Jenni Lynn Weatherhead: Clean store. Disappointed in lack of sandal options. Liked the self check out for drink machine or coffee. Some very pretty home decor items. Not a good selection of pet items for anything other than cats and dogs.

J. M.: I called Target to inquire about a smartphone from Consumer Cellular on a Friday evening because my wife had bought the wrong phone earlier in the week and wasn't happy with her selection. The young woman Abby I spoke with at Target took the time to check inventory and confirmed that they had ONE model of the phone we wanted and said she would hold it for me. So I drove to Target on a cold March Friday evening and Abby was at the service counter waiting with the phone, I can't even remember when I have experienced that kind of friendly, attentive service at a Target or ANY other national brand store and I'm 63 years old. She did a return for the phone we had purchased earlier in the week and did the transaction for the new phone in less than 15 minutes and she was pleasant during the entire transaction. This young woman should be promoted and/or given a bonus for her exemplary service and attitude, she could be a manager and teach other young people!

I use this process each month to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for approximately 70 senior families in need. I am always waited on promptly, and I have never had an order misplaced or not received exactly what I order and the correct count of what I ordered. Everyone is always very polite and helpful.

Greg Shockey: I have a full leg amputee, with a prosthetic leg. The instructions that I have in my curbside order are for specific reasons. Mainly, for when I pull into my carport back at my complex, it makes it easier to get them out, if they are behind the driver seat on that side. He literally opened the door to the passenger side, popped the bags in the backseat, and shut the door. I’m not even sure he said thank you. But I did not get a chance to correct him and have him move the bags. This is not the normal interaction or service I get at the Nora store. They have some fantastic employees there that are always helpful and friendly. Maybe this was just a one off.

HONGXIA REN: Of all the companied we contacted, Target is THE most difficult to get through. They didn't disclose that the target baby registry free welcome kit was no longer available before I signed up and made the online purchase. Communicating with the representative over the phone was extremely frustrating, and one representative (Kyle) lied to just get me off the phone. We went to this local store several times, but was told it's out of stock. No information about when it will be restocked was provided. One staff provided a phone number, from which no one would ever answer (basically invalid#). Inside the store, the price information listed was inconsistent with the price showed at the checkout. Would NOT recommend this store or this business.

Mosfell S: This is a typical Target store. It’s cleaner and better organized than many other stores. The free order pickup service is very handy.

A gal with dark hair who was working the mobile carts by the registers the morning at 10:15a of 12/19 repeatedly took people from the back of the line I had been standing in for ten-fifteen minutes. They also had full carts. If you’re going to pull people to a new checkout, take the ones you have seen standing there waiting before all of the new people walked up. This was the worst shopping and check out experience. It took 20-30 minutes to wait for checkout. I will NEVER come back here for groceries again. What a horrible experience and waste of my time.
