Not only were they SUPER responsive leading up to the trip, but they also customized our whole trip just to what we needed and wanted to experience. The main reason I will use them again and recommend them to others is that on the night that we were to fly out, there was a huge storm and our flight along with many others was cancelled and we were not able to get out until the following Monday. As these were tickets booked outside of the agency and we did not book travelers insurance (most definitely will moving forward) I was not super hopeful we could make the trip as planned. But our Travel Agent, Amanda Steele, was fantastic! She answered an email on a Saturday (which I was not expecting) and she was able to alter our trip to accommodate our new dates within a few hours. She went above and beyond what I expected of her and their team. My husband and I enjoyed 5 days in the beautiful Belize and it was all thanks to these guys!

Really? I know it's a business, and businesses exist to make money, but when you give a certificate as a charitable donation that's a tax write-off for you, you still have to profit? You used self-imposed policies to justify extra charges because I didn't need or want to let you upsell me a bigger package. Shame on you. I still got a $500 value for $50, but this practice is shady and unprincipled.

Set an appointment for 2/21/2015. When we came to the appointment we were greeted by the owner, despite our appointment being with Courtney. No biggie, she had a sick kiddo and couldn't make it in.We went over how we wanted to take the over night trains and how we wanted a day in each city. We were told "I wouldn't want that." Well good, YOU are not going with US!We were told that we would receive follow up - it is not a month later and we have yet to receive a call or email or anything.Good news, we have booked our flights and spent time on the web learning the Euro-rail, so we will book this all on our own.

Keyma Hansby: Qawana has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time she was given the task to coordinate travel arrangements for my large group, she was prompt, organized, and knowledgeable. Although my group had over 100 guests for a destination wedding, she made everyone feel like a person rather than a booking number. She kept me informed of things that I needed to know without overwhelming me. She also assured me things would go as planned when I got nervous. With Qawana in charge of getting my guest to their destination, I am super confident they are in excellent hands so their trip will be well planned and enjoyable.

Jake Swain: I will start out by saying please do yourself a favor, and do NOT use travel agent suz for any of your travel needs. The experience was horrendous from the beginning. I typically don’t use a travel agent as I enjoy the research aspect of travel and don’t find that they save you anything. For this particular trip we were traveling to Mexico for a friend’s wedding, we initially were going to book our room on our own but was told by the travel agent that we would not be allowed at the wedding if we did not use travel agent suz. This was obviously an issue, one that was compounded by the fact that my wife was a bridesmaid. Begrudgingly we capitulated and requested a suite which was not part of the original room block offered. A month went by and we didn’t hear any response so we sent another email, another month and no response. Finally the bride contacted my wife and told her that travel agent suz was working on it and that she would get ahold of us. Another month. So we sent another email and got a response back stating that she was working on it, she was overwhelmed and had lost employees due to covid and that she was behind in weddings and that she would get to us when she got to us. Ultimately she did book our room for us and we signed a contract for the room which was supposed to be charged in 4 equal payments. The payments were never charged until about 4 weeks before the wedding when she tried to charge it 1 payment. In my error I had forgotten about the charge and didn’t update my CC number when I had lost my old card with travel agent suz so unfortunately my card was declined. Travel agent suz was very quick to reach out when payment was needed. When she contacted me I told her that my daughter would no longer be going because of a conflict with a school function and asked if we could drop her from the reservation. Travel agent suz responded that we could remove her from the reservation, however I would still be charged for her. This was approximately 4-5 weeks from the date of travel. I checked the hotel website and their cancellation policy was for 1 day before, when I mentioned this to travel agent suz she responded that I had made the booking with her and not the hotel and her policy was that I was going to be charged the whole amount. I check the contract and that is in fact what the contract I had signed said, with the previous experiences of dealing (or not dealing with) travel agent suz I decided that I would go ahead and argue with her. She said that she was getting me a better rate than I could book on my own and that’s why the cancellation policy was the way it was. This was not the case, she tried to back up her claim by sending me screen shots of quotes from the website compared to her quote. However, these quotes were the highest rack rates and didn’t include any of the discounts or early bird offers that were previously available. The rates were within $20 of each other. If you don’t believe me just check your own quote with hers, I can guarantee the minimal difference between quotes is not worth the headache of dealing with this woman. Travel agent suz threatened to get the bride involved if we didn’t agree to pay, we were instructed that if we didn’t have full payment in 3 days that she would just charge the brides credit card for our room. Obviously we paid as we didn’t want to add any more stress to the bride. We were also notified hours before our return airport transfer that we would be getting picked up 5 hours before our scheduled flight time. We declined to take this service and instead booked our own transfer 2 hours later and still had plenty of time to get a meal before departure. There were several back and forths prior to this ultimatum that I wont get into but ultimately travel agent suz showed utter incompetence, lack of follow through, lack of communication, and terrible customer service by interfacing with her clients through the bride, adding to the brides stress. We chatted with other wedding guests while we were in Mexico and our experience was not unique. Avoid travel agent suz.

