Stephen Thompson: It's a scam.Reached out to reschedule an appointment, no calls or emails replying to our request. Charged us the full price for the appointment but never rescheduled. Did not even adhere to their $30 non-refundable deposit and kept the full $160.

Erika heitzman: Personally it wasn’t the best experience. The technician was nice, friendly. She couldn’t figure out how to print off the pictures or take the video. She offered me / gave me a 2 package deal for the inconvenience and hassle it was for the first time of me being there. I wish I would’ve gotten my first pictures instead. She said she was going to mail them but only mailed 1. It was okay I wouldn’t go back to the same location.

Katy Siemianowski: We got some okay-ish pictures of baby’s face, but this was after we waited an hour after our scheduled appointment time due to the machine “malfunctioning.” We were asked to wait or reschedule. We opted to wait because I was already 32 weeks and other times did not work for us. We were taken back for our ultrasound and baby was slightly buried and the tech was pretty rough and pushing pretty hard to get a good picture of the baby. I appreciated her really trying hard, but it began to get pretty uncomfortable. I felt bad that she was frazzled and stressed about the timing of our appt and technical difficulties, but it felt very very rushed. We were assured our video would be uploaded the next day, but it never was. And, to be honest, I’m not even sure what the video would show besides her constantly moving the ultrasound wand and punching my belly with it. I have tried to call daily; voicemail is full; I had the machine send SMS texts and never got a return call. I’ve also sent multiple emails with no responses. I also called and left voicemails even prior to our appt and sent 2 emails with questions, and never heard back from those either, so I am not hopeful I will ever hear back from this place unless I show up in person- but the hours are so limited and it is far away from my house, so I hesitate to go in person and someone not be there. I would not recommend this place for a 3D experience. Giving 2 stars for getting an okay picture of baby, good selection of heartbeat bears, and comfortable atmosphere (in terms of furniture and play material in waiting room). Very disappointed that we paid for something that was promised and we did not get it.

I'll talk about both!First pregnancy was almost 5 years ago now. Did a gender one and one a little later on. Both experiences were amazing, we got great pictures and the tech was incredibly friendly.This pregnancy, however, complete opposite experience and I'm bummed to even have to say that. We paid almost $200 and didn't even get the flash drive (supposed tech issues), didn't get but maybe 1 good photo and the tech was AGGRESSIVELY shaking my stomach the entire time. We spent 45 minutes there and she literally was aggressively shaking my stomach with the wand. It hurt really bad. This happened Sunday and it is now Wednesday and I have had nothing but pain and severe nausea since! I'm 33 weeks along and this is worrisome. We weren't offered any type of refund or return visit (not like I'd come back after all this pain I'm in), but the offer would have been nice!Also, I did message on Facebook prior to scheduling to make sure I was still able to do a 3D ultrasound and they told me yes. I'm starting to think it may have been just to make money off of me because this was just awful.

They were able to get amazing photos of our little one. I highly recommend coming here, you will not regret it! Plus the adorable heartbeat animals make a great additional touch!

I have tried calling numerous times, have left numerous voicemails, and have also tried contacting them via email and have received no response or call back. It’s unfortunate that I have paid for a service that I never ended up receiving and that nobody can take the time to reach out to me. Will not recommend to family/friends because of this.

Mark S.: We were excited to get some detailed pictures if our baby. His face was buried in the placenta so it was hard to get a good image. That was not an issue for us, and it could have been a good point because they offered us a second appointment at no charge to get better images. We ended up cancelling that appointment because they were so rough with my wife and our baby. Trying to get the baby to move the technician was pushing hard our baby, to the point that it made me uncomfortable. When we got to the car my wife complained about pain on her belly. That's when we decided we will not be coming back, ever. A cute picture is not worth any pain or possible injury to our unborn son. We left feeling disgusted with the place.

Marilyn McCormick: Don’t bother with this place. Highly unprofessional. First of all they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. I was finally able to reach them on the phone and found they have very limited business hours, only evenings and weekends. Not convenient for me but whatever. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Sunday at 12:30. Unfortunately I found out my husband had a conflict with the 12:30 appointment so I attempted to call back and reschedule. The lady I reached this time told me she did not have the appointment book in front of her so she would call me back. Not surprising to me, this never happened. So I went ahead to my original appointment without my husband. I arrived at 12:25 the day of my appointment only to be told that they had no record of my scheduled appointment but they could see me at 1:00 if I wanted to wait. I had my 2 small children with me, had other things to do, and was completely disgusted with my experience at this point, so I left. No apology or accountability for their scheduling error. Hoping to find another Ultrasound facility that offers a respectful, professional experience for their customers.

