Alex Craig: Update April 2023:Today Dr. Reese completed the last of my restorative work and I couldn't be happier! I got 2 challenging resin fillings done today, completed in under an hour. It was completely pain-free (including financially), and Dr. Reese is gentle with the grinder and accurate with the anesthetic. It feels great to have a mouth full of solid teeth!8 hours later, the anesthetic has worn off and I have zero pain, zero discomfort, zero bleeding and my bite feels completely natural.They have the world's most comfortable couch and chairs in their waiting room, plus TV, WiFi, coffee, juice, water, a play room... If your spouse or SO is waiting while they're fixing you up, they will do so in luxury.Everyone should come here if you're finally ready to tackle major work, or if you want a second opinion. Thank you to everyone on this exemplary team.Original review:I had horrible mouth health for years due to a dentist phobia. When I broke a tooth, I went to Dr. Reese for a quote, then a chain dentist for a second opinion. Dr. Reese came in thousands of dollars cheaper and was able to get everything done in 1 procedure, whereas their competitor needed 5 visits at two locations. Dr. Reese was able to save all the rest of my teeth, but the chain dentist wanted to take 6. The interval between consultation and procedure was very fastI had an implant stud installed and major cleaning, filling and reinforcement, and the entire process was painless and not stressful at all. The following day, there was almost no pain and almost no bleeding. From the second day on my mouth felt great.The outcome of Dr. Reese's treatment could not be better. The implant is such a good match that today the hygienist did not even realize it wasn't mine at first. They use and recommend a new product, ioRinse molecular iodine mouthwash, as part of their gingivitis regimen, and believe me, this stuff is amazing. Wipes out coronavirus as well.Following Dr. Reese's treatment plan, I have gone from hiding my teeth and dreading the dentist's office to smiling freely with my cleaner, healthier teeth. My chronic sinus infections have ceased as well.At every visit, they clearly explain what they are seeing and evaluate my progress. The staff here are highly competent, gentle and calming. The atmosphere of the office is welcoming and positive. You will feel well taken care of. They really care about patients' dental health and comfort. Initially, I had seen 4 other dentists all of which had excellent reviews, and yet, none of which were willing to be more flexible with my neurotic tendencies. My teeth and gums, and more than likely my overall health in general had gravely suffered due to severe Periodontal Disease.Upon meeting Dr. Reese and his wonderful staff I knew I had finally found the right Dentist Family for me. The surgery was a breeze…I did not take one pain pill after surgery, although my gums were full of infection when I went in for surgery.Dr. Reese has done the impossible; He has afforded me, not only a beautiful, confident smile once again, but even more importantly my gum health…and he did it my way. Sharon has been cleaning my teeth every six months for nearly twenty years, and I have learned so much from her. Dr Schmidt took care of me for so many years and now I am delighted with the excellent care I get from Dr Cleveland. Unless someone else is paying for it, skip the dental insurance and buy the Monon plan, which includes your twice-yearly cleaning, X Ray and fluoride. Your future self will thank you--when you are able to enjoy an ear of corn with your own teeth.

Elizabeth Fatout: My tooth fractured and I had to have a crown put on. Dr. Allmand and assistant Jackie made a replacement tooth using computerized digital imaging and a Cerec machine. I arrived at 3 pm and after some initial tooth prep (which was not painful), I sat & read my Kindle for about 20 minutes while the tooth was being made. The new tooth was quite nearly perfect and required very little adjusting. I left the office a little before 5pm. A perfect tooth in less than 2 painless hours. Amazing.

I work at a dental office and have had several patients come in that got braces put on by her and she messed up their alignment. Do not let ANYONE except a LICENSED DENTIST put braces on you. We’ve reported this institution before and we will continue to report it.

I do understand things happen but definitely could’ve given me a heads up before I drove hours . I asked for my deposit back Friday and it’s now Monday , still have received nothing. There was a few reviews saying they have issues showing up to work , didn’t think it would happen to me but you can never be too careful ! Again I understand medical emergencies happen but it was not a last minute thing , I could’ve been told my appointment needed rescheduled but I was not and after 3 days I still haven’t received my money back .

I was coming in for a simple cleaning and did not want an hour chat asking me about my brushing history In my teens. I agree with the other comments stating the up charging and pt planning is over the top. What do you know...so much talking and planning they didn’t have time to do anything today? So I have to come back for another appointment? I will gladly go somewhere else. At the very least, they should have been more transparent about the initial visit because I was there for a cleaning not a consultation. Luckily, my old dentist has an opening tomorrow. I am more than happy paying the out of network fee.
Antonio Warren: 2nd Visit. (Many more to go) The staff were kind. Answered all questions that I had and worked together as a team to get me the results that I desired. I would definitely recommend this location (but don't let the staff in the front fool you.) When you arrive they may seem kinda stiff, but once you get to know everyone they're just as great as the dentists.

Carllie was part of the team that worked with me through several issues and on several occasions. She was great. David Marshall: My three children and I have been going here for several years. About a year or so ago, Dr. Nick arrived, and I must say he's the most amazing dentist I've ever had. I have great breadth to comment about this, as I moved almost every year of my childhood, due a career military father's transient life, and my life has been substantially transient too.Due to moving so frequently. I'd developed a deep degree of dentist phobia. Since securing Dr. Nick as my primary dental care provider, that phobia has diminished to nothing. He's conducted several dental procedures on my teeth. Same day emergency crown, refilling old fillings, and he's always been available. He unerringly puts me at ease, thoroughly explains everything inherent with the situation; conducts the procedure with great care, empathy, and gentleness; and I really feel he enjoys his job, and truly cares about the patient.His staff is very efficient and capable. I'll usually schedule six month visits for my children and I at the same time, and we have never had an excessive waiting time. Dr. Nick and his staff are the real deal, and I am tremendously satisfied to have them as our go to dental outfit.

So when every time I come in, we review the expected costs and optional treatments BEFORE anything is performed, it's astounding and breathtaking when compared to other healthcare businesses! I am more likely to say yes to optional treatments when I know the total cost ahead of time.I also give 5 stars because I enjoy seeing my hygienist Allie. She does a phenomenal job, is thorough, makes great recommendations, and adjusts if anything is painful. I am sad I'll be moving in a few months because I cannot take her with me!

It has a very nice atmosphere and the whitening was accomplished very quickly and painlessly (I was worried bc of teeth sensitivity). I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested. Better results than white strips!
