
Alyssa Nelson: Great location & staff!
Colton Page: Tyler was very well informed and does a great job, and he has helped make the move-in process less stressful for me. The apartment was in great shape during our walk-through as well.
Kaitlyn Schriver: I was in need of a last minute short-term lease, and found it here at Harness Factory Lofts. Tyler Shaw was incredibly helpful throughout the process of moving, and continues to be a helpful resource as I settle into my new temporary home
Jason Mazur: Love the loft style apartments. Reasonably priced for downtown. Pretty much as downtown as can be. Next to everything. Interiors are really nice. New appliances. Staff is helpful. Especially Tyler (Shaw). He is great. Went above and beyond for a few minor issues I had then followed up just to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you are looking to live downtown
Rachel Stephens: Definitely not worth the location. Once you are moved in management will most likely never answer your calls again. I have had multiple packages stolen from the lobby. Sometimes packages get left outside of the apartment complex, and if you are not there to grab them they are stolen as well. My car along with several other cars were broken into in the parking garage. There are not any cameras, so nothing was done about the packages or my car. The maintenance team is good about fixing things in your apartment, but everything else in the building, not so much. The elevators and also the freight elevator are not reliable and neither are the washers and dryers that are in the parking garage. The key fob system has gone down a couple times as well locking anyone who has a key out of the apartment complex. The negatives definitely outweigh the positive and it is not worth it.
Corey Stone: Nice apartments, but management is nearly impossible to get ahold of. Went 6 days without hot water.
Alex Cox: Harness Factory is a fun, unique property with one of the best locations downtown Indy has to offer. I loved my time here!
Dani Rizer: I would absolutely NOT recommend living here. I’ve lived in several apartments and have never had experiences like I’ve had here. For starters, I’ve had SEVERAL pieces of mail/packages stolen (hundreds of dollars worth) by residents and Harness Factory Lofts absolutely refuses to do anything about it, claiming that “installing any camera is not in their budget” .... even though I pay 1500 dollars for rent in an apartment that is certainly not even worth that much. The gym is missing half the weights (stolen by residents I would assume) and they’ve made no attempt to secure new ones, even though this is an “amenity” that is advertised as a perk of living here. In addition, there are no supplies to clean any of the equipment in the gym... during a pandemic. The elevators are FREQUENTLY broken, so if you live on the top floor, good luck! I got stuck riding up and down in an elevator last week for over five minutes and the doors would not open. This place is literally falling apart and management does not care. In addition to the elevators, the key fobs stop working sometimes as well. I got locked out of the building several times. Their solution is to hold the doors open with something, letting anyone in to a “secure building”. I also got locked out at 6am when it was pitch black outside and wouldn’t have gotten in if it wasn’t for someone else who got a hold of their roommate to let us in.Also, the entire building smells of cigarettes because of residents smoking in their apartments and in the stairwells. Signs were put up discouraging smoking... but there isn’t anyone in management ever in the building so how would anyone get caught (again... no cameras). Besides the smell of cigarettes, it’s just very very dirty. Thankfully nobody has destroyed an elevator with puke in a while, but they frequently have trash in them or they smell horrendous due to god knows what being thrown in there.I didn’t want to resort to leaving a bad review, but I’ve had too many negative experiences living here. I’ve sent several emails and gotten no reply. I did get a very passive aggressive voicemail, which was absolutely unnecessary and unhelpful.I ignored any bad reviews I saw because I wanted to believe that they were isolated incidences. Please do NOT live here... I wish I didn’t have to.
Leah Miller: I attempted to tour this property and the communication of the management was beyond poor. They offered me a time slot to tour which I confirmed a week in advance but when I showed up the leasing agent that I spoke with acted like she didn't know me or that I had a tour scheduled. She was short with me and made it seem like I was wasting her time. Unfortunately, I was not able to tour the apartments so I can't comment on the building itself but the management proved to be unorganized and unprofessional. Glad to say I'll be avoiding this management!
Dre Suttle: I just moves in and the property manager Samantha Young has been such a great help. She is very professional and she is one of the nicest people I have met. I can tell this front office is working here for their residents and I seriously look forward to living in the Barness Factory for quite a while. If you are looking to move downtown indy i suggest talking to Sam first.
Casey Pruitt: My girlfriend and I moved here from California last October! We had to do all of the paperwork from 2,000 miles away. Sam was amazing in assisting us. She sent us İnterior pictures of the available units and we were able to make our decision from afar. Our unit is spacious, has hardwood floors, and the underground gated garage parking is great. We love being so close to all of the action that downtown has to offer.
shenita golder: Best location In the city! Building is always maintained. I love that management always make sure maintenance request are fulfilled in a timely manner. Also, notifications are emailed and posted for all residents con concerning our building. I love living at Harness Factory Lofts!
Raleigh Harper: Harness Factory is an amazing place to live. In the heart of Downtown Indy with unique spacious floor plans great for entertaining and work from home space! The office staff is very friendly and always available to help. Commercial space in front is fun and convenient! I am glad to call this place home and would recommend to all my friends!
Aaron Veach: Outstanding location! Most of downtown’s sporting events, shopping, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Apartments are very spacious. Love the exposed brick and hard wood floors. The office staff has always been incredible to me and has addressed any of my concerns quickly and professionally.
willie beamn: This place is awesome. The amenities are impeccable. I love the convenience of the location and friendly atmosphere. I recommend to all of my friends and family.
Ashley Kemp: Great location! Within walking distance to work and friendly office staff. The only thing missing is a pool or hot tub.
Seth Pennington: I am going to take a very practical approach to this review.Pros:-Sam, the Building Manager, is phenomenal. She deserves better than a 1-star personally (probably a significant raise).-Maintenance requests were typically pretty timely and needs were met. Younger guy working in maintenance is super nice and helpful.-Building is within walking distance to Bankers Life Field house, Lucas Oil, and a number of bars and restaurants.-Most apartments are pretty spacious in size.-Rent is affordable comparative to some other locations downtown.-You at least have the option to park in a garage (even though it is about a block or two away).Gear up for this section, it is going to get lengthy.Cons:-Upon my visit (leasing agent no longer employed) I was told a lot of "young professionals" live in the building. False. I wasn`t aware that young professionals pee/puke in elevators and hallways on weeknights? You are paying downtown prices to live in a glorified frat house.-The building is stained (puke and pee stains), smelly (wreaks of stale weed and alcohol) , and flat out dirty. A quick trip through the laundry room in the basement and hallways should be enough to prove this point for you. Residents trash the place.-Speaking of laundry, machines are often broken and disgusting.-Appliances and utilities inside the apartment are a joke. Water pressure, and heat are absolutely terrible. Appliances are dated. However, I have heard that you can pay more and get an updated apartment within the building. If you are going to pay more, you should go somewhere else.-Did you hear that? Yes, you did. Do you smell that? Yes, you do. Literally, you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do or say. You can also smell everything coming through the vents. I could tell you what my neighbor is cooking, when they are smoking weed, and whether they needed to do laundry. No air freshener would solve this problem. The walls in this place are paper thin.-Speaking of neighbors, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you are placed next to the recently graduated frat guys gear up! I hope you don`t have a career you need to wake up for, cause it will NOT be quite. Also, hope you enjoy your clothes smelling like weed every day when you go to said career.-Can`t I just call the Compliance Officer (which I was told is living in the building) like the leasing agent said? Yeah, sure, go ahead and give that number a call. You are going to be met with a "voicemail box is full" message. This guy is an absolute joke. Never answers the phone, and probably lives there for free. if you want to get his attention you`ll have to text him. Otherwise, good luck.-Construction around the building is loud, annoying, and constant.-Water leaks seem to be prevalent in this building. i see other reviews experienced them, and my apartment had damage that had been repaired also.-While you have the option to park in the garage which beats fighting for street parking, it does suck walking that far to your car everyday especially in rain or snow.-This building may look secure, but it is not. On multiple occasions I have left work in the morning only to find people sleeping in the lobby or asking for money. Once a guy was just wondering the lobby threatening people on my way out. Who needs coffee? That will wake you up.Suggestions: Unless you are only moving in the go out and stumble back, pick somewhere else. Pay the extra money and move somewhere nicer. Due to a select group of residents and their friends, this place can often feel like nothing more than a glorified frat house. If you do choose to visit, I would recommend not touring during the week. You are going to get a staged version. Probably visit Saturday morning and get a better idea for the environment.