Sometimes she call you back to tell you she's too busy to call you back and then stays on the phone with you telling you all her and other peoples private issues and troubles. When asked for a quote she books you then tells you its nonrefundable?She claims all her emails go to spam when she doesn't get back to you. She consistently lies and blames the hotels-when we called the hotel directly the Hotel verifies that she was lying. they do not take two weeks to get back to her about booking a room. She was so unprofessional that she would constantly call the Bride to complain about her guests. making up lies saying people cursed at her. when they did not . she was a nightmare to deal with. We had to save all our emails to constantly go back and prove to her the things she/we said to correct her.she would contact you in various ways and it was almost impossible to keep up with her. e-mails, text messages, Facebook messages, Facebook posts.

Tom Stevens: Suz planned for us an around the world trip - a trip of a lifetime! She has a talent of listening to one's desires and making it happen. Suz is very knowledgeable of different places around the world and suggests just the right experiences tailored to the clients' interests. She pays very close attention to the details. We have memories of this trip that we will cherish forever. A "Top-of-the-world" trip!!! If you are planning a vacation, let Suz help you with your plans.

They make planning a cruise easy, answer any questions regarding excursions or transportation, or any other questions we had. We had to reschedule a cruise due to one of us testing positive for covid 3 days prior to the cruise and they helped us navigate the cancelation and rescheduling process, even though there were some difficulties with the excursions being cancelled they handled all of the difficulties for us. Sabrina Adamson: We booked with Will and Nikki Gott through their CruiseOne business. Nikki is always upbeat and friendly. She willingly answered any questions we had throughout the booking and planning process with positivity and grace. We cruised for a 5-night Holland America Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. The atmosphere of the ship was definitely more subdued that a Carnival Cruise, but that is more our speed anyway. The crew we dealt with were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The food was really good, except for our gluten free travel companions. They had a bit of a difficult time figuring out what was gluten free and what wasn't with not a lot of gluten free options to choose from. But overall, we really had fun. The shore excursion to Monkeyland in the Dominican Republic was fun and we really enjoyed the clear waters and beach of the Bahamas.

We had a first hand comparison with another agency when the cruise line had major changes to our original itinerary. Our traveling companions had booked with someone else and took almost 2 weeks to straighten out while Nikki had our new itinerary rebooked the next day!

This was the first time we used a travel agent, but 1) it did not cost us anything extra to use Jennifer's services, and 2) Jennifer was open about the entire process even before we agreed to use her as an agent. Jennifer found us a great value and - true to her word - when the price dropped, she was able to pass the savings on to us! Jennifer was super responsive to text, calls, or FB messages, and she followed up with us all the way onto the ship to make sure nothing (weather, delays, COVID) could ruin our 20th year anniversary trip! Her experience with different cruise lines, ports of calls, and excursions was detailed enough for us to learn what to expect, how to plan, and which "extras" were worth paying for. We will definitely be using Jennifer again for future trips! Lavada Wells: Stephanie at Magnified Vacations helped us find the best deal for our family to visit Walt Disney World in Florida over Fall Break. She researched various options for us and let us choose what we preferred. She was able to get us preferred adjoining rooms at Pop Century Resort. I have never done business with them and I never will. they have called me at 7: 10am in the morning Pacific standard Time. and they have called me at3:00pm Pacific standard Time. This company does not care who they harass who they're calling. I hope you filing a grievance with the better business bureau and the Federal trade commission and also with my local police department and the DA's office.

K J: I will never book a trip with them again. Once you pay then you can't reach anyone. You leave a voice-mail and still no call back. To add to the fun, I email them my information so they can call and discuss this review. They never responded or called or anything.

Professor Physiology: The irony of this is that the company implies their platform is easy. First, we were so disappointed in our first vacation that we decided to leave early. Second, the customer support is almost nonexistent. Third, the company is poorly organized and the number of times we have had to endure incorrect information being provided would boggle the mind. It was an incredibly stressful experience. I would never in a million years opt to go through this company again.
