justin ratliff: Did a propane exchange for my spare tank. A month later I finally hooked up the exchanged tank. It was leaking from the valve.They would not exchange it. The tank was hooked up for 2 minutes. They stated there vendor would not take it back because it was not returned same day. Who goes home and checks their spare tank the day the get it? And why would they not exchange it if it still weighed what a full one does?I live in the neighborhood behind you. I try my best to get gas and propane exchanges only from this location whenever possible.You have lost me for your lack of customer service.

There is what appears to be toilet bowl cleaner (which is sitting on top of the toilet) all over the floor. There was no soap. There was also sticky stuff on the sink and toilet as well.When I told the gas station attendant, he mumbled something about not knowing what it looks like in there. He didn’t seem to care at all! I hope the “new management” fixes that soon.

It was an older fat guy I haven't seen him before had on a green shirt. He was rushing me then tried to charge me 8 bucks for a small bowl when clearly the other small ones said 3.99. Although I tell the employee I see regularly that I work across the street, and that I do business there just about every other day, he never remembers me, but thats okay. Whats not okay is that I went in there to buy a couple of Mr. Fog Max Pros (which they have a good deal on), and the employee behind the counter tried to push a Delta 8 THC Cartridge on me for $25, and when I refused twice, stating that I have limited funds and couldn't afford it and was not interested, he decided he could not take no for an answer. So he insisted that since I couldn't/wouldn't buy the cartridge for 25 dollars, I should buy the ten pack of delta 8 cigarettes for ten dollars. Whats more, I never agreed to purchase the delta 8 products, quite the opposite, but he still rang the Delta 8 cigarettes in on top of my 2 mr fog max pros, as if he could make the decision to buy them for me, despite my protest. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE HARD SALE TACTICS, I am a regular customer, and I spend AT LEAST 120 dollars a month on nicotine vapes with them, I do not need somebody relentlessly pressuring me to buy delta 8 (which is an intoxicating drug, mind you) from them when I never asked to buy the product, never inquired about the product, and denied multiple hard-sale advances from the clerk. I just feel disrespected honestly. If I didn't have this experience, as well as another experience similar but less intense prior, I might give this place a 4 or even 5 star review, because it WAS (formerly) my go-to supplier of nicotine vapes. After this last experience, I wont go back. I would rather pay an extra five dollars down the street for my vapes, so long as I don't have to deal with someone insisting I buy their drugs (Delta 8 THC) and ringing me up for them despite my lack of interest or inquiry about such a thing.