Lockerbie Lofts Apartments: what do users think?
Chica Ketterman: The old management was horrible, but new management is great and communicative. Thank you for working with me and my crazy work schedule.
Jeffrey Harsin: Maintenance came to my apartment within minutes of the request. Very professional and courteous. Issue was resolved quickly.
Omolola Falusi: I'm still trying to figure out why I cannot have a fixed monthly rent fee, there's a sudden difference of $21 in one month who knows if next month is going to be additional fixed amount
Janice Parnell: This property is beautiful and the management is such a pleasure to work with. Great downtown location!!!×
Jacob Papp: If you want to live in a horribly mismanaged, overpriced community, this is the place for you! If you like being belittled by management when you have any discrepancy or question, you are going to love it here. This place is the worst. It was great when I first moved in, but new management has really ruined it. Already being overcharged by standard of how much space we had, they tried to raise our rent by several hundred dollars. This price increase was inconsistent across the community as some neighbors saw a nominal bump, while others saw upwards of a $500 increase! The floor plans are trash. The two bedroom has a room without a window. If you enjoy living in a cave then I encourage you to move here. The worst part of all is the incompetent management. They are rude, dishonest, and lazy. I am really sad that the old management left as they were great.I can't say enough bad things about this place, and how they have a 4.0 rating is laughable.
Samantha: This place is managed by the sweetest people. I moved out like 2 years ago and still remember how well they treated me, especially during the pandemic. They keep the place clean and are responsive.
Kyle Hirtz: Great property! Skyler was so kind and made me feel very welcomed. I had no idea how truly nice the apartments and amenities were until I was in them! I really appreciated all the help and the attention to detail in explaining how the leasing process works. I decided on renting a house closer to my work but thank you Skyler and Lockerbie Lofts for the pleasant experience 👍🏼
Hayden Weaver: Though I ended up getting a home instead of an apartment, Skyler and staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and gave me the best experience while we were apartment hunting. Strongly recommend to anyone looking to move downtown!
Johnson: This has been the perfect place to live during my time here in Indianapolis. I moved here from Chicago a couple years ago and have been so blessed to call this place my home since then. The staff is outstanding and super friendly, the amenities are amazing, and the rent is very affordable and reasonable. The maintenance staff is highly professional and has a very quick turnaround time on any maintenance requests. The units are super comfortable and modern. Plus the garage parking is awesome to have especially during the winter months. Highly recommend Lockerbie Lofts!
Phalanx 220: Great place to live. Lively crowd, Great office staff. I highly recommend.
Scott Klemme: Nice Lofts but the real expensive cars are close to Mass Ave
Katie English: The staff are great but the management has gone downhill since Matt and Jasmine left. The elevator in my building still goes out of service almost weekly. And the fitness center was closed for several months to be renovated. Management offered to pay for a membership to the YMCA to make up for it, but I already have a YMCA membership. One of the reasons I chose Lockerbie was to be able to just wake up and go downstairs to the fitness center to get in a quick workout before work. They expanded the fitness center into the bike storage room. So I’ve been storing my bike in my apartment for several months now since I’m not sure if they built another bike storage room?Just an overall lack of organization and communication.
Edward Horton: The staffing is the best. One feel safe and secure. I tell you there is no place better to live. This is my home for life. You won't have any problems. All the people living here are nice to have around. This place is nice.
Lawrence Walter: Great value and location apartment complex. Pool is awesome and staff go the extra mile to make living experience hassle free.
Ian Bodkin: I lived here for a year from October 2018 to October 2019. The reviews below are not inaccurate, but all of the concerns listed have been addressed by the current management. There is now a security lock from the parking garage to the stairwells and the leaking ceilings are no longer an issue. They have been working to address any additional issues that are brought up by residents in a timely manner. As with any change of management there were a few hiccups, but I had nothing but positive experiences with the property management when I needed to talk to them. In addition to the infrastructure changes that were made once the new management group took over, they have started to spruce up the common areas that were looking a little shabby. The location could not be better, and I really appreciated the things they do for their residents like the free Starbucks coffee machine, Wine on Wednesdays, quarterly parties with free food for residents and their guests. Overall, I would highly recommend Lockerbie Lofts to anyone looking for a place to live in the heart of downtown Indy.
Sharon Zhou: This property has nice amenity, but is terribly managed.Matt and Jasmine used to be great, however, management changed since Jan 2019 and everything went downhill. The new management started with terrible communications in the beginning, leaving residents confused. The auto payment had problems during the transition, but was later fixed. This place has serious safety concerns - there has been bikes stolen from storage room, cars broken into in the parking garage, and my own car stolen from the parking garage (you read that right). While it's not entirely the property's fault that those things happened, the way they handled it was just awful and totally lacking sympathy. Here's a response I got from the leasing office manager after voicing my concern ard safety: "While we know that you pay for a garage space, the space you pay for is advertised from our end as covered parking. Crime has no address, and we do not promote as being able to prevent crime." I was very disappointed abt the way things were handled. On daily issues, response is very slow and ever since I sent in lease ending notification, my call was never picked up. The last straw was after I moved out, they sent me a bill claiming that the valet trash can wasn't left in the room, when it clearly was. I'm going to dispute the charge, but it just feels they try every way to make residents' life miserable. There's some rent promotion going on. After my personal experience w. this property, I wouldn't live there even it was for free. I recommend everyone to read the reviews thoroughly, esp. the ones after Jan 2019.