The exam room was wonderful with a large couch and a screen on the wall for optimal viewing. What truly made our experience great was our ultrasound technician, Natalie. Finding out we are having a little girl completely made me and my husbands evening. Lisa did such an amazing job at making sure that it was a girl and getting some of the cutest pictures of our little girl. She not only didnt tell us our baby was already dead but that it was the wrong gender. It made our loss that much worse since we had celebrated a girl when he wasnt. He didnt even get a onesie. I am so disappointed in the service we received and wouldnt recommend to ANYONE. please see your doctor. They are not professional at all.

Farrah Salman: Well, I think it could have been a good experience, but my story ends on a sad note.The first two times I went in my baby would not cooperate. I was invited on a third time, and the tech couldn't even find my baby. Like she could see the top of his head, but that was it. I left believing my baby way okay. I had my anatomy scan the following week. That is when we learned our baby boy didn't have a heart beat anymore.I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted. That's not even my problem. I get that time is money. However, they are trained techs. They knew something was wrong. I know they can't diagnose anything, but they should have sent me to the hospital or told me to call my doctor. They did not. They let me going on believing for 8 more days that my baby was okay in there. This is my reason for giving 3 stars.I would like to point out that I'm a plus size woman, and they were professional about that. They were very nice, and the facility is clean and inviting. My kids and partner had ample room to sit while we looked at baby. The ultrasound machine is definitely outdated, but fun enough for the price.My suggestion is that you only go to these elective places if you're having a healthy pregnancy. I was not. Next time I'll wait for my ultrasounds at my OB office.Edit: I stumbled across my own review, and I see I'm literally the only preson who didn't receive any kind of response from the owner. Apparently my baby dying doesn't warrant a response. :(

Erin Bevis: We saw Becca at 15 weeks for an early gender reveal. We found out we were having a girl with 100% certainty. We just recently had a 3D4D at 31 weeks with Becca as well. She was very patient waiting for baby to move into good positioning. She gave us so many great sneak peek pictures of our little girl. She is very personable and even involved our two year old in the process! We would never go to anyone else for these "extra, fun" ultrasounds!! Thank you, Becca!

Matt Lievertz: We have gotten 2 diagnostic ultrasounds from Becca Looney at Lifetime Imaging and have worked with other providers in the past. Every part of the experience with Lifetime is just better, including the imaging itself, receiving care promptly as scheduled, the experience during the imaging, the quality of equipment and viewing screens, etc. If you are in a position to choose your diagnostic ultrasound provider (in point of fact... using their services was actually less expensive for us without using insurance than CDI was with insurance...), Lifetime is an upgrade on every metric I am aware of.

K F: My son and his girlfriend came in for an ultrasound and found out the baby would need to be delivered as there were unexpected complications. Everyone (except 1 NICU nurse) was absolutely amazing. Rebecca was her night nurse and did a phenomenal job of making us all feel very comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Privacy is respected and safety is a priority.What people should know - There really isn’t a gift shop so plan ahead for that. There is a nearby Walmart and Kroger. There is always one person - and here it is the NICU nurse. If you don’t ask questions she is great. If you ask questions she belittles, minimizes and then makes fun of you with other staff. It is a shame because other than this-our experience was great.

They tried to tell me that my bill was from a collections agency and when I explained that I just got it yesterday and it said NWR she replied with "Good for you I'm glad you got something saying that." I just had general questions. If you can't deal with the public or talk on the phone get a different job. It's hard enough on people with the medical field bleeding everyone dry. You don't have to be rude to us too.

Really get tired of their ”not my business” and “not my fault” attitude, if they can do the jobs right, I don’t have to call for the first time and keep calling back to correct the errors. Do your job and assist your customers like you mean it, that’s my only suggestion.

I had requested to have imaging done at community east but due to the challenge of scheduling and the high costs (double) I came to Midwest and am so happy I did even though it was much further from where I live. The service was much better!!

D Kinsler: I had an MRI, of my brain, scheduled for 8:00 AM and was supposed to check in at 7:30 AM. We arrived at 7:20, we were greeted by a very polite and professional gentleman at the front desk, I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. I then filled out a couple short general information question sheets. I was called back right at 7:30. "Jen" was my tech. I informed her that I am very claustrophobic. She immediately started putting me at ease. She made sure that I had taken the sedative that my doctor had prescribed and then set the IV for the contrast. She let me look at the MRI tube, asked if I wanted to listen to music and if so what kind, she could sense my anxiety. She let me lye down on the table for a couple minutes with the headphones on before putting my head in the clamp and moving me in to the tube to start the procedure. Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, by the way!! She put a soft dry cloth over my eyes to help with the anxiety. After I was moved in to the tube she laid her hand on my arm to show me how far in to the tube that I was and held my hand for a few seconds and said you'll do just fine, just remember, if you can't handle it, press the bulb/button and I'll get you out in a heartbeat. She also talked to me through the headphones in between sessions to make sure that I was OK and to give relaxing words of encouragement. I was in the tube for 45 minutes. I'm confident that I would have really struggled if it weren't for "Jens" compassion and words of understanding and knowing that she was right there on the other side of the window if I couldn't handle the procedure.Overall experience was great, from the facility to the reception gentleman to Jen. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this location and staff.

