David Rieck: There are no places like this. I have been to other tattoo places, and this one is like no other. In fact, I wouldn't call this a "tattoo parlor," it is more like an art studio. The atmosphere that they provide and the attention and care they give each person is unmatched. Brandon's work was awesome and I cannot wait for my next tattoo. Xavier Davis: While they’re incredibly friendly and very polite, I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed in what happened. I was to be tattooed by Katie, so I came in with a couple of ideas. We sat down, she drew up a couple rough sketches that were spot on with what I had imagined. We set a date for me to bring in the deposit and to begin the first session. I emailed her a few days later stating I would be bringing the deposit the following week due to personal issues. We set a new date to bring the deposit. All was good. The day before I was supposed to bring the deposit, I emailed Katie and told her that I would still be bringing the deposit. No response. I emailed her the day of...no response. I’m not sure if she received the emails...either way, there was no follow up.

Jaycie Carter: Easily the least professional piercing experience I've hadWent to get upper lobes pierced, and I asked for rings instead of studs--lady that pierced me agreed to it but the entire time telling me how nervous she was, saying "please don't be mad at me", how she hopes shes doesnt mess it up, and generally just not being someone I'd ever recommend getting pierced by. The piercings came out fine, but it was honestly a nerve wracking experience.

T H: I don’t like leaving anyone bad reviews. I believe Mandy the piercer here earned it. I have tried to wait and see if this piercing would get better. The first time I showed up she gave me attitude for no reason ,so I waited came back.This industrial piercing should have been pierced with a long bar. Instead she used the rings:I have spent so much time and money on buying saline spray and things to keep it clean.When I tried to get advice she basically kept trying to say she hit it.Which she barely wanted to touch it.I was asking her for advice because I’m not a piercer. She charged me 175 for this piercing which I paid because I thought it would be done right! For two years it took to heal and she has scaring now.I spoke with multiple piercers and they have stated that she over charged and that the piercing was done wrong.
Allison Wilkins: We were recommended here by a friend who owns another tattoo shop to get my daughters helix piercing. We met with Delancy Logan who was WONDERFUL! Her personality is unmatched. Delancy took time to educate us about the piercing itself along with aftercare. She took her time, and we didn't feel rushed at all. She was SO sweet. It felt like we were hanging out with a friend because she is so personable and magnetic. Delancy was very clean and made sure to keep the process as sterile as possible which I greatly appreciated. Caroline Genevieve: I was incredibly nervous to get my septum re-pierced after a botched job years ago (at a different shop). Mandy was my piercer, she has a calm and welcoming energy. She answered all of my silly questions about misinformation I learned on the internet. The piercing was a breeze and hurt less than the nostril piercing I also got. I was so impressed with Mandy and her skills, she made me feel very comfortable. And I was pleased I was able to get a septum hoop right away and never have to worry about changing it because it’s exactly what I want. Sarah Gorman: I had my belly button pierced here in late June. The shop and piercing procedure were both very clean and sterile. The staff were super kind and friendly- I had wanted to get my belly button pierced for years and they created a great experience for me. I recently lost the bottom of my belly button piercing but was able to keep the bar in so that I could come back to the shop to have them help me potentially change the jewelry. I came late in the evening just a few minutes after they closed and they still saw me, were able to replace the piece from my jewelry without changing the bar at all, and were so kind. Victoria Fayette: I been going here for years and never had a problem getting my daughters' ears peirce. I went to this location 2 days in a row and they didn't have someone available. I called the 3rd day before arriving. When I got there the lady said she would not peirce my daughters ear. I'm not sure what has changed over the years especially since we have been faithful to thus location. I wish she would have told me by phone instead of wasting my gas. Jerikah Barnett: So glad I found a quality tattoo shop since moving to the area. Cub has done an amazing job with my half sleeve so far and I can't wait to get it finished next week. His linework is very precise and his floral work is always beautiful. The shop is clean and Cub's studio is roomy and semi private which is nice. The only thing I do not like about the shop is the parking. It is very minimal and cramped because people constantly drive through the parking lot to reach an auto repair shop that is located behind HC. However, I will say that I have never had to park elsewhere and walk over which is nice.

