Dee Walden: Let me first start off by mentioning, the aesthetics of the space is everything. The lights were dimmed and it was very soothing down to the music. I visited this location for services with Charisse. She was amazing!! Literally, the best massage I've ever had. I've had quite a few of them. What set her aside was of all the hot stone massages I've received, she was the first to massage my entire body. From the top of my neck to the soles of my feet with hot stones for the entire 90 minutes. Typically, I've only had the hot stones massaged on my back for at least 4 minutes or until they cool and that was all. I highly recommend 10/10. I will definitely be scheduling monthly massages with Charisse. Please keep up the wonderful job!!!!

Bobbi Bye: Jackie was amazing! I found her through spa week, and I’m so glad! Highly recommend. Her spa has such a lovely relaxing ambiance. She also has water and coffee. It was honestly probably the best massage I’ve ever had. The music is soothing and uplifting. Her hands and strokes are sure. She does tracking and communicates clearly but she followed my lead on how much I wanted to talk. I would absolutely go back!

erin brandenstein: Very disappointed with this place. The last 3 appointments I have had they have cancelled at the last minute. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours they charge you a fee but they cancel and then can’t reschedule you for a whole month and then don’t reply to the text messages they initiate. I had signed up for the monthly plan but will be canceling. Very disappointed in this place.

Kevin Kolbus: Incompetent at best, criminals at worst.I cancelled my membership in November. In February I was still being charged. I went into the salon, they were very apologetic, and told me my membership has now been cancelled and after confirming with the manager I’d be refunded the money. I chalked it up to an honest mistake, it happens. I just called to inquire about the refund and ensure my membership was indeed cancelled. It has still not been cancelled, meaning I am/was on the verge of being charged a 4th UNAUTHORIZED/FRAUDULENT transaction. They ensured my account is really truly cancelled this time, but unable to give me any update or contact info for a manager concerning a refund. This place is a scam, would rate them 0 stars if possible.
Robin Teacher: I love my experiences at Elements massage. I picked them for their prices compared to Massage Envy, but their service is great, too. Michele is the one I got to and he is very sweet, polite, and professional. He was my first male massage therapist, so I was a bit nervous but he made me feel very comfortable. Now, I always try to schedule with him and work around his availability. This is my go-to place for self-care splurging.
Phil Hale: I’ve just had one of the best massages, I’ve ever had today. Daniella was superb! I told her where my tight muscles were and she addressed each and every spot with precision. I almost fell asleep, right after she did my neck, shoulders & upper back. OMG, and when she finished my lower legs and feet I felt as if I was melting into the table. Can’t wait to see her again.
Megan Connor: Don't go here if you want a reliable, consistent company that actually follows its schedule. Major issue with canceling appointments last minute. Go elsewhere. Never have had this problem. 3 times canceled in last several months. They also don't truly go the full time. I pay for 90 minutes, and the massage typically doesn't start for 5+ minutes after the schedule time, and is cut off early as well.

SHARON WARDRIP: I hadn’t been to Elements for a while and now I remember why. The massage was just ok, but not as helpful as most I’ve experienced. My major concern was that I paid for 90 minutes and the therapist was with me barely 65 minutes. I was even there early and she was late collecting me then quite early finishing. One of the other therapists came through the lobby reeking of cigarettes and the smell seemed to be circulating through the ventilation system in the massage room too. I don’t buy their membership push, so my rates definitely merited more than I received.

I worked with Danielle and was so impressed! She stayed connected and adjusted her pressure if needed. I've searched for "my place" for a while and believe I've found it!
Brandy: I enjoyed my massage from Crystal! She asked a lot of questions and paid attention to areas that I asked her to focus on which was my back. My hair is in braids and I informed Crystal that I didn't want my head to be massaged because of the oils. She informed me that she can start on my face and hair first with no oils. I also forgot to take my necklace off and Crystal said no problem, I'll work around it. Crystal was great! The music and lighting was perfect. So glad I decided to get a 90 minute massage. It was much needed. The receptionist was nice as well. I had problems with my gift card and she was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue- all with a smile.

Crystal has such a sweet and calming presence and spent time to understand what we needed and ensured we were comfortable. We had level 2-3 massages that were both relaxing and therapeutic. I prefer quiet during my massages and my partner likes to chat, and Crystal flowed with both.This is the second Elements location I’ve been to. In my experience, Elements does a great job at maintaining clean salons and creates an atmosphere that’s soothing.We aren’t in town for long but will definitely try to book with Crystal again before we return home. Sal Indy: She canceled my first appointment because I did not answer her many questions in the way she wanted via e-mail. I answered the important questions. I do not have previous or current accidents or injuries, but she was not satisfied with that, and she canceled my appointment and took my prepaid money. I tried to come to her place at the time of my registered appointment, but she wouldn't open the door for me. I stayed in front of the door for 65 minutes and knocked on the door several times. I also sent her messages to her personal e-mail as well as to the center's email, but there was no response from them. You emailed me through two different emails, one of them was (Adrienne Hirsch) the other one was AHH Therapeutic Massage.