Sean jones Jones: Good people I love this place
Dylan Jacob: This place looks great from the outside, but is one of the most poorly ran apartments I have ever lived in.1. They claim the building is secure, but it’s not. If you’re accessing the building from the first floor doors or lobby you need a key pass to get in. Whoever designed the building decided you don’t need a keypass to get onto the first floor from the garage.. which would be fine if you needed a keypass to get in the garage, but you don’t. You can easily push a button on the garage door entrance to get a “ticket” and gain access to the garage which gives you access to the building without any keys needed. It also leaves all vehicles exposed as the garage is accessible by anyone by simply pushing a button for a ticket.2. The parking garage is located underneath the building and has VERY steep ramps leading down to the parking garage door. EVERY SINGLE YEAR, during winter, they don’t salt the ramps so people slide down the ramp and go straight through the garage door. To add icing on the cake, they will attempt to make you use your own insurance to cover the damages caused by their negligence. Once the door is damaged, they just leave the garage doors open for weeks at a time, allowing anyone access to your vehicles and also to your residence. No keypass needed.3. I had a neighbor who constantly smoked cigarettes in his apartment, blared music, stunk up the entire floor, and they never did a single thing about it. I complained 5+ times about him dancing in the alleyway shirtless while listening to EDM at 7am and other super weird, eccentric encounters and nothing was ever done.4. The parking garage underneath leaks calcium deposits from all the water / rain coming from the pool / common area upstairs going through the concrete. There are a TON of spots in the garage where if you park, your paint will get RUINED by these calcium deposits. Management, to this day and to my knowledge, has never addressed this issue, put out cones, or let any residents know about the possibility of having your paint job completely ruined by their garage. There are actual stalagmites growing from the floor in some places, you can’t make this up.Save your money and go somewhere else, I got out of there as fast as I could.
Keisha Norris: Was there for an Airbnb and it was not great. But the lofts seemed nice but walls were kind of thin. Nice people working there and nice paint colors on the hallway walls.
Drew Forbes: I'll be moving out of state soon, and slogging through apartment reviews again has given me a much stronger appreciation for how great Lockerbie Lofts has been over the last two years. It's a nice location, plenty of stuff nearby, rooms are nice, but really what's mattered to me are the intangibles. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I've never had to fight them on maintenance or payment issues, and for the most part all of the residents are friendly and relatively quiet. The pool can get a little rowdy on Summer weekends but that's about it. Sound isolation between apartments side-to-side is great although I do hear my upstairs and downstairs neighbors from time to time.Idk it's a nice place and one of my main concerns moving out is trying to find somewhere else with a helpful and competent staff and a fun but not fratty atmosphere. Will miss Lockerbie Lofts

Circa Apartments: what do users think?
Parker Seaton: i lived at Circa for 2 and a half years and enjoyed my time here. No complaints.
Samantha Hartsough: Kambi from Circa was very helpful throughout my time trying to find the right fit for an apartment! She is one of the reasons I chose Circa. She is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions!
Minji Joo: I am about to move into Circa apartments. Tommy provided us a great tour with great options as well! He is extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the move in process! I think I messaged him with questions on a weekly basis, and he is extremely helpful! I highly recommend any young professional or students to check out the beautiful complex.
Reda Maceinaite: I have recently moved into Circa Apartments and have had a great experience overall. Ideal location, spacious apartments, all amenities on your doorstep. The apartment vacated by the previous tenant was restored to superb condition - fresh from walls to flooring and any maintenance requests addressed immediately. The staff at Circa were really welcoming and easy to deal with. In particular, I worked with Tommy, who couldn't have been more helpful prior, during and post move. So responsive, excellent at resolving issues, working so diligently and willing to assist or help with any queries.I would definitely recommend Circa for anyone looking for apartments downtown!
Maddie Meyers: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Danielle Judin: The apartments are beautiful and offer so many great amenities. Tommy and the rest of the staff at Circa were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the leasing process and made my moving experience so much easier. Everything was clean and the walls were freshly painted when I moved in. I absolutely love the spacious kitchen and modern features. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to be in the downtown area.
Sena Diaz: Kambi was the best!! When I came for a tour, she was incredibly friendly, personable and made me feel right at home. I ended up decided to rent with Circa and Kambi walked me through the process and constantly kept me up to date.
Catherine Ross: John was exceptionally helpful with a few things in the apartment.
Julia Frazer: Tommy was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process. Best leasing agent I have ever had!
Hannah Robertson: Tommy has been an incredible leasing agent throughout the process of finding our new apartment. From the initial tour, to signing the lease, and providing the keys, he has been professional, enthusiastic and helpful in every way. We even asked Tommy to come by a few days before our lease started to take photos and measure the apartment and he has no problem accommodating us. Our experience at Circa has been invaluable and exceptional. I definitely recommend!
Marisa Votapek: Tommy is an incredibly helpful and attentive leasing agent! He made the leasing process at Circa incredibly easy.
Taylor Koutropoulos: Just signed my lease for a two bedroom apartment at Circa. Couldn’t be happier. Thomas was super responsive and was able to fast track the leasing process since I needed a place ASAP. Really happy so far.
Chase Bonnewell: Visited this community recently and absolutely fell in love! The amenities are great, the staff is quite helpful, and I love the idea of being close enough to explore downtown Indy! I hope to move here soon!
Tiffany Hornaday: Excellent customer service! Very pleasant and helpful!
Ada Reyes: I love my apartment, plenty of space for a studio. It is a great location with many different restaurants around. Tommy answered all my questions and made my move from out of state super easy. He is an amazing leasing agent!
trevon stafford: Was excellent fixed my problem the next morning
Aparna Chintapalli: I recently moved to Circa, and I felt extremely welcomed by Tommy and the whole leasing office team. I was actually in a unique situation where I was evacuating out of my old place due to a fire, and having to pack and move everything under such short notice, which was distressful to say the least, but working with Tommy was a great experience. He showed great concern, and really seemed to care about getting us settled into the available unit as soon as possible. Because of the effort on his end, we were able to settle in smoothly and I am grateful for how accommodating the staff at Circa were. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Becca Buchs: Great experience with Tommy helping me through the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help out and get me the best apartment. 5 stars every time, highly recommend!
Bobbyy Boyy: My roommates and I have been apartment hunting downtown and came into Circa for a tour yesterday with Carrie leading us. The community was very nice & clean. Carrie along with the other office staff was very friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable on Circa’s move-in info.Great touring experience altogether.
Haley: I've been a resident of Circa almost 2 years and pay $2K a month in rent. We've consistently had problems with our AC not working (as well as other maintenance issues). Most recently, it has been almost a full month without AC. 3 weekends ago our apartments ranged between 84-86 degrees and since it has been a consistent 73-76 degrees. After multiple maintenance request and countless calls, still no timeline of when our AC will be fixed, little apology, and no offer for a discount or help paying our power bill (which is still high, as if we were paying for working AC).
Tamoya Hopkins: Unauthorized entry into my apartment, no call - just serviced without notice. Luckily my wallet was on me this time. This has happened several times.

Mozzo Apartments: what do users think?
Mishal Mahmud: It was a great place to stay but under new management, I am not so sure. The website is down for online payments since December. I am having a maintenance issue related to my kitchen sink for three weeks, and I can't reach out to them through phone calls, they do reply to my emails like every two weeks. Anyways if you have maintenance issues, expect a huge delay before the issue gets fixed.
David Lee: Not enough parking spacesThere is only One elevator.Hard to contact with office agents
Mike Lee: The staff is amazing and the apartments are really nice. Thank you!!
