Zmj13: Don't trust this place. They are the worst. They will over charge you and sell you chemicals you don't need. I used them for my weekly service only to find out they just kept adding chemicals basically just to get their money, instead of putting in the right chemicals to level out my water and do what was needed they just kept adding and adding each week instead of trying to make it right. Also charged me for the same thing twice. I had another company test my water along with testing it myself. My stabilizer was extremely low and the water wasn't holding chlorine. Instead of getting my stabilizer up they just keep adding chlorine even though it wouldn't hold. I took water to Under water unlimited, they tested it two days after Diversified coming and ofcourse it tested ZERO chlorine, stabilzer extrememly low. Had me add stabilizer and Chlorine and its been perfect since! Haven't had to add anything now that my stabilizer is normal. A few weeks after that I seen the pool guy at my house carrying up several gallons of chlorine to put into my pool again. Asked if he tested it and if it needed chlorine ( I knew it didn't just tested it again). He said it tested good but he was going to add some more because its hot outside. I told him no adding anymore chemicals that I would handle it from here. I havent had to add anything, my water has been testing perfect since i started keeping an eye on it and doing it myself. These people had the nerve to tell me having another company test my water wasnt a good idea because they just try to sell you stuff you don't need which is exactly what they were doing to me. I have had Underwater Unlimited testing for me for 3 weeks and they have never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Bought stabilizer one time and it fixed the problem and they have told me I need nothing else. Underwater Unlimited have been honest and helpful. they test your water for free and show you a print out of the results. DONT TRUST DIVERSIFIED! GO TO UNDERWATER UNLIMITED (GREENWOOD).

julie gerard: Diversified pool installed an automatic pool cover on our in-ground pool years ago. Since then, a small hinged part had come loose on one side, so I called to make an appointment for them to come out to fix it because we were unable to open the cover. Their office called me back to set the appointment for Friday afternoon, and I had asked them to let me know exactly what time on Friday, because I would be at work. They said they would call me first thing Friday morning to let me know.Friday morning, instead of calling, they just showed up right when I was getting ready to leave for work.When they arrived, they said I needed more water in the pool before they could service the cover. But instead of just leaving, they started removing the cover quickly though, so I went back inside to finish getting ready. I was shocked when he called me a few minutes later to say they were done for now and were charging me $155, but I felt better when he told me it would also be for the return trip. I wish I'd had my call recorder on...They were there maybe 10-15 minutes.So, after returning home from work, I had a water truck come and fill the pool, then opened, vacuumed and shocked the pool and Diversified back, because I wanted to be able to close the cover. Then they said they wouldn't be out until the following Monday to repair and service the cover, so here I'd just went to all the bother to clean the pool only to have to leave it uncovered for the weekend. Side note; They had also left without putting the large 25' metal cover back where it went, so I had to jump over it and over the underground trench (where it was supposed to be) numerous times while opening the pool.When they came out that Monday, they were out there approximately 20 minutes when they called and said they were finished, and that it would be another $135!When I reminded him that he'd told me the initial $155 was for that trip too, he denied it, so after going back and forth with him and getting nowhere, I paid them anyway, but I will NEVER use them again for any pool service. We paid them a total of $290 for about 35 minutes over two trips and I'm pretty sure they didn't even have to provide any parts, or if they did, they didn't say. I've heard there's another pool cover company on Shadeland, so thank God there are other companies out there, because I'm done with this one.

Jeffrey Chapman: I am very happy with the pool installation and my experience with the team at Perma Pools. From the beginning, Daniel was very responsive and thorough to get the initial proposal and a rendering of the pool. He even helped me determine the appropriate size. I built a new home in downtown Indy and they coordinated with my builder directly to get it done without the need for me be the middle man. Seeing the precision dig by Steve in my small yard was impressive. The plumbing and install work for the equipment done by Matt, Dakota, Aaron Sr., Aaron Jr. was quick and efficient.Mark, Ross and Neal did the final touches for the pool project and it looks better than I expected.Once the pool was completed, I was a little worried about how to maintain it but the “Pool School” lesson from Ashtian & Evan was everything I needed. Rick Uski: We just had an awesome experience with Perma Pools & we're so excited to swim in our new backyard oasis next year with friends & fam thanks to the beautiful, new, fiberglass pool, & total yard transformation.We feel very fortunate to have found them through a friend's referral after she also had a wonderful experience.The first two days were nearly a magical transformation. We went from a pretty destroyed looking space (we had removed paver decks & a fountain) to having a massive, precision hole in the ground on day one (also, depth of yard was reset to precise spot for water runoff & retaining wall build) & in day two putting the pool shell in... it was incredible to watch, & mindboggling to see the skill & precision, especially with the excavators.Doug is spectacular running the excavator. He'd have a gold in the olympics if it was a sport. He has more control over that thing's arm than I do to my actual arms!! He was quick, precise, and incredibly confidence inspiring. He really should teach a masterclass on excavation precision... it was so cool! We got a very big pool for our limited yard size, leaving him very little space to operate around the pool & between our fences... the challenge was a breeze despite the close quarters.He & his team of George, Greg & Rob would precisely measure, move things while excavation was happening and we're obviously very comfortable with Doug's expertise as they were relaxed, and efficient when he was working sometimes in close proximity to them (I'd have been ducking and running lol).We were told there's a process