MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Jose Nieves: Horrible service at the minute clinic. Do not spend your time or effort coming to this location, you will get an extremely cold attitude regardless that you are sick. They just do not care.
Lauren Schmitt: Stuck with a $500 bill my insurance fully covers!Absolutely do not go to this clinic for any reason. My doctor Sara Jones wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say purely because I wasn’t on a birth control pill. She kept trying to force a script for the pill during my visit, even though that isn’t why I was there! Then, she coded my visit incorrectly so that my insurance won’t cover the costs. I’ve called the billing and complaint department numerous times and wasted hours of my life for them to continue to not solve the problem after months. My insurance has even said if they would change a single code it would be fully covered!
rolando baluja: This place is disorganized and disrespectful . I am a veteran and I wanted to use the mission acts program to go to a clinic as soon as I got off of work. When it came to signing into the clinic their kiosk was messed up. I forgot my veterans ID but I had my mission act number and I have my regular driver's license. Rather than telling me hey can you at least get us a picture of your ID or call the VA to confirm your identity or at least try to reschedule the appointment I was disregarded and dismissed. I could have easily given them the number for the mission act program I could have easily had them verify that my veteran status by calling the VA giving them my social and they could have easily looked me up in the system. The clinic staff were just looking to dismiss individuals and I felt really insulted. I do not recommend this place
Skull & Bones: The Minute Clinic had no one working and I waited a long time for no reason.
Nouha M: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. I scheduled a rapid COVID test at 3:50pm today and was sent text messages letting me know to pull into a designated spot for my test and to NOT enter the clinic bc of COVID risk. So I arrive, to find NO signage about designated parking spots, so I call the store and it’s impossible to get ahold of someone. So I go through the pharmacy drive thru and he tells me I have to park in front of the white shack at the front, or knock. There is NO parking in front of this shack and no signage except their logo. So I get out and knock only for them to tell me I missed my appointment and that they tried calling me. I received two calls from Rhode Island, so I don’t answer what look like spam calls. She tells me in the instructions it says they’ll call me at my appt time—I pull up those so called instructions and nothing is written about getting a call. She says, “yeah they do it a little bit differently at this location”. So which is it??? She apologizes, understands this is ridiculous and the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and tells me I’ll have to reschedule. Better believe I’ll be avoiding CVS if I can from here on out. Just awful customer service.
Jessica Scherb: Didn’t sleep at all due to fever and strep like issues. Walked in the minute they opened. Booked apt and the earliest they could see me was an hour and a half later. Lady didn’t even look at me as I sat there miserable just needing help. When asked if they’d be able to assist be any earlier she asked if I was vaccinated for covid and said I wouldn’t be helped without the vaccine. I was there with strep like symptoms and just needed a strep test ...
Tom Terry: Husband had a 6:30 appt. Checked in at 6:15. At 7:20 he is still waiting and no one checked with him. He went to find someone and they are closed. Closed at 7pm. And he was sitting there, waiting UNACCEPTABLE. Major breakdown somewhere. Now he will get an appt with Walgreens clinic.
Grayson Harbour: I had a great experience. The NP was on time, kind, and very helpful.
Jenni Case: Got in line from home on the website, checked in at the kiosk and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Was in and out in under 20 minutes!
Bridget Watts: I have used this locations services a couple times for both myself and my children. The staff are knowledgable, professional, efficient amd friendly. We have never had to wait very long to be seen. Very satisfied with their service and will continue to use this as an alternative to the er.
C & N Dalton: Visiting from out of town, this was the closest clinic to downtown. The wait was a bit long, but you can download the app and hold your place in line. Really good service and friendly nurse practitioner. My uber driver mentioned that it wasn't a great area of town which had me worried, but it was totally fine, clean and safe.
Lauren Bangs: VERY disappointed.Started to feel congestion symptoms late last week, so I popped in Monday and could not be seen due to a lack of insurance card... Ok fine.Tuesday, I was booted out because I checked in too late (I checked in at 5:45) and they close at 7...Wednesday morning (I took a personal morning off)... had to wait over an hour and a half and could not be seen because I had to go back to work.Wednesday afternoon.... finally seen. Nurse tells me that I have a bad case of allergies and that I should buy zyrtec and sudafed...Really? I've been sick with sinus pressure and congestion for a week and you're gonna recommend that? Ugh. I tried to go to Walgreens across the street for a second opinion, they're closed temporarily.HOW FRUSTRATING. Do NOT recommend.
kristine smith: DO NOT GO HERE FOR THEIR CLINIC!!!! I signed in with only 2 people ahead of me at 12:30, at 1:00 the NP just left to go to lunch. Per their policy online and their phone recording, this is a Huge no no! The NP just shrugged and said "the computer doesn't dictate my lunch". Horrible horrible service!! It's not CVS that controls this, but they represent it and let it happen.
Camry Hess: Do not go here for a flu shot! They charged us $53 dollars. We have insurance, which covers preventive services (flu shots included) for free. We showed them the insurance card and they still charged us. Now we are getting the run around with billing services. Ugh. I will never come back here. Go across the street to Walgreens. I've never had a problem there.

Miravista Diagnostics: what do users think?
Andrea K: The front line people who answer the phone are unhelpful and nasty. They are annoyed by any questions and cannot be bothered to help. It’s unfortunate because this lab is supposed to be the best lab for what they do.
Aaron Kadel: Great place to work. People are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The community culture is second to none and the work is meaningful and engaging. If you don’t work here, you should be applying.
R W: I have called twice and no one answers the phone. I left 2 messages and no one has called me back. Looking for another in network lab that wants to help customers and provide service.
David Miles: I had worked there for 4+ years. As a metabolic kidney stone developer I had to eventually go to part time since they decided not to count multiple days missed consecutively as a single occurrence which they had done historically. I feel like they gave up on me even though I had been doing everything in my power to get better. Specifically Callie Need was quite harsh in her handling of my case. They make you feel like you’re part of the family but then they gut you when you have a serious medical condition. It totally sucks
Levi Rayburn: WILL NOT ANSWER OUR VET, WILL NOT ANSWER OUR EMAIL. Our pet is in critical condition and they will not get back to us!!!!
Joyce Burns: Best place to work! Small company with a dynamic and caring leadership team who exhibits their core values daily through liaisons with staff clients and visitors!

Urology of Indiana: what do users think?
Maria Bettinelli: Very rude. They didn’t find my appointment after they even called and confirmed with me the day before. Wasted of my time. Put things in my chart that I didn’t even say.
Malone Wolf