Maddison Hines: I have lived at mozzo for 2 years and about to move out, overall it’s been a pretty good experience here. It’s in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars and just a short drive away from mass Ave. The apartments are new, I really love the granite countertops and the new washer and dryers! We also have a trash service that picks up our trash 5 days a week. Occasionally they won’t pick up the trash but it’s consistent for the most part. Parking is free but there’s not a ton of spaces available, and I haven’t had any issues with the leasing office. They get back with me pretty quickly whenever I have a question or concern. There’s also a really nice hair salon on the first floor of the complex. I really like going there even though it’s a bit pricey. There’s a couple of negatives here. By far the worst part about living here are the sensitive fire alarms. They have gone off several times when I’m cooking, even though nothing is burnt and there’s no smoke. They have also gone off randomly in the middle of the day and late at night when we’re sleeping for no reason. Not a big fan of the dishwasher, doesn’t do a great job of cleaning dishes. Mozzo also doesn’t really have any amenities like a gym, pool, etc that a lot of other complexes have but this doesn’t really bother me.Other than that, I have really enjoyed living here and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a good location without an outrageous rent.
Jake Gadomski: Their leasing office is a hot mess. They run 4 apartment buildings. Their manager flat up and left in February and management has gone down since then. They have lost my rent payments 3 times and want me to pay double the next month. And when you email them or call them they rarely ever get back to you. It’s frustrating because I just renewed my lease.
Dana Keim: Apparently they have no interest in renting to anyone because I have tried to contact them several times and so has my friend. No one has gotten back with us. Oh well I guess.
kevin frank: My wife and I lived here for about 3 years, and enjoyed every minute. This is a great location in the downtown Indy area, with great views down Virginia Avenue and right next to the redline. We also appreciated the free public parking nearby along with the parking lots behind the apartment building. They do not charge for parking, which is definitely an excellent perk. You are walking distance to nearly everything you could need, including restaurants, breweries, local groceries and meat markets, and New Day! The apartments have large kitchens and excellent designs. Also, whenever we had a maintenance issue, the staff was responsive and courteous.
Sam Cohn: I just wanted to share my experiences and express how much I appreciate how accommodating and welcoming Birge and Held and Mozzo Apartments have been. I feel very comfortable knowing that whenever there is an issue the property management and maintenance teams have been very prompt with their responses and will immediately resolve the issue at hand. It is nice to know that I am coming home to a place where the tenant is treated with such care and respect. I would recommend Mozzo Apartments to anyone who is looking for high quality care at a prime location in Downtown Indy.
Larke Stuart: As a current resident at Mozzo (coming up on 1 year), I could not be happier with my experience living here. The location speaks for itself, but the level of service provided by the staff is unmatched - always above and beyond. The combination of location, great neighbors, and an awesome staff makes Mozzo one of my favorite homes to-date. Highly recommend.
John Sawa: Called to schedule a tour of this apartment, and the leasing agent was very rude asking that we arrive early or exactly on time since it’s a Friday. We show up right on time to our tour, no sign of the leasing agent. Give him a call, he’s super short with us and asks us to wait 15 min for him to drive over. We end up waiting 40 minutes, no show from the agent, no phone call. Will never consider Mozzo or any of their properties in the future. Would not recommend! Can not believe the lack of respect by this company’s employees.
Shelley Myers: I really love my apartment. I love being so close to everything downtown.
Lori-Kate Mihal: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! First off, this place is NOT worth the money you pay... When first moving in, we loved this apartment. It was so much fun living near everything and being able to bike wherever we went. Then winter hit and our windows started to fog every day and they drenched the windows so much in water that they dropped to the window sill and molded every day. We were constantly (at least 2x a day) wiping mold off the window sill and wiping puddles off the floor in the living room. The floor in the living room began peeling up from all the water that dropped constantly. It took over a month to get the problem even looked at seriously and even what maintenance did didn't help. We went back and forth with maintenance trying to get some relief from the mold for months and then the weather finally began to get warmer and the problem started to resolve on its own. It's all because the way the building isn't soundly made. Also, you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking in their apartment all the time, the pickled peddler (a 6 or more bike thing that has booze and very loud music) drove by at least 3x a day in the spring, summer, and fall times. Our upstairs neighbor also used to drop his toilet seat whenever he went to the bathroom and it was soooo loud.Maintenance once didn't tell us they were coming to our apartment after we told them their was a problem with electrical stuff and I worked nights at the time and they walked in on me sleeping in a night gown because they knocked and let themselves in since when I didn't answer the door. If I would've known they were coming, we would've scheduled for a different day. Some electrical issues we had were the bathroom lights, we had to hit the wall beside the mirror to make the light turn on. There was air coming through the outlets in the living room and they were coming out of the wall even after we screwed them in with longer screws. There are a lot of people that don't follow the rules with the trash day. They let their trash sit out ALL day and the whole apartment smells of rotting fruit and meat. It was addressed in an email and people still never listened. Also, one of our neighbors used to put his trash bags out his door on a pillow. It is not a good system... it's very convenient, but it is awful to walk in and just smell garbage. For pets, there is NO where for them to go to the bathroom. Only small beds of mulch. Also, residents let their dogs pee all on the carpet in the stairwells and the lobby.Speaking of messesnof bodily fluid, some residents have frequently left vomit and other unnamely sunstances in the elevators, lobby, and stairwells. Like I said, this was pretty frequent.
Casey Mihal: These apartments are quite overpriced for what you get in my opinion. They seem nice on the surface, but are riddled with problems. The place was built in 2014 and I've already had so many maintenance problems, the biggest of which involved mold and took 3 months to get fixed. I've had a lot of electrical issues so far. A lot of the structural things in the apartment aren't so great either. For this price range there are much better options down town.
Lauren Wigton: Great place to live in a beautiful and fun part of town!
Jessica Lam: The Mozzo has a great maintenance crew that's more timely than the average that you'll find in apartments. Plus the crew is very professional and friendly. The building is also kept very clean. There are not very many loud tenants that live here either. The only negative one could point out on the Mozzo is about the parking situation. Tenants are given a private parking lot near the back of the building, but non tenants park in these spaces so there's frequently no parking for people who actually live in the building.

Pangea Groves Apartments: what do users think?
Dory bienaime: It was easy for me to applied and Brianna made it so much easier she’s very responsive and very professional. The call center staff are top notch’s when it comes to customer satisfaction they were helpful and respectful and were able to assist whenever they can . I thank you guys so much and we can’t wait to be part of the Pangea Groves community.
renise smith: So far I have no complaints. My stay has been very much at home. It's quiet and clean. And it's in a good neighborhood
Jack Anderson: Unit flooded with septic backup frequently, maintenance was slow to respond and this occurred several times
Bobby Fisher: I been here 10yrs Great people
Amanda Culver: Made an maintenance order in a weekend they came it the next day and fixed everything! Great service!
Albert Porter: The maintenance work for my apartment was very efficient and to my liking. Very much pleased!
Alireza Pourabedini: That was fast and on time...
Dane Kelly: Fast and professional
Roberto Jimenez: After reading all the reviewsI’m just going to leave 1 star .Sounds like a bad place!
Carissa Shumaker: I would leave zero stars if I could. Lived there for six years. Horrible. Management is awful. Avoid!