She utilizes different modalities throughout the massages as well. She uses hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones and stretching according to what your needs are for that session. I am also now pregnant and I had a migraine for 10 days straight, I couldn't take it anymore, got ahold of Adrienne and she got me in immediately for a quick 30 min head, neck and shoulder massage. The next day was first day I actually woke up headache free, it was a miracle. Will definitely be utilizing her throughout my pregnancy and beyond! She has magic hands, give her a try, you won't be disappointed!

Tami Hicks: I was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage. I called around noon. Phone was answered by a human. Explained my day and was able to make appointment that night. I then texted back and moved appointment up an hour. The place was nice and Whitney did my hour massage. And it was fantastic. When I say I want a deep tissue, the pressure usually is t what I want. Whitney was a TRUE deep tissue massage that included her stretching my arms. No just a slight tug. But a true stretch. Whitney was so very polite and kind. She made my evening and next few days because I felt fabulous!! I struggle sleeping and that night I slept the best i have in a long time. I will be returning on my next trip to Indy.
Adam Wasser: My back stiffened up after a long day of flying. I was able to get in within an hour of requesting a deep tissue massage. Heather was fantastic! She worked on the areas I requested and then found other areas that were probably the cause of my issue. After the massage she helped me stretch showing me how to prevent my problem later. I’m very appreciative!

Jake Mulinix: Live downtown and can be difficult to find openings at places in area for massage unless many days in advance. I had gotten off morning rounds at hospital and felt like a massage was due. Was able to book same day! Heather was fantastic, best deep tissue massage I have ever had which spans to resort spas in Vegas, Cali, DC, etc. The pressure was deep but not to point where I ever felt as if too rough at all. The movements were fluid and rhythmic and she was attune to an injury I had thus avoided this area. Is on 6th floor of Lake city Bank high rise downtown on corner of Ohio and Illinois streets. One odd thing of note was the doors of building are locked on weekends and there is a security person in lobby who just sat in seat staring at me when trying to come inside. Luckily a maintenance man was also in lobby and let me in. I am sure during week that this won't be an issue. Highly recommend if live downtown and want to get a top notch massage or in town visiting as is blocks away from many of the hotels.

Deanna Rothgeb: I was in town for work and desperately needed a massage so I googled “massages near me”. Workplace Enhancement came up in my search, and because of convenience and positive reviews, I chose it since I was walking from my hotel.I called Sue and was able to schedule for the same day. I specified that I wanted deep tissue and there are times when the therapists just don’t apply enough pressure. This was NOT the case today! Heather was my masseuse and she was fantastic! I told her what was bothering me (chronic neck, shoulders, lower back issues). She applied great pressure, always checking in to see if I was okay.I won’t lie, deep tissue isn’t necessarily a pleasant experience if you have a lot of tightness and knots like myself, but she worked so hard on me and I can already feel relief. She also showed me some helpful stretches to do on my own.I would highly recommend Heather and Workplace Enhancement Massage if you’re in the Indianapolis area or are just here on business or leisure. I definitely plan to see Heather again next time I’m in town if she’s available!

Although I never complain, I am apparently a tough person to please, in the massage category. Winston went above and beyond and surpassed any and all expectations I had! He was professional, connected with my body perfectly, calming, a good listener to instruction of pressure and areas of pain, he didn’t chat with me unnecessarily (which is important so I can relax), and I could tell that he loved what he was doing and has a passion for massage. After chatting with him post massage, he expressed why he is so passionate and I learned he is a very well rounded, wise, and beautiful human being, inside and out. I’m not being sarcastic when I say, this massage changed my life, body, and mind! My client is a massage therapy business in Phoenix, Arizona which I wouldn’t think is a competitor.——Would not return.The overall experience was highly disappointing starting with the massage therapists running 20 minutes late.My massage had little to no pressure, I asked the therapist for more pressure three times and did not see a change at all. The therapist was texting during the session and her phone vibrated upwards of 5 times.I spoke to the owner about my experience and instead of listening & thanking me for my feedback, she said I didn’t ask for the right type of massage, that they were really busy and therefore tired by the time I got my massage, and that they didn’t have the right therapist available to perform a deep tissue massage (which is not what I asked for nor what I expected). She lectured me for multiple minutes to the point that just gave the phone to my boyfriend.I don’t necessarily believe the customer is always right but sheesh!

Richard Passey: Physical therapy at it's finest. Very well trained and educated honest to goodness real deal physical therapy. I have a lot of neck scarring following a cancer surgery last year. It has caused scar tightness and muscle spasm. I went for a specialized treatment called myofascial release.
