David Jenkins: Took my family of 6 there in the evening of the 28th. The two young ladies behind the counter were super helpful with my daughters in getting their selections ordered and built. The shift supervisor was so helpful with her employee with teaching her also. Leafy Sensation: They were very busy with online orders. However, they were very nice even though they were stressed. Great customer service and my sandwich was so packed, it was almost difficult to eat. There were things they were out of, but they told us before we ordered and offered to make more sweet tea if we wanted. Obviously, service differs depending on the crew, but tonight on 10/16/21 it was a good experience.

bill walter: I was here for a convention, and this place was fantastic. Reasonable prices and amazing service. There were a large amount of workers on the line keeping things moving. A diamond in the rough with all the othwr overcosted options available to those not willing to look around a little bit.Dietary restrictions: The workers made everything with my restiections in mind. I am allergic to certain things and they took this into mind while handling my food. Top notch service.

So I grab the food when I get to work, hand off my coworker's to the realization that I only grabbed one bag from the car, strolled back outside to no avail, I was ;!in fact the one that dropped trash under my car.

My brother bit in to it and they were not warmed at all we even had to cook them a little longer not worth the 20$ we spent there at all.

Katelyne Sanchez: Placed an order at 8pm, understandably it was late even though they close at 9pm. After placing my order online it stated it would be ready at 830pm. I went to the parking lot and they looked closed. I called the store to figure out what was going on, the girl that answered the phone told me it was too late to place the order and she "didn't print the ticket off" & I needed to go online and cancel my order. On the website it stated my order was ready to pick up but there was no cancel button. I tried calling back to the store because my debit card was already charged to ask of they would either refund it or to make a note t make my food the following day during lunch but by the 4th time calling someone picked the phone up and sat on the phone for a solid 15 seconds breathing heavily and I asked hello can someone refund the money? & they hung up on me. I called from 845 to 915pm with no answer. I'm a pretty understanding person, I just wanted to see if they could make a note to make my food the following day since i was already charged on my account. So unprofessional and childish.

Larsen Perry: Part time sandwich maker came from the dining area, whare he was sweeping, so he could assist with the service. To that point he was ignoring his supervisor's calls for help. He reached for gloves without washing his hands. I kindly ask him to wash his hands first. He refused, through down the gloves, told me he would not make my sandwich, left the make line, asked what I was "going to do about it, call the President?", resumed cleaning and again ignored his supervisor asking for help. To be clear I have attempted to resolve this with their posted phone number and was unable to get through. In addition the supervisor made no effort to correct or even address the situation.

I did a mobile order and I knew I was early to pick up and just mentioned I had one and the woman making it got all mean and told me to wait, (I hadn't rushed her, I knew it would take time). While she was preparing it, she was tossing ingredients in with an attitude and a sour face. I politely asked for more banana peppers and she added TWO and gave me the dirtiest look ever... horrible customer service, over the top attitude. No one greets you, they just stare at you and give you dirty looks. She was the MANAGER. She was skimpy with ingredients as well so now my bowl is gross and I can't even go to the manager for a refund or anything because I already know I'll get nowhere but ATTITUDE and malice.

kathye henninger: I work in Long term care and I have gone two afternoons in a row for a resident. The same young man has been working both times. Today there was a young lady working, as well. It was almost 5:30 pm and my resident ordered five foot long clubs... That takes quite a bit of time to make, and there were other customers. This young man never seemed frustrated at all. He was soft spoken and smiled. The only problem is that I had no cash to tip him... I will next time I go there, I assure you. Both he and his teammate are excellent in customer service!! Thank you for how you responded to a very challenging order!!

Devin Mom With a Blog: First time in this location. The costumer service was absolutely amazing. I was acknowledged at the door upon entry. The woman was friendly and patient. She got me through the line no rush! What I believe was the manager was a joy. He was kind and spoke to me as a person not just as a business transaction and even acknowledged my children! It's been a while since I've been out and the world and felt geniune kindness. So I thank you all & best wishes!! Oh yeah the food was great!! 10/10 experience!!

Bryan Woods: Avoid this place unless you want someone deliberately taking ten minutes to make a sub. I have never been more disappointed in my life. He was moving extra slow deliberately because he was the only one up front. I wouldn't have someone that slow working for me. My wife finally received her food and we left. He was struggling enough with her food so I didn't want to overwhelm him with another sandwich. Smh.

Sai Pooja Navudu: I had the worst experience ever in this subway. The work station is completely a mess and not at all clean. The employees were confused to work on the sandwiches which the customers where asking for. All the three employees were attending the same customer at one time. Because of this, there is a long waiting time. Finally, One employee asked me for what sandwich i wanted for. I said I wanted to have a veggie sandwich. He took out the bread and suddenly jumped to register to put the already made sandwiches in the bag without even excusing me. That was very rude !Those who want to have a hygienic food I highly recommend not to go to this restaurant.I’m never gonna go to this subway again!

drew dolce: Pathetic excuse of a restaurant. If you're the owner or a worker there, shame on you.
Melissa Hedden: This used to be our go-to subway. The staff knew us and now it has gone drastically downhill. We recently had a very rude drive thru worker who rang up our order wrong and said ‘I don’t know how to fix it.’ I told him how much it should be because we order it all the time and he said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ I said please get the manager and he said ‘why? He doesn’t know what he is doing.’ They never got it sorted it and said ‘do you still want it.’ They were charging me $9 for $5 kids meals. I said I want them for the price it should be. But ultimately we ended up leaving with no food and will never go back. It was so rude and out of control. I miss the old workers that were so sweet and kind.

Tracey H: I have never encountered such a rude employee. She seemed incredibly annoyed that we came in to order a sandwich. Very hateful. I asked for extra toasted and she got it out of the toaster and virtually YELLED "Is it toasted enough or not?!?!" The sandwich was a philly cheesesteak and was skimpy on the meat. I asked for Guacamole and she opened the lid and it was empty but clearly recently had some in it. She said "no Guacamole" instead of opening a new bag. For over TWENTY DOLLARS for only 2 sandwiches, a philly and spicy Italian, I expect meat. No drinks chips etc just 2 sandwhiches. I will avoid ever going here again.

Betty Jackson: Very rude, whispered loud comments during visit. Food was below standard and portions small. But most of all the rude comment that the elderly black man made was very rude and unnecessary. I will never visit that store again and I tell everyone I know. Beautiful Bean: I like the food there so I was feeling a craving and weather the Christmas storm weather tonight to get a Sub. Online it says they should be open until 10pm I pull up at 9:18pm the sign is off. I make a gesture to ask are they closed the woman inside was looking at me like ahe was scared. Mike P: LOVED the fact that "everyone's uncle" greets and conversates with everyone who orders there. He even knew what multiple folks in line were going to order before they said a word. He just did his thing with the meats, and instructed the veges girl accordingly, while holding a whole other convo with each customer as the line moved. He likes everybody and everybody likes him. I've only met him once, but I can tell that he is a treasure! Experiences like this are what will keep people coming back to a place. IDK how much Subways pays this man, but it should be tripled just for what he contributes. IDK his name but he is a nubian brother about 70ish yrs old.