Chris Anthony Anthony: n/a
John Gould: Was just scammed by them the other day they took my $50 deposit and rejected my application the next morning.I have nothing on my credit and am a first time renter who makes plenty
Cynthia Greene: Love the office staff! They were so helpful!
Allan Voorhis: I love the quiet. Public spaces are kept up nicely.
ashley belcher: Crystal at the front desk is amazing she is professional and caring at the same time big shout out to her
Manon Slaughterbeck: This office has the WORST! and I mean absolute WORST. office staff. I simply needed to contact the office for verification that I was a prior resident. I called for over 45 min and no one answered. So, I decided to pay the office a visit. That’s where I found that the office phones were silenced by the woman working there. I literally called and none of the phones rang. Once I proved this, she threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. 8/27, at 2 pm. Whoever the woman with the accent was working should NOT represent pangea groves. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. She was clearly not doing her job at all and even refused to answer the phones. Absolutely pathetic.
Mike Dierdorf: Lived here 6 years and rent was increased a little every year. This year they are trying to increase my rent by a whopping 26%, making my 1 bedroom more expensive than a 2 bedroom. If you like being price gouged with no improvements to warrant such an increase, than Pangea Real Estate is for you!
Chiffon Todd: The application process was a bit frustrating for me but Christian has made it a lot easier for me…. So I have to revise my review from a 5 to 3 because of the animal problem. There has been an issue with raccoons getting in the roof. I remember being woke out of sleep heating raccoon and the maintenance people having an attitude only to find that there was a huge recook that they carried through my apartment a few feet from where I was sitting (no warning) my husband is a manager for wildlife removal and offered to patch the holes the animals have access to for free and the property manager said some excuse about insurance and that their guys would take care of it. Well, that was almost a year ago and now must likely there is another raccoon as we just heard it. This is unsanitary and unethical to allow this, other than this I was pretty pleased with the apartment. I will update if this is taken care of or not.
Maya Payne: Chanel Graves has been the most helpful manager, and has truly helped my family. We love our home here!
Brandon Payne: I spoke with Chanel Graves for help finding a new apartment near the end of the business day. The office is hard to reach by phone, but she patiently walked me through all my questions. I didn't feel like I was bugging her at all by coming in at the end of the business day. It was a pleasant first impression.
Nya Carradine: Horrible, horrible customer service .

Notch at Nora Apartments: what do users think?
Jazz Carlisle: Jess from the leasing office is so incredibly kind and helpful! She was so quick to answer any questions I had. She helped us find a unit that meets all of our needs and I cannot wait to move in.
Emily Hopp: I love living at Notch! I have lived here for about 8 months now and really appreciate the updated amenities in the units and I also love how quiet my unit is. It is in a great and super convenient location, and I have always felt very safe in the complex. Taylor, the previous leasing manager, was an incredible help and very flexible in answering my questions and in helping me to decide on Notch as my home. Jess, one of the new leasing managers, has also been very kind and helpful whenever I stop by the main building. Erin in housekeeping is also incredible and never fails to put a smile on my face when I pass her in the hallway. I have not yet had to request maintenance, but from what I have heard from neighbors, Josh is always diligent and is quick to help out with all maintenance issues. Notch truly has a wonderful team working for them!
Ciani Yorkman: Had a tour with Jess and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great area.
Sera Radovich: Notch is such a great place to live. The location is prime with shopping centers within walking distance and the staff are incredible. The interiors are beautiful with spacious rooms.Taylor and Josh at the Notch office are so responsive and kind.

The building and amenities are beautiful and well maintained. I would 100% recommend Notch at Nora to anyone looking for a new apartment.
Adam Ryan: Hello! I grew up here as a child but I never imagined I would be back in Indy as an adult. The great people in Notch at Nora have been instrumental in making that happen for me. The leasing office led by Andrew, Taylor, and Jess were great in getting me through the door quickly so I can live exactly where I wanted. Josh in maintence is very prompt and professional when I have an issue and Erin in housekeeping always keeps my building looking like new. What more could anyone ask for? I love it here!
Kate Hamilton: So far so great! My boyfriend and I have lived at Notch for a couple months and have enjoyed it so far. The apartments have everything we could want. They are pretty quiet for this style, and modern. The previous leasing manager Taylor was so kind and helpful when touring and signing the lease, and helping us get adjusted. Jess, the new leasing agent, has gone out of her way to assist me with packages. Everyone who works here is very helpful and truly care about residents. This is a great community to live in.
Hardeep Singh: My experience living at the Notch has been great till now. In addition to the great location, the staff has been really courteous. It was always great to talk to Taylor in the leasing office. Josh helped with the occasional maintenance issues very promptly and Erin in housekeeping also deserves a mention for doing a great job.Kudos to the team at the Notch!
Kourtney Byrd: Wow. Where do I begin? I love my new home at Nora. I am genuinely grateful for Taylor. She gave me a tour and assisted me during the application process until I officially moved the day after Thanksgiving. She's the best, and I am happy to know her professionally. She inspires me! I have always desired to live in the Nora community. I love my apartment. Most of all, I love that I am building a new community- Aaron & Josh are truly kind and always check on me, and they make me feel at home. I am blessed to reside at a place that employs individuals who genuinely care about their residents at Notch at Nora. Lastly, I am grateful for Andrew and Jess. I always have great conversations with Andrew, and I appreciate his authenticity and checking on me. I recently met Jess, and I look forward to establishing rapport with her. She's nice and friendly. All in all, I highly recommend this place to live. Notch at Nora, residents will have direct access to the Monon trail, Nora Public Library, and the Nora Shopping Center, less than 10 minutes from the mall. It’s a prime area to live in as a millennial. - Dr. K. Byrd
Davis Schlichte: Erin is an awesome asset to the grounds as she works incredibly hard and has a personality that brightens everyone’s day!
Brad Nicholson: I lived at the Notch for about 2 years and I loved it. The location is very convenient and the property itself it very nice.Everyone in the office has been very friendly and helpful. Josh the maintenance supervisor is very kind and always willing to help. He has always done things in a timely manner as well.
Matt Gilbert: We had a wonderful experience at Notch. The staff was always pleasant to interact with! Great location and the community was very safe. Josh, one of the Notch crew was always very responsive and was able to help resolve any concerns we had.
Britt Nicholson: Recently moved out of The Notch for more space for our family but we loved our time there. The buildings and amenities are great and the people are very nice. Especially the staff - specifically, Josh the maintenance man, was always so responsive and super helpful.
Karla Perez: I’ve been a resident for 5 months going into 6 months and so far I am LOVING it! This is honestly the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The locked buildings at all times/ security makes me feel safe and I haven’t had any issues with neighbors. Maintenance (Josh) has been nice! They get stuff done quick. Housecleaning on my floor is phenomenal always smells clean so props to Erin! Taylor, Andrew and Jess have been amazing at the leasing office. Taylor was my leasing agent and was a huge help during the move in process :) 10/10 recommend living here! The ONLY thing I do have to point out is the parking 😂 not enough visitors parking. They WILL get towed.
Ladybug: Josh did an excellent job!
Sol Yanes: I Love living here at Notch. I Love the staff here. Erin and Taylor are so kind and friendly! I know i can count on them if i need anything. Erin does a fabulous job keeping things nice and clean. It always smells really good too!! I do miss having Katie here!!