and timeline that things happen on & that coordination of the next phases would go effectively, but not as "Wow!", as days 1 & 2. Because we had our expectations set (thank you!) we had patience (not our strength lol) and things moved along crisply with communication & coordination with Neal & our landscaping team lead, Jeff (from Spectrum Landscaping, also 5 stars... see other review).Neal took over as head of construction & primary communicator from Perma & is an absolute joy to work with. He was very responsive, personable, organized, & cared. I've got 100% trust in his say-do ratio which is huge for my wife & I. I couldn't have asked for better communication.Ross, Conner & Mark also showed a great deal of care during the final touches of the project after the concrete was poured. I occasionally asked questions that were answered without any sense of me intruding (which I definitely was because I wanted to learn lol). They showed they cared with their positive demeanor & detail orientation, & it is so appreciated.The last part order of business was installing the cover, which looks beautiful & is very strong, making our backyard safe for kids & animals. Aaron had great patience in answering my host of questions, giving me some pointers for maximizing longevity, and how to react to this noise or that noise during operation. He was very informative & friendly.Lastly, I loved having a customer satisfaction conversation with Dan Majestic. It's super awesome that he cares that everything is great, and it shows in the teams being great at executing & caring.I'm blown away impressed. Erin O'Leary: We hired Perma Pools to install a fiberglass pool for us. Overall, the experience was a nightmare and would advise everyone to avoid using this company for anything. We had nothing but issues and lack of communication from the beginning. Our installation was delayed 8 months due to supply chain issues but no one was clearly communicating these delays to us. The day of our concrete deck pour the Perma Pool team was onsite quickly trying to adjust unlevel deck jets and plumbing. After the concrete was poured we then find out the deck jet plumbing was broken and incorrect deck jets were installed. A few months into the install we noticed we were losing A LOT of water, up to a 1/2" daily, and had a leak in the brand new fiberglass shell requiring us to fill the pool every 3 days until the company finally hired a leak detector 3 months later to have it patched. These are only the main issues but there were more. The new owner is running the company into the ground and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or quality. Ron and Ed gave a thorough presentation regarding all the products and options available as well as making sure everything was the way we wanted before install. Doug, Greg, George did an awesome job digging and installing the fiberglass pool as well as the plumbing. They were nice and answered my numerous questions. Doug did an amazing job running the excavator with such precision. Aaron Sr and Aaron Jr did a great job installing the cover. Mark, Ross and Neal were very helpful and thorough with doing all the final touches as well as teaching us about our equipment and pool maintenance. Wayne is a master at rough grading as well as hand-digging to bury our downspouts where we wanted them. He even offered suggestions on improvements in our backyard to make it less soggy and more useful. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient he is. Everyone was honest and upfront with the process, how things were going to go, and guiding us to make great decisions for our family.Let's face it, the end result is what matters ... and we could not be any more happy with how our pool and surrounding deck came out. Elaine Sanchez: My in ground pool was elevated higher than necessary leaving me with hills on all sides.Any concerns and I was shut down. Good care after with open and close until they stopped late fall at closing time due to my 32 yr old google review and that I wouldn’t remove it without them taking accountability for difficult install.They pushed a concrete person who they said they would back up and after cracking and discoloration due to install in rain, they minimally supported. Have said that even though they won’t work with me for opening and closing due to my not removing this review,they will abide by warranty contract which they always have so far with the problems I’ve incurred, cover wasn’t protected well but I didn’t read the fine print so that’s in me.. I would rate after service much better than install if I could. By 1 PM there was a technician, Steve, at my house analyzing the situation.It turns out I need a new heater which ended up being installed on the following day by Steve. Steve was professional, courteous and friendly. As I talked to Steve about my pool, he ended up fixing my piping so that I will not have to re-prime the pump when I clean my salt cell. I also changed the sand in my filter.I was thrilled to have all of this work done in one visit. My heater was fixed way before I expected. Kevin Deane: Very satisfied with the end result. Dan and his team have installed a great in-ground pool for us. Kudo's to Justin, Dustin, Sanchez, Aaron Sr and Aaron Jr, Dakota, Matt, Mark, Ross, and especially Neal. Neal responded to our questions even during "non" work hours and has provided us "step-by-step" instructions for the operating system. The team that completed the back-fill didn't hesitate to honor a request to assist us with removing our concrete border, which is something we would have had to pay others to do. Ed was outstanding to work with as the install leader and his magic was remarkable....we still comment on how he was able to bring everything together. The final grade completed by Wayne has developed ruts in the ground which we will have to pay to get repaired to meet our expectations and bring the yard back to match the existing grade. The ability to take water samples to the office for a free "testing" has become an invaluable asset. Alisha has provided us much guidance as we learn the system and chemicals. Scheduling the closing of the pool with Pamela was seamless and look forward to her helping with opening the pool next year. Alonso Arambula: We had a good experience overall with Perma Pools! Unfortunately, due to supply and delivery issues with our fiberglass shell, it took longer than anticipated for install to start. Communication could have been better on this issue, but was worth that wait and we are very pleased with how it all turned out. Everyone from Perma, and their subs, was great. Doug was awesome during the first couple days of install during excavation and Neal was a great during pool school and showed us everything we needed to do for routine cleaning and maintenance.