Lisa Zbojniewicz: Went in for "walk-in" x-rays. I expected a long wait, but was in and out of the building in about half an hour. Kathy did a GREAT job!

Tyson Clemmer: Went in for a pretty straightforward MRI, but had to wait much longer than expected and then actually had to return because it wasn’t done right the first time. Took forever just to leave, waiting on a copy of the images that took about 30 mins to get instead of the 5 mins we were told. Nice facility, but not the service we expected.

Eric Nichols: Went to this NWR office for an MRI. The employees were wonderful. They were helpful and caring throughout the check in and procedure. Add that to the pricing and my belief is you can’t beat NWR.

Jules Haines: Came in for an appt that was made over a month ago by the Nurse at my Urologist office for some imaging that they needed in order to determine next steps for tx and apparently my appt was scheduled on the wrong day?? They stated it was in my “notes” for the day I had come in but actually scheduled for the month prior?? It was a human error on their part but if they can see in the notes that there was a different date it was supposed to be scheduled for and when I didn’t show for the original appt, that was scheduled wrong, why not call me or my physicians office?? Human error can still be fixed by doing a little more work and research when it’s detected, I work in the medical field I know mistakes happen but this was pure incompetency. When I asked to reschedule so I can still do my follow up in time with my physician with the test results from your office you guys said you don’t even make the appts there? Like what? So you want me to call elsewhere and work it out with someone else??! No thanks...terrible management and terrible service! No thank you, if I could give negative stars I would.

Barb Dawson: We had a long and busy day and we're unable to grab some lunch before my brother's appointment. Upon checking in I asked Tammy if they had a vending machine. She said "No". Without hesitation she reached in her drawer and gave us a package of peanut butter and cheese crackers! When she realized we were sharing the package she came out from behind her desk with a second package! What an unselfish act of kindness.

Maria Nicole: Overall a great experience! The nurse who took me back, Freddie, was so nice and friendly even though it was later in the day and they seemed to be steadily busy. The technician managing the CT machine was also very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I went in feeling nervous having never had a CT/not knowing what the results of it will be, but I felt comfortable the entire time because of the kind staff members. Would definitely recommend!

I have had MRI before and this one seemed to be much more quiet then my MRI's in the past! It was an easy exam. They have the best pricing on all imaging exams, that's for sure! M Sharifi: After they took my chest X-ray, I have asked them to email me the X-ray, or to be printed in a simple A4-format page. The technician said, we don't email, nor print anymore! Instead, you can wait 20 minutes, and we will burn your X-ray on a CD!In the last five years, laptops won't come with CD readers anymore. What about offering X-rays on floppy disks!??Which century do you guys live in??

dave baise: I don’t know where to begin w this place, 5 stars absolutely fantastic place. A true gem for the community! The fact they offer free ultrasounds and pregnancy tests is already a HUGE deal but on top of that they have parenting classes and every class attended(in person and virtual)you get 1 coupon (2 if both parents attend) coupons that can be spent in their baby store and they have LOTS of stuff that doesn’t cost unrealistic coupons. (I seen Packages of diapers for 1 coupon) they can help on SO MANY different aspects so definitely give them a look over and keep them in mind.

Mackenzie Brown: The only place that I was able to come into when I first found out I was pregnant! I didn’t have insurance, no money, and they took great care of me. Set me up with EVERY resource you can think of. Put me in contact with all the right people. And the sweet lady who helped me during my visit even went out of her way one evening to message my personal number just to make sure I was doing okay! This is one of those places that you’ll always remember. Truly a blessing & they deserve ALL the recognition! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

Mackenzie Burnett: I absolutely loved going to the women’s care center. Everybody that works there is so warm and welcoming. They listen to your concerns and help provide resources for your problems. My favorite thing is the educational classes that they offer. The classes are very informative and you are able to gain coupons from them and use in the baby shop. I’d recommend this place a million times!

Every person I came into contact with was genuinely so nice and showed they cared! Just the difference in this care center compared to some doctor offices is mind blowing! They are super helpful and give you opportunities for free items like high chairs, diapers, plenty of clothes, cribs, car seats and anything else you could think of! On top of the free services they provide! If you can get there, you won’t regret it! I live an hour away and would rather go here than any building/OB closer to home! I knew based off the phone call to schedule my appointment that this place would be amazing and they did not let me down!

Dawn Worthy: I have used this facility for years and I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. The wait times have always been reasonable. Often enough, the times I have been there, something painful was happening. While, obviously, the staff did what they had to do to secure the image they needed; they were as mindful as possible of my injury. It's not always a pleasurable experience going to the Imagining Center but it's never a bad one.