Cristina Ascenzi: Loved living here so far. The building is very modern and the apartments have a really good space distribution. The neighbors are very kind and nice. The management is always nice and has been very welcoming since the beginning. Specially Taylor, she always goes the extra mile, she’s on top of the issues and always comes up with solutions that make the residents feel heard and understood. Josh is also always helpful and makes sure the apartment is in a good shape. Erin is quite friendly and does an amazing job.
Moussa Ibrahim: Taylor is truly the BEST property staff team member I’ve ever worked with. truly a pleasure to have her and Katie Welch . Love the Notch at Nora ! Go Taylor!!!
Xinyue Chen: Though I finally didn't get a chance to be a resident at Notch. It's a wonderful place based on my tour experience. And I'd like to mention that Taylor is the greatest ever leasing person that I’ve ever seen. She always keeps all my needs, including location, the direction facing, and floor preference, in mind and provides me with options that really match. Her active communication and efforts to help find the perfect unit impressed me. I believe this can really make the living experience even more pleasant. Again, Taylor is amazing and I’ve been appropriating her help on my way for apartment home searching!
Arrington K: Had randomly drove by this apartment building one day and decided to put in an app, forever grateful we did!!! Taylor has been the most accommodating person in the world! The community is so helpful and sweet - on move in ,day so many residents extended a helping hand and offered their carts and time to help move us in. Our furry baby loves to stop in Taylor’s office for treats and the amenity building has so much to offer. We LOVE Notch!!
Matt Smith: Taylor is great!

Ashton Brook Apartments in Indianapolis: what do users think?
Jessica Beasley: Just moved out last month due to needing more space but trust me, it was a nearly impossible decision to leave! Loved the location (come on, less than two minutes from a Target?) and the apartment itself was perfect. Maintenance requests were always taken care of same day. Parking was plentiful on the street we were on. Kurtis, Mayra and Rene were wonderful to work with during the application/move-in process and during our time there.
Nang Zar: This apartment is begin good service and fair price. I lived two year almost in here. I don't want to say anything but I have to say that I got to experience today. I cooked a Turkey in the oven, and I canceled the button a few minutes later. The gas won't close still fire, and we try to call them and leaves a voicemail. We tried to call, and the concerns about the overheating in our apartment. We find out how to fix it, and we asked the next door to help to shut it off. The alarm is worth it, say, fired. We don't need to call the police because it is not a fire. We wait for their responsibility in their area, but they did not respond to us. Then we call 911 they come in two minutes and shut off the gas. A few minutes later, their maintenance arrived at my apartment and asked us what was happening. We are still okay in this part. The last part is I disagree with what they said; they can not do anything until Monday or Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I don't use to cook with a stove how can I feed my kids? Eventually, the service was charged to us for what it is that they take care of their customers in emerging. If you are looking for apartments and have kids just like us, make sure to know my experience and cost.
Trever Moore: I have resided at this complex for 4 years now. The office staff is to this day always friendly and helpful. The property manager is always willing to do everything he can to assist. The maintenance crew are very respectful as well as always give a friendly wave when driving by. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice quiet area and friendly staff!
Vickie Brown: Hopefully I get the apartment o applied for here...been looking since October without much luck Let me in ashtonbrook let me get my foot in the door please your rent ill be on on time u got 3 stars u let me in there I promise to look further into this review.....TY YOU ASHTON BROOK YOU GIYD ROCK..5 STARS ON THE WAY
Kody Slough: I come home late from work late and I couldn't find a parking spot so they impounded my truck the next day so I missed school and work
Timothy Puckett: My wife and I have lived at ashton brook for nearly 3 years at first it was clean and everything was pretty nice. Renovations happened and during this they put the toilet in our bedroom for some reason, right next to our bed. Not a new toilet the old one. They also left numerous holes in the walls and caused other damage they said would be replaced but never was (including knocking over my wife's flower stand and breaking a pot) then when time for move out came I moved using the SMCRA and they made a big deal about it. I was given orders to both move and get deployed with less than 20 days to go and ashton brook still demanded the full 30 day notice, even though they did the bare minimum required by law it is sad they are not willing to help either those who have lived there happily long term or active duty military members.
Daniel Dougan: I've lived at Ashton Brook for eight years, and I(now joined by my wife) keep renewing my lease because the location is ideal for us, we have a wonderfully diverse set of neighbors, and the rent is reasonable. The 2019 renovations were welcome as well. We were considering buying a home, but the housing market has been too crazy for that. So Ashton Brook has been a fine place to ride out that storm until things get more reasonable again in the real estate market.
G P: HORRIBLY ATROCIOUS
Tawio Lawrence: Wonderful and peaceful place to be.
SAMUEL BANJAW: Excellent apartment secure safe living experience with fare price everybody in the office crew are working hard to satisfy the tenant!
sarah nikkhah: I lived in Ashton Brooks Apartments for 2 years. Choosing this place was one of the best decisions we made before moving to our own home. I definitely suggest Ashton Brooks Apartments. Wonderful people working in the management, office, and maintenance. Kurtis, Rene and Mayra are all great and they answer your questions and make sure that everything is all set. Very SAFE neighborhood. They renovated all the apartments and they tried their best to make it an smooth experience for us. Although, it was the time that I had important exams but I remember they managed to be on time and provided proper accommodation and internet connectivity for us during the renovation. They did not change the rents much after renovation which is great for new people looking to rent an apartment. Plus it’s so close to monon and so you can go for a walk or biking whenever you would like. It’s less than a minute drive to target and wholefood and many other shopping locations. They keep the area clean and if any problem occur maintenance will be there shortly. Maintenance are very professional and finish the job efficiently. Utilities such as water, gas and sewer are all included in rent. The new negative reviews might be due to the renovation and challenges it had with it such as having to move to temporary accommodation and not being able to use gym and laundry room due to renovations but hey now renovation are done and now APARTMENTs are in their BEST shape and you can just move in and ENJOY :)Overall, choosing Ashton Brooks Apartments has been my best renting experience. It was a safe, beautiful, and warm place to live.
Deandrea Payne: Neighborhood is decent apartments updated but lots of bugs .. definitely won’t be here more than a year IF THAT
Tolga Demir: Great management and great houses. All our shortcomings were made as soon as possible.Management is genial and the entire all deposit we have given has been returned.I think goodest is gas, water and home insurance in the rent.Thank you for everything.
William Powell: Outstanding apartment, great staff, and nearly crime free.
Anne-Marie McCullough: Fitness center has been unavailable for months due to renovations that began in July- August of 2019.
Roman Francisco: No laundry no water Bo security I stole my car last week this complex is the worst one in Indiana don’t come to live here guys
Anthony Arnold: The recent remodel here made my apartment significantly worse. The work was half a** and left us with a number of maintenance issues.Doors not hung properly.Leaks in the kitchen (both above and below the sink) and the bathroom.A light fixture fell on our first night back. Our oven is so far out that we can't open the silverware drawer. There was literally water coming up from the floorboards due to water leaking in from the water heater. The complex is generally OK, but these remodels haven't gone well for many people here.
Taulise Brown: Great staff, always friendly and helpful!!!
