Ryan: We pulled up to order and before we had even said anything, the person at the speaker greeted us with simply "it'll be about a 10 minute wait." 10 minute wait on what? Kim: I am a doordash pickup when I came through the drive-thru to pick this order once but three times first time I pulled up to the window did I had to order for doordash I had to pull around again to the speaker and tell them that I had to order for doordash while I was coming around the building I received a second order from doordash and when I got to the window I told them that I had two orders to pick up there for I had to drive around the building again and there was no one behind me in the Drive-Thru and I think this is ridiculous that is a waste of time then they told me that was to save time but then they made me wait more than 10 minutes for my orders cuz they were not ready when I arrived

The number of angry delivery drivers coming in unable to pick up orders was amazing. Why they allowed ordering for items they couldn't make surprised me. Jeremy McDowell: If you’re going to order from any Taco Bell on this side of Indianapolis, ESPECIALLY this one, do not order anything fried. The burnt oil ruined the cinnamon twists, nachos, and just about anything fried that they serve. This is not only disgusting, but can be very toxic for employees and consumers. Other than that, the food was okay. Service wasn’t the best. Forgotten straws, messing up ordered or mixing up orders with other customers definitely make this location one of the most unpleasant ones I have been to.

I think they must be learning from Chik-fil-A in that respect; They keep it moving.My orders are almost always accurate. Actually, I can't think of a time when it wasn't correct. They remember to leave things out when requested.The only thing they are having problems with is keeping the pricing ethical let alone sane. The amounts they are charging have gone up far more quickly than inflation or their own costs warrant. Unfortunately, that appears to be the fatal flaw that will soon end their business. A quick look into the company's reports shows way too much hunger for short term profit and zero concern for long term solvency. I really hate to see this place go out because of corporate ineptitude, and I really hope they fix that soon.I love this restaurant, but when I can get a greater amount of better quality authentic Mexican food literally less than two blocks away for a lower price, I have to follow the math. When I just happen to crave their particular flavor and am dining by myself, I still visit occasionally. Again; It's just no longer competitive for feeding a group.Dietary restrictions: They accurately accommodate requests to leave out or substitute problematic ingredients. This location is very good about that.

Amber Love: I love Taco Bell because there are so many ways to make the food vegetarian, and despite the steadily increasing prices, it remains a relatively inexpensive option. The only downside is actually having to communicate my order over the speaker, and I really hate customizing items in the drive-thru. I recently began using the app and it's a total game changer!! They have a ton of items already made vegetarian, so I don't have to customize everything. There are also deals online that aren't on the menu, and online-only items. I have found that, when I do have to customize, the employees see "bn" for beans and they often put black beans ("bl") instead of refried beans, so I try to mitigate that when I tell them my mobile order number. It still doesn't always work, but they have always been willing to remake my order with refried beans instead. If you love Taco Bell, I highly recommend ordering online--especially if you're a vegetarian!Vegetarian options: I love their nacho cheese Doritos locos taco with refried beans instead of beef, but there are so many vegetarian options online I didn't know about

Caleb Marks: The worst Taco Bell I've been in the world. I rather go to a Taco Bell that didn't have what I was ordering versus to stay in there for 20 minutes for two items if corporate sees this, please come in without notice in plain clothing to watch the horrible customer service that was given. I worked in the industry for 19 years. Fast food fine dining and I respect those that work in this industry. One of the hard if not the hardest jobs to have but this time it seemed like it was. Just so horrible and for 20 minutes I've never asked for my money back but I did because I was never going to get it still at their patiently watching people come in after me and get their food. Three people got their food before me and the UPS dude got hooked up for free. I'm standing there. One guy goes outside comes back inside. They're standing around talking about how they're not going to make the dining orders, but they're steady making the dining orders horrible trash. They can do better corporate come in without noticing or being noticed and just watch. I'm sure it's like that every single day that there is just horrible customer service. It just takes that one

M. Clements: If I could rate it a zero I would. Our crunch wraps that were supposed to have double meat barely had any fillings at all, the chili cheese burrito that was ordered with extra chili and extra cheese was so skinny it was all tortilla, the beefy 5 layer with extra meat was mostly tortilla and barely any meat, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes were barely half full. When I tried to submit a help request in the app, it always says it could not find the location which kept me from submitting it at all. What a waste of time and money. Should've gotten McDonald's. Next time I will.

I paid via CC on the app. Went to the drive thru at this location at 10:55pm an was told they were not taking orders. I explained I had ordered online, a was told to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window after the car in front of me received their order an then was asked if I could pull around to the front of the store. I did so an still waited an additional 10min! There is no one at this location at this time. I call the store via my cell an was told should be 4min.
