Hannah Land: I had purchased a washer and dryer from this company, first they bring the wrong ones. Then the men that delivered it complained and refused to take out our old dryer. They also lied and said they couldn’t install it due to bad parts on our end. Turns out all of our stuff is fine.We hired someone to install it and turns out they never brought us all of the pieces to connect to dryer. It seems as if the box that came was a returned product missing multiple pieces. Most items shown on the diagram on the box were not included. Would not recommend spending this much money to not get the products you paid for or the instillation. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated. Here I go to the laundry mat yet again….to spend more money

The order was ready for pick up within an hour and pick up was quick and easy.Ohhhhhh and my purchase? 2 Harman Kardon Onyx 6 speakers for my daughter's wedding reception. I purchased a couple of early versions years ago and honestly, they still sound amazing but for the battery and ability to connect multiple units, it was time for an upgrade.

Kenny Armour: Had a few minutes to kill near the Castleton Best Buy so I thought I'd check the price of the Echo Dot. I have an eero wifi system and you can use a 5th generation echo dot as a wifi extender. The salesperson came over to assist me and promptly told me that this was not possible. He was condescending and was sure he new more about this then me. I started to show him the info online but he quickly discounted that. I didn't want to argue with someone who thought he had all the answers and was not open to learning anything new. It's sad that he wasn't open to learning anything new. I just got the wrong salesperson who wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

He answered ALL of my questions as I explained my situation with my child's new gaming computer in the basement with the modem upstairs, he explained my options, and I am very happy with the solution I found and the product I purchased. We were also helped to find a precharged mobile battery to use on the go. Great service at this BestBuy!
rj lee: Went in to purchase a new fridge for our basement. Went in at opening and waited in appliances for 20 minutes. Finally went to the front and the guy said he would call someone. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to the front where three managers it looked like were discussing something. We asked for an appliance person so we could buy the fridge, and after telling them what happened they all looked at each other and said there’s no one in appliances in? So we said forget it and left and they just said sorry and kept talking. We went to Home Depot instead and they have a better warranty and staff always eager to help. We only go there for large home appliances so it’s unfortunate we won’t be back again.

This past Sunday June 5 my husband took my daughter’s iPhone into the store to have it activated, and a woman who initially helped told him that the phone probably had a software problem because he hadn’t purchased the iPhone from T-Mobile. I knew this was wrong. The T-Mobile store on 38th St. fixed the problem and apologized.

One, understandably was on the phone. I was not greeted, nor was I given the simple nicety of "we will be right with you." Instead, I stood there until the only female employee there (I didn't get her name), playing with a Rubik's Cube, dismissively said, "we will be right with you," rolled her eyes, and looked away. Her rude demeanor and leisurely attitude made me feel as though my time was not of her concern, so I left. I just moved to the area and I am appalled that THIS is the accepted behavior towards customer service at my new local T-Mobile store.
Sabrina Boyett: A few months ago my phone turned off and did not turn back on. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Apple didn’t have any immediate availability and the 3 other T-Mobile locations I went to were zero help. I decided to try this location on a Saturday morning. The guys were EXTREMELY helpful. They were able to get my phone turned on by using my laptop. They were super patient and really nice. I wish I would have gone to this store before going to the others! The help was much appreciated.

Patrick O'Neill: I got Verizon’s 5G Home Wifi, but the hardware wasn't marked as delivered, and when I registered the account and setup the hardware it put the account in a broken state that their backend software didn't account for (setup before confirmed delivery). After talking with 3 cx reps for an hour, we ended up canceling service, as nobody could resolve the account issue.The customer support rep sent me to this Verizon corporate store to get a shipping label (they said the label could only be physically mailed or picked up in store). After waiting for ~20min, I was told that the store cannot return, ship, or even print out a label to ship my router. I am forced to wait for a label in the mail and give me new address that I am about to move to.

House Hostt: Staff is racist. I went to the store to check some video games. As I was looking around, couldn’t decide what console to get. Them a girl named STORMY from the staff team just approached me with 2 other guys (on a bad way) saying I was bothering people and they have proof but they didn’t have to show me the cameras o even say who those people were so I should just leave the building. I did nothing wrong and as I went to the cashier (yes I ended buying a game) I told the guy I have OCD which means It’s hard for me to decide when picking up a console. He said he didn’t care and I should just leave the building. So as a client I was kicked out of this place, it never happened to me before on any other BEST BUY. It wasn’t the nicest experience thanks to that from that day Best Buy doesn’t feel like a safe place to buy for me. I felt like being kicked out from a bar without any reason.
