    Bonnie Walker: I couldn't find what I was looking for. I was short on time . Huge selection.
    Jim Black: I wasn’t aware tile stores had a dress code. I came in wearing a hoodie, jeans, and ball cap, all of which were relatively clean for being mid bathroom remodel with my pants at an appropriate height. The sales staff just looked right though me even though they appeared to be free. I’m not sure they could have helped me find the vintage color matched tiles I was looking for, but it would have been nice to know for sure without having to go home, shower, get a haircut, and put on a tuxedo.
    Meredith Loughmiller: Recently I had my second experience with The Tile Shop and it was just as great as the first. James at the Tile Shop helped me once again with some bathroom remodels. My contractor and I had a few appointments with him to pick out tile for our three remaining bathrooms. I’m so excited to watch them come to fruition after James worked with us. He is punctual, thorough, efficient, and knows how to use his design talent to match your style! We are obsessed with our master bathroom and are very excited to watch the remainder of our remodels come together! The selection, organization, and efficiency of the store is as wonderful as the employees.

I was in this Indy location with my client and they were the most helpless and had absolutely no customer service. We were there for over 30 minutes and did not even get a hello. Two male associates were leaning against the main counter not doing anything the entire time we were the store. We left their store and went somewhere else but had we found product at that shop we would definitely been ordering from another location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never return to this location personally or with a client again

    Lori Lautenschlager: Dave was very helpful and easy to work with. We had carpet installed in upstairs bedroom, stairs, and downstairs bedroom. Mark installed the carpet and did an excellent job. I will be using Best Flooring again in the future and would recommend them.
    David Miller: Great staff, very certious and very knowledgeable on the products that they carry. Great place to work for as well. Always have been treated with respect from all of them. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!!
    Me Shook: Extremely poor service. They do NOT stand behind their installation work. Our son initially purchased waterproof vinyl flooring from BEST Flooring and we did too because they SEEMED to be a reliable company; however, when they installed our son's flooring they did not properly seal the threshold between the ceramic tile in the kitchen and the waterproof vinyl. The result was water seeping under the vinyl and causing damage to the wood underneath. When BEST came back to look at the damage they ripped up a large section of flooring and damaged a lot of flooring that could have been used again. In addition, they took away the damaged flooring and some that could have been salvaged.. THEN they wanted my son to buy new flooring AND pay to have it reinstalled. They were supposed to be professional installers. NOT!!! Had we known how they would treat our son we never would have purchased our vinyl flooring from them. Thank goodness my husband will be installing ours. That way we will know it is done correctly.

I needed it done before company arrived from out of town and they delivered. The "Big Box Store" was higher in price and at least 3 weeks out. Highly recommend them and have a few times since.
    Bryan Schmidt: I just happened to stop in, even though I was looking for area rugs and I'm glad that I did! Little did I know, they can convert carpet to area rugs by adding binding. Now I am the happy owner of custom sized area rugs that also provide the type of protection I need for having a couple pets. To top that, the pricing is even better than I would have thought. They definitely know their carpet! Next visit I'll be shopping blinds!

I just recently came back to visit and my parents and wanted me to help them do a Spring time renovation for their house. They wanted to get new blinds and wood flooring for their kitchen. I came across Best Flooring on a Google search. I initially called in and their people basically walked me through the how the process was done. We then went to their location to pick out the new flooring and window treatment (that's what they called blinds and shades...who knew.) :). Super easy people to work with and they had financing with zero interest for 6 months or 1 year. My parents were super happy with that. I definitely would recommend Best Flooring for anyone that is planning to do any small renovations.

ProSource was also able to help us by recommending a general contractor, Casey Sexson Pro Building, and we were extremely impressed with his work as well.
