A: Great first experience. I was nervous at first, because I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr.Hector was great! My bicep tattoo took 5 minutes. He talked to me the whole time so I wasn’t really focused on the removal. The air they blow on it really helps and they were very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this place over places up north. 150$ for most tattoos and they’re great at letting you know ahead of time what to expect. I will definitely be back! :)

Mr. Wiley: Feb 13rh was first date - I went to Greenwood Laser and Light to get laser hair removal on my underarms, legs, and bikini line.I was unable to locate the office because the building is large and there is no sign on the outside showing the business.I was a few minutes late, but the receptionist was very friendly and I had no wait time.Dr. Hector was very professional.The laser treatment hurt far worse than I had anticipated in some areas (lower ankles are the WORST) but cool air helped to alleviate the discomfort (not in the moment).The results took a couple of weeks to show which made me nervous I was one of the exceptions who this treatment would work on. (Certain skin tones do not respond as well)I was very relieved after 2 weeks the “shedding” process was finally complete and I had fantastic results.It has been almost 4 weeks since my visit with Greenwood Laser and Light; I am very satisfied with my laser hair removal.I plan to book my next appointment in the next few weeks.UPDATE 4/25/18 - need another appointment.

I have had mine re-done about 4 times in the last 20 years by different providers, all of whom were very good, but Kathy was the best. She did my eyebrows last week and she was fast and unerring. alliovermo: I booked my microblading session with Celeste and had my appointment today and AM IN LOVE. I have nice eyebrows but didn't love the shape and certain parts couldn't grow postpartum. Celeste listened to my request to build on my natural shape and ensure the arches softened my features. She asked for my opinion throughout the entire process. She also teaches microblading and had two of her students observe my procedure. I loved hearing the play-by-play and how precise she is. When we mapped out my eyebrows, she asked the students "they look great, but are they PERFECT??". I knew I was in great hands! Can't wait to go to my touch-up appointment and to see the final result!

Mia Rojas: I had a 9:00am appointment with Heba. She texted me an hour before my appointment telling me she’s at a new location which was 30mins away from me when I was expecting only a 10min drive. I couldn’t find her new location because I was expecting it to be a business. When I texted her she said it’s at her apartment and she was running late because she was at Panera. She told me she would give me the apartment number when she got back. I waited in my car for about 40mins. I finally texted her to see if she was almost back. She called me and told me that she got me mixed up with another client and was working on her at the moment. She told me I could reschedule if I wanted to. I didn’t.Service:Microblading

I emailed and sent text messages to the owners personal and business email and phone numbers over 2 weeks ago more than once, and I still haven't heard anything from anyone 😕. The website states you typically hear back in 1 business day but again I've heard nothing. This is quite discouraging to someone who was very interested in learning these techniques. Even worse, I was referred by a current client. Definitely room for improvement on the communication end.

Jalisha Buchanan: Owner was very unprofessional with her students and their “models” they had to find to complete their microblading classes. I was personally a model that was helping a friend complete her certificates and we made it there 10 min early. Instructor/owner was 20 min late. Once she got there she didn’t introduce herself but pointed at me and said whose model are you with a passive aggressive tone. She only had 2 students left to complete their classes by completing microblading on one more person. Since the other student couldn’t find a model she was just going to do my friends once she was done with my eyebrows. Instructor/owner made us all reschedule because she didn’t have time for all of that. Instructor/owner didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. When looking at her schedule she picked the next day and even after telling her I have to work a 12 hour shift on nights tomorrow she responded by saying “well we can move the appointment back an hour so you can get an extra hour of sleep, I mean it is free!” We ended up rescheduling for the following week! We were there early once again and the instructor/owner was 30min late. She doesn’t take into consideration other peoples time that’s being wasted.Service:Microblading

Mel H: As a former student I had a less then pleasant experience. EVERY DAY Celeste was late to class. It was extremely unprofessional, and unfair to myself as well as my classmates, who paid thousands to take her class. When it was time to do models, my second model had canceled; she told myself and another student since our model canceled we have to wait 3 weeks because she’s busy, and is booked out. I asked could she just get us out the way, and I know she’s trying to make money but, she had a prior obligation to her students. I was met with a text that stated she’s already fulfilled her obligation to us, and she was being nice, because our models canceled and she could charge for that, but she’s busy and she’ll get to us when she can. I felt like she treated us poorly because she already had our money.Model day comes and she 20 minutes late, she stated she didn’t feel like being there at the shop for 8 hours, and that we could come tomorrow. I missed my CNA start date to be there, and she turned us away. It was already planned for myself and the other student to be able to do each others eyebrows, but I happened to find a model. So it was my belief she set aside time for us. She said she had errands to run, and had clients and won’t have time for us. My model told celeste that her attitude was unprofessional and that she missed work to be there, and we had wasted gas.Myself and the other student sat outside for about 10 minutes trying to figure out another date to come in. To my surprise celeste shut down her shop, locked the door, and left. I felt as though our time wasn’t taken into consideration and we were blown off. We rescheduled (now 1 month after the end of class). Celeste told us she could provide models, then day of the procedure she stated she had no one for us, and that she will be late (AGAIN!) (Celeste said "oh it’ll be easy to find a model who doesn’t want free brows!"). Luckily I still could rely on my previous model who was available, and the other student did my brows.She told us in 8 week touch ups are due for models and you’ll have a salon by then. 8 weeks have passed and no salon. I can't do touch ups on my first model, you can't use her shop if she won't reply. 🤷‍♀️she didn’t live up to expectations, and I found out later there was a accredit school for permanent cosmetics, and that celeste isn’t accredited. Currently all the girls in my class have not found jobs (the only girls that work as a microblading artist are girls that already work in a salon) I will be taking another course elsewhere, I honestly regret my decision to do business here, pick elsewhere. I talked with other girls who have had similar experiences.She knows all people won’t find placement, the certification really isn’t needed to do microblading, is what she told me. So the certificate is literally worthless, and in my opinion everything i had to deal with wasn’t worth it.These classes are a cash grab I feel for her. 25-30k from our class, to be met with extreme unprofessionalism, and unresponsiveness. She also stated Yelp review ls were jokes because you can pay to have negative reviews removed.I was also verbally abused before we were able to get to the bottom of a misunderstanding, which left me not wanting any contact at all. Bad business— honestly, I'd like a refund.