Brenda Edwards: The complex is undergoing renovations, yet the crew doing the renovation has no respect for anyone living there or the adjacent property. They blare music all day long over the sound of their equipment. I've called the office several times with no luck or answers.
Mounir Hamidi: I lived there it was so noisy and the stuff is inequalified and guys i do not know if it is construction or residency !!!!!
Moussa Kadir: Horrible, horrible, horrible experience at Ashton brook, there is an unqualifiedand unprofessional stuff, the manager doesn't receive the residents, not communicative at all, as he is the president of the USA, and omg it is so noisy, the maintenance is just a disaster, I advice you to think twice before moving in, honestly and friendly

The Maxwell Apartments in Indianapolis: what do users think?
TaylorTheTuner: Cancelled our booking without warning or explanation
Shelby Pund: Nice apartment. However I’ve had over $500 worth of packages stolen from the mailroom and the leasing agency just clings to the fact that if the shipping company doesn’t place packages into the parcel lockers it’s not their fault and won’t pursue the thief.
Mackenzie Pogue: This place was a nightmare to live at and certainly not worth the price.
Tammy Roper: Moved into the Maxwell in April of 2022. I waited to give a review for a few months so that I could give a more thorough review of the Maxwell apartments. I have to say that I really do love it here. The management team was so responsive and kind throughout the entire moving in process. The apartments are really beautiful and spacious. We've had no issues with noise level and everyone is super friendly. The maintenance team is also quick to respond when ever there is an issue. Love the Maxwell and would recommend to anyone looking for a great downtown Indy apartment!
Avery Pagell: Lived there for 2 years. Had to deal with countless fire alarms going off at any time of the day whether its 3am or 7pm for about 30 mins a time. Paid 100$ a month for a garage spot only to have my things stolen out of my vehicle and broken windows and the apartment does nothing about. I highly advise against this apartment.
Kyle Summitt: We toured the apartment with Jordan. He was excellent. Every question we had was answered. He let us take our time, and gave a great customer experience. Anyone is sales or customer service can learn a thing from this guy!!!
Leah J.: My experience renting at The Maxwell was easily the worst I've ever had. During my time living at this property, my packages were stolen multiple times (and when I brought this up to the staff my concerns were dismissed as outliers), my car was broken into in the parking garage (once again, no real response on the part of the property except for a "Sorry this happened to you!"), and repairs that were promised would be made to the bathroom in my unit by the time I moved in (rust around the showers, sloppy caulking, etc) were never made. The loitering in and around the property is absolutely unbelievable (I can't tell you the number of times I was walking to my car in the garage and was practically intercepted by a strange man), so if you're a single woman, I would advise you carry pepper spray at any and all times of day. The hot water is inconsistent at best, and though the maintenance team was swift and courteous when attempting to repair it, it's been brought to my attention that this is a habitual issue for the property. For the cost of living here, these issues were absolutely unacceptable. But the worst experience of all, easily, was upon move out. I had movers take most of my boxes and furniture out of my apartment two days before my scheduled move out, and when I came back the next day to pick up my remaining belongings, they had been thrown into trash bags and random boxes with no regard for the contents (sauces from my refrigerator tossed into garbage bags with sensitive banking paperwork, etc). Someone contracted by the property to paint the unit had entered my apartment without consent, during covid, touched all of my things, and even destroyed a priceless documentation that I'll never be able to get back. It was the most incredible violation of privacy I have ever experienced.I would wholeheartedly recommend AGAINST renting at the property if you value your peace of mind. The only positive things I can say about my experience here was that they didn't put up a fight when it came to compensating me for my damaged property and ending my lease.Side note: The courtyard fountain looks lovely in the summer, but trust me, after 24/7 water running that you can hear clearly through your walls, you'll want nothing more than to never look at another fountain again.
Bethany Wilson: If you enjoy having hot water, don’t rent here. Our hot water has been out 3 times since living here, with the last instance resulting in 4 days without hot water. Also plenty of leaks, broken elevators, car break-ins, random 2 hour fire alarms and plenty of other issues.Incredibly poor building management and no care for their residents.Worst apartment experience ever. You can absolutely find somewhere better to live that cares about residents and knows how to take care of apartment community so it isn’t falling apart every week.
Jordan Lambuth: Lots of water issues. Either the hot water goes out for days at time. The fire suppression system is leaking and the fire alarm is going off in the middle of the night. Rate increases, cost of parking doubled. We're now being charged for utilities. No guest parking. Not very well insulated, drafty windows.
Anthony Elias: 2 times in 2 yrs we've been left without hot water for 3+ days. Also, the pipes bursts in the winter twice in the last two yrs (see a pattern?) so buy renters insurance. Also, dont waste $1k a month here.
Nick Booker: A nice place to live
Shashank Suresh: There are many things wrong with this apartment building. The water main pipeline has had problems three times in the last two years. Two of those times it actually burst and flooded and destroyed and entire floor of the building, displacing all of the tenants on that floor. The pipe repairs themselves took quite a long time and the entire building did not have running water and had to all use the bathroom and shower on the first floor during this time. I feel like paying almost $1500 in rent entitles a person to water in their own apartment. The fire alarm is also faulty and goes off for no reason several times a year. Sometimes it happens in the middle of the night. Too bad if you work a job during the day that requires you to shower and have restful sleep at home - you won't get that by living here.Overall, I do not recommend living here. Avoid it if you can. The apartments themselves are nice but the high cost of living here plus the inconveniences that come up more frequently than they should make it not worthwhile.
Shawn Harper-Hall: Very nice downtown apartments, right on Ohio and East St.Large parking area.
T. Michael Fischer: Great space but poor quality and customer service. It is obvious that the Glick employees are more suited for lower income property management.
Amanda Vela: I have absolutely loved living at the Maxwell! It has been the perfect apartment for me. I've toured almost all the new apartments in Downtown Indy and the Maxwell is, by far, the nicest. The interiors are beautifully decorated with dark wood floors, granite countertops, beautiful hardware, high ceilings and clean carpets. It was always quiet and a nice young professional crowd. It may sound like a small detail, but it's SO nice to have a glass shower door instead of a curtain (unheard of in apartments!) and a pantry in the kitchen (also very rare). I also had a walk in laundry room that I could use for storage and have a drying rack (in the past I've had to air dry my clothes on top of the washer/dryer - no fun!). The heated garage is so nice in the winter... I can't even begin to tell you what an advantage that is.Besides all that, the staff and maintenance team are very kind, friendly and helpful. They always responded to my calls and needs in a timely manner and did so with kindness and understanding. And perhaps the best part? The location. The Maxwell is just blocks from Mass Ave and blocks from the heart of the city - Monument Circle. You are literally close to everything - but not too close that it's noisy.5 stars!!