Set up the first appointment, get my outside upper arm done, pay $350 total (with deposit), then plan another appointment. Unfortunately, my dog suddenly died the day of my 2nd session so I had to cancel. Reschedule, ask if were still good for the appointment the night before with no answer, show up to the shop for my appointment and nothing. Ive reached out to schedule the 2nd session with no reply. He does really good work but communication skills aint the greatest. I understand things happen but getting ahold of your clients and letting them know whats going on is kinda necessary.Service:Tattoos

raina: This place is a complete joke. the guy running the place is one of the rudest men i have ever dealt with. he kept interrupting me over the phone, and he talked to me like i was stupid. my friend and i bit the bullet anyway and went bc they were open late. i have 10 other tattoos all done by mostly different artists in way more painful places. me and my friend got thigh tattoos and even though she was dripping sweat i chose to still go ahead and do it. i passed out within three minutes. his needle looked over a million years old. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. he also deletes the really bad reviews so you cant tell how much of an awful place it is.Service:Tattoos

My friend and I went to get our septum's pierced, and the second we walked in, we had a gut feeling that we should leave, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately. Never thought I'd have blood dripping from my nose into my mouth from a piercing that neither of us could even get. He couldn't get the jewelry in either of our noses, and even pierced me a second time to try, and still didn't get it. Not on time too, we waited over an hour in an empty shop, at that.
Jessica Wickham: Great service, informative, and works quickly. Room was a bit cluttered which gave me hesitation in allowing my son to get his piercing done here, however all tools of the trade were clean and sterile and that put me at ease. My son has since gotten quite a few piercings done here. We definitely recommend. (for piercings at least, we've not had any tattoos done here.)

Dawn Wright: Stopped in after google searching tattoo parlors on the west side as I recently moved to this side of town. I asked the artist how much for a nose piercing and he responded with the price very rudely and then said "wanna make an appointment or what? if so a nostril ring works best for piercing" i had read differently upon doing some research beforehand but I asked what times are available and inquired to make sure and asked "are rings really the best for nostril?" He responded "I just said that you didn't hear me the first time?!" I pretty much walked out after that. Can't get pierced by someone who escalates after a simple question. So much for trying a new place. :(

Julie Ross: Came in to switch out my septum ring, and Heather was awesome. There was a misunderstanding about what rings were available and the pricing, so I switched mine twice. Heather was gracious, friendly, and gentle with the process. She even helped repair my old ring that had gotten bent out of shape. Dio: They are by appointment only so be sure to call ahead! I was able to schedule an appointment a week out from my initial call. Parking sucked but they are located on Broadripple Ave and I went at 1pm on a Saturday, so later on in the day or on a weekday would definitely be easier to park. The building itself is very clean and the people I interacted with were very cool. I started my appointment about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. My peircer was very sweet, walked me through everything very carefully and was super aware of personal comfort, especially since I was receiving a gential peircing. Once we got started the peircing itself was very fast and easy and the jewelry itself is very nice! I will be returning for more peircings in the future.Service:Piercings

I understand the pandemic changed alot of businesses, but for those of us who have given them patronage for years I feel as if they threw away a large group of loyal customers to portray themselves as an elite tattoo parlor. I'm a very busy person as a nurse I am always working but was turned away after the young lady came to the door unlocked it to ask if I had an appointment after a quick no she says we are appointment only. I proceeded to say I would like to buy some jewelry she then said again we are appointment only with no direction as to what or where to go to make the appointment she shut the door locked it and turned to walk away! I got my first of many piercings here 20+ years ago but unfortunately don't think I will be going back to them anymore. I guess I'll purchase online you may get things in bulk but usps isn't rude!

There is a major ink blowout on one of the wings of my moth tattoo that looks awful and is irreversible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any prior tattoo experience to compare it to. I have never had any lines blown before and the overall quality of work just isn’t what I was hoping for. Instead of adding small details like I had wanted Lavon used bold lines where it should have been shaded and seemed annoyed when I asked for shading even though that was in my reference picture.
