Jameson Camp: what do users think?
Adam Gonzalez: I went to this place for the past two years for National FFA convention. The rooms are very nice and clean, nice and secluded from everyone and everything, and campgrounds themselves are nice and well upkept. However, the only complaint I have is the showers. They're so outdated and there are moths on the walls. I know they clean them but not as good as it should be.... I still recommend it to any school or person who is looking for a good place to stay in Indy.
Brendon Riha: Jameson Camp was the pride and joy of our wedding. When my wife found this venue she fell in love. The hammock garden is a beautiful place for the ceremony and the Jameson Camp is breathtaking as well. Our photos turned out amazing! As for the service, Joe, Elliot and their team are so accomodating and helpful. They are all amazing people and what they do for the community is fantastic.A bonus is that all our wedding funds go directly to the camp to help with participant scholarships so kids can enjoy all the services they provide.Thank you, thank you, thank you Joe, Elliot and Jameson Camp for making our wedding dreams come true.
April Lovern: My son has so much fun there! They are very accommodating for children with special needs and first time campers.makinh them feel comfortable
Polly Luttrell: Oh my how this camp.has improved over the years...what an awesome place for young kids to go and meet other kids their age.
Abigail Mayo: I visited in this campground for a few nights in November 2021 with my schools band. I will say it’s very spacious and decent. When we arrived, everything seemed alright but it could be cleaner. Bathrooms, showers and stalls could be more clean by scrubbing the tile, scrubbing bathroom floors and in the corners especially and I saw a little bit of rust and mold. Just more efficient cleaning (COVID has raised the bar for cleanliness). Definitely more clean beds I found dirt and dust on the bunks. Most definitely ask for more clean cabins. I believe we are coming back during November 2022. I would love to see cleaner cabins. Also a little bit of cosmetic updating would make the cabins more welcoming. A good coat of paint, clean up on walls and little bit of a spruce up. Overall I’m grateful we had a safe place to stay on our trip.
Incursus07: Amazing facility. Extremely well kept and maintained, with friendly staff.
Hol “Cane” Sto: Beautiful venue!!! Perfect place to get married and have a reception!
Dario Untama: Clean, friendly staff. It is a hidden gem.
temitopeoluwole: Fun place to be
rolando baluja: The cabins are pretty nice and spacious and they can house up to 24 people with bunk beds electricity and plumbing and are very spacious. There's a lot of mosquitoes there the staff are very friendly. I for the most part had a pretty good time at a corporate retreat there.
Michelle Winzenread: Absolutely beautiful place!! And the camp was amazing my granddaughter loved every minute of it and she can't wait for next time.
Christina Ryan: Came here for a Wedding Expo, it was absolutely beautiful, a real hidden gem!
shanda roderick: Beautiful place
Doug Goodman: Wonderful ropes course experience for building leadership teams. Also, a valuable resource for the children of Indianapolis who are vulnerable.
Eugene Ford: This is a hidden gem... You should check it out
Whit Ford: I love the landscape, a hidden beauty that needs to be uncovered for everyone to enjoy..The staff are awesome, Jeanie is friendly and knowledgeable....
Tyler Traeger: Had a blast here! The architecture is incredible!
LaShawn Reed: It is a Great place to rent out for a Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Wedding, etc. Gidget was very nice & easy to work with.
Shannon Fells: I rented the property for a team building day. There are so many activities you can do plus hiking and creek stomp. This is great place to have a nature day.
Lana M: Like it, spacious, big enough for larger crowds, equipped with a kitchen and plenty of outdoor space for out for activities
Erik Felix: Great place to hold any event

YMCA at the Athenaeum: what do users think?
ct ct: Beautiful building. Huge space. Stage was nice. Had a great evening.
Ann Satterthwaite: I like the abundant and well maintained equipment, the friendly staff, and the trainers I have worked with who were focused on my health and goals.
Jacob Lafever: My favorite little YMCA! Parking is around the corner so you have to walk, be sure to ask for a pass at the front desk. I recommend parking on the street your first time. Layout is a little weird, but if you're trying to get in a serious workout it beats Irsay by a mile (because its not ridiculously crowded). I like it!
Brian Burns: Great health
Javier Laso: The staff is super friendly and I love the layout of this location.
A Mercer: “Chuck” at the front desk is rude. I’ve heard hellos and good mornings spoken to him. He chooses to not speak back. That’s his choice. But, as a representative of the YMCA, I find it offensive. There is also no convenient parking. I have to pay $1.00 or more a day, that I work out here plus my membership.
John Howe: The best and friendliest staff at any gym!!!
Adam V. Miller: Too casual of a culture.Difficult to get in and out and do what you want because so many are texting and relaxing
Candice Crawford: Really inconvenient access for those who aren’t perfectly able bodied. Called to ask the staff about parking, as the lot adjacent to the building says it it a tow zone if you don’t have a ticket. Staff wasn’t able to give clear instructions for where parking was or where a handicap entrance is. The building is also surrounded by one way streets, so if you don’t know exactly where you are going, it’s a nightmare. The Irsay, Ransburg or Avondale locations are all infinitely easier to navigate. The Irsay is best equipped for those who have mobility challenges.