Kris Leksas: While first impressions of the maxwell apartments are good, don't be fooled. The overall layout of the apartment complex is nice and quality of the units are good but then it goes all down hill.Like others have mentioned, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is happening in all of your neighbors apartments. Speaking of noise, the courtyard is like an amphitheater. Any noise is magnified by 10 so don't bother opening your windows(there's zero airflow anyway). They technically have a gym but I wouldn't call it that. It's more like a 15x15 sq foot storage room with a couple treadmills and free weights thrown in it. It gets claustrophobic with more than two people in it and smells like a high school gym.Lastly, don't expect to have guests spend the night. Being a Chicago transplant, I often had guests on the weekends. Unfortunately, there is no where to park. There's a large lot to the side of the building that is not owned by the complex. One of my guests parked there and in the morning, was approached by the maxwell management. They said they could give you the company's number that owned the lot and you can buy a spot for $50/month or that you will be towed. She then proceeded to copy his license plate number to presumably turn it in.Overall, the lack of amenities, poor noise insulation, and unfriendly staff make maxwell apartments an extremely poor place to live.

The Vue Luxury Apartments: what do users think?
William Sipple: Lived here for two years. Their security is a joke. Says secure underground garage. All the locks fail and their cameras were conveniently not working when someone stole my vintage 1986 Honda Scooter. When I told management they did nothing. Even though I had renters insurance it didn't cover their garage. Pay extra for parking and good luck if something happens. Will probably have to take them to small claims court for their negligence. They knew the cameras and doors weren't working. Even after an assault and robbery in the building they did nothing to protect anyone or their property.
Moussa Gueye: My wife and I we have lived at the Vue luxury apt for almost 4 years and we just moved out about 2 days ago so if there is anyone who has seen some changes after being there for 4 years, that’s us.Throughout the 4 years we have been there, we had witnessed at least 6 different office change and we can say that the office staff that is there now, is the BEST You can find in any apt building complex considering we lived in many apartments. They are caring, they engage with the community in site, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care, and best of all, the take pride in doing their job the right way. By staff, I also mean even the maintenance team is very reliable and available when you need them. This past year with this new staff member has been the best time we have had at the Vue luxury apartment and whoever lives there, will be taken care off and will also be lucky to have them as facilitators willing to help.Thank you for all your hard work and the gift of attention that you give to your tenants.Moussa.
Mark Miers: It’s a great place to live. The staff does several things each month for the residents.
Patricia Stewart: Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms one with en-suite was excellent. The tavern is just downstairs so a 2-minute walk and you're there. Beautiful view over the ocean. Undercover parking. Everyone that works there is very nice and comes highly recommended.
Violet Auld: We stayed here in March and had a fantastic time - the apartments are very luxurious with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent position on Trinity Beach and will definitely be back.
Anthony Wright: Well the view was extremely mesmerizing and it was a very clean and well set out hotel. Spacious, clean, well appointed, and car parking. Need a car to get around as out of Cairns, but really enjoyed the place and will go back
Cynthia Soules: The management is exceptional, the location perfect and the views are stunning. The apartments are spacious, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Could not fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again and again. Exceptional spot with exceptional service
Joyce Green: We have stayed here twice in the last 5 weeks. 3 nights each time. Love the apartments. Very clean and spacious. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you don't have a car.
Anthony Banayote: The staff has been an absolute pleasure to work and are some of the kindest people. Tonya, Jessica, and Samantha have been nothing but helpful. They have amazing service. The building is great too, with a beautiful view of the city, and some great features. Couldn’t be happier.
Ashley Derloshon: The new management is fantastic! So many improvements already!
Abby Gomez: Leasing office is never open like if you aren’t going to open at all don’t bother putting work hours. Worst experience ever
Laura Wombwell: Lived here for the summer and it’s been great! Everyone in management that we’ve worked with has been fantastic and friendly, they host resident events such as Taco Thursday, Mimosa & Bagels, Movie Nights and other fun stuff (for free!). We needed a short term, pet-friendly lease and we are very pleased with finding The Vue!!
mason montgomery: Took a tour and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable
Dan L: Still waiting on my security deposit from January. They admitted that I am owed a full refund and always say it's coming this week. It never arrived and they have no intention to pay. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.Response to your comment: This is the response I was given in February, March, April, May, June... Your promised to send it out last Tuesday and nothing has arrived. You also promised to send it out "this week" on numerous occasions before. I can assume only willful negligence through layers of bureaucracy (it's always someone else's problem) to engage in theft at this point. Maybe a court order will get your attention. Will file the paperwork this week.
chris zinerman: I visited this apartment complex for five seconds at the leasing office and have never felt so unwelcome. I feel the staff at the front desk immediately profiled me, and was not making me feel comfortable while communicating. This was a big red flag to me, and I instantly knew this community would not be a fit for someone of my background. This was the quickest way to lose a responsible, prospective tenant.
Cyrus Stanford: Holy hell... Where to start. By far the most frustrating experience my roommate and I have ever experienced. Do not live here if you want competent management. Yes they are cheap, but there is a reason they are so cheap. First off, security is non existent. Out of the two years I lived there, there was never a time that a door to get into the building did not work. Doors that literally lead into the garage with everyone's cars & bikes (My bike was stolen this way...). After having front office workers that gas light you and make it seem like its your fault (it is typically not), we decided to move. NOW... we are dealing with the VUE not giving us back our security deposit. It has been two months since we moved out, and have reached out numerous times to find out when we would get it back. As you would expect no one answers their phones.Anytime you see a reply on a 1 star review they say, " PlEaSe ReAcH OuT To Us, We WaNT To hEar AbOuT yOuR eXpErIence" utter bull, because they cant even answer their phones or emails. Even after I went into the office, they told me I would hear back from accounting in 2 days. Now they avoid us like a bad ex..Id give 0 stars if I could.
Julie Uceda: I have moved out of the apartment last May and since then it's been ONE YEAR and they still have NOT gotten back to me with my security deposit. I have checked with the property that I do have credit on my account that is about $500 something dollars and I cannot believe that the property manager has not been responding to my follow-up emails since March. They would charge interest and late fees on late rent payment from the residents, but they would disregard giving my money back on security deposit and be okay about it for ONE ENTIRE YEAR? Ridiculous. Please be more responsible and at least reply to my voice mail or emails letting me know of the status. Just really disappointing how much I have to drag on getting my own money back. This was my very last resort to have to put on google review so that I hopefully get their attention to get in contact with them. This is just ridiculous. Will someone help me get my $$ back from this apartment? I can show the receipts of ALL the emails in the past one entire year where no one responded. Called the company headquarters, left a "contact us" message, did everything I could. I cannot believe it.
K Bass: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJessica amd the maintenance are doing a fantastic job! It feels so much like home 🏡now since they came. Kevin Bass
Morgan Thomas: The rent is over priced for what you receive. There was trash constantly around the building. I had to call corporate to receive my security deposit. Def don’t recommend living here.
Ameer Fisher: My experience with this apartment complex was terrible and I do not recommend. In one year, there was new staff in the office every month. I could tell a drastic change in quality of service and upkeep of the complex from the beginning of my stay until I moved out. The staff can be very rude at times and it is very difficult to communicate with them if you can get in contact. Besides the staff, the apartments are nice but the walls are thin and there is always pet feces outside. Although the apartment is gated and has private access, there are periods of time (sometimes a whole week) where the apartment doors will not open with the key fob. The amenities are okay, however, the pool closed early last summer due to the complex not having chlorine. As far as communicating with the tenants via email, the staff has sent out passive aggressive emails threatening to evict people instead of addressing tenants independently. These apartments are not worth over 1,000 dollars in rent. If I could give less than one star, I would.