L. E. Coleman: A great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and enough workout equipment to keep you in shape.
verna wysinger: Positive:Communication
Turki Almehmadi: Critical:Communication,ProfessionalismI was planning get membership and they gave me a tour and it was a nice atmosphere in the gym I like it than one of the employees while we were talking she said I don't like your name I don't know why she said that anyway, It was a bad experience.
S: Words cannot describe how much I love this gym. Staff and place make this place so unique.
Hannah Woodruff: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Brendan Jones: Nice location and friendly staff!
Max Piece: This is the most unique YMCA I’ve ever been to. It’s not huge, but the building is amazing. It was designed by a close relative of Kurt Vonnegut actually, and was designed after a German style of community center that offered a space for physical health (the gym), food, and entertainment. It’s still currently all of that under one very old roof. The woodwork inside is beautiful. I took a yoga class upstairs that I really enjoyed.
Linda Query: So much more than a workout spot. Check out free Spanish language classes. There are also benefits to volunteering. Childcare available.
Tyler Childress: Clean open area with updated equipment. Overall a great place to workout at.
James Hamilton: This place is no good. No Parking
Lyndsey Mason: Great people, convenient location, clean and recently updated equipment. Highly recommend.
Nefra Islam: The staff is amazing and the classes are great.

Harper J. Ransburg Branch YMCA: what do users think?
Jacarie Bond: Great staff and amenities
katoni waller: New members ask for Miss Judy, she is a professional at the desk.
Seus King: The YMCA has never steered me wrong , the environment is excellent, the customer service is awesome aswell
Timothy Clark: Wonderful place with a very helpful staff. The facility has hot showers and plenty exercise equipment. Indoor/Outdoor Pool and kid friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Smardee Pantz: It's the amenities that go alongside the workouts. Sauna, hot tub... Not all centers offer that. It will always be a plus to be able to both detox and relax these tired muscles.
Cathi Hampton: I'm so glad that I decided to join! It's a win-win for me, stay in shape and meet wonderful people!
steve deplanty: It seems like no one knows what's going on? Very disorganized.
J: The majority of the educators are lazy. THEY DO NOT TEACH THE CHILDREN. If you're OK with just dropping your child off, not having them learn basic words, shapes and ways to communicate, this is the place for you.Sadly this is not a learning center for any child to grow or thrive in. I'd bet the retention rate is best amongst parents who don't care about their child's growth.I witnessed an educator deny kids the opportunity to color, because she didn't want to clean up after them. The same one didn't want to talk to the kids about shapes. Another educator didn't want to get up from her seat to give a child extra vegetables upon request. Because she was preoccupied.I've been only a couple of times to help a friend with drop off. I'd never send my children to a facility where the staff is so lazy and inconsiderate of the child's feelings.
DeNai Desiree Hill: Their e-gym is the bomb it adjust to fit me
max dunahee: Twana was amazing! She has superb customer service skills and couldn’t be more helpful!
lawanda golder: Love this facility. The staff are great, very helpful. So much to do at this gym!
Alisa Hannah-Hoskin: Love this YMCA you're welcomed Immediately the moment you step in the door! I recommend it to all adults & children
Brent Reutebuch: Nice little gym. Very clean.
Chinea Dennison: Nice building. Great people
Breana Baker: Been waiting for months for the hot tub to be fixed in the women's locker room. LITERALLY since spring, no one ever knows when it will be up and running. This is apart of the many amenities that is at the top of some people list. Yet you have to go completely out of your way to another location to take advantage of this. Side bar: the mens hot tub is working perfectly -_-
Joe Elliott: I was asked to write a review on the Ransburg YMCA, I believe that more people should visit their community YMCA. I became a member recently after ignoring the opportunity to visit years ago never knowing what I was missing out on. The YMCA is as much everything today as it was when I was a 10 year old child attending for my first time, I'm pleased to say at 63 years of age now there's lots to do.
Thomas Murdock: The YMCA is a great place to enjoy you workout, and share a common goal with people of all walks of life. If you are not sure of what programs fit your life style they have professional instructor to give you ideals and conform you workout into what is best for you, Always clean , locker space great, wonderful support staff. From the time you walk in until the time you leave you are greeted with a smile and a personal way the makes you feel like a member of a family. Been a Y member for over 25 years, the Y helps me keep my mind and body is good shape, and I am 73 years old , and feel great. Come join the family and improve the quality of your life: Hope to see you soon, Have a great day.
Jerry Walton: Great facility. Need to work on there indoor pool game though cuz that pool is not consistent on availability
James Pike: Everyone there is amazingly friendly and welcoming. Never too crowded
Justin W.: Gym is clean. Equipment is well maintained. I wish the gym could be bigger but it is well organized for the space they have. Entire facility is very welcoming and the staff are all the nicest people.
Talonda Gamble: Good community facility and gym and pool! Makes you feel right at home!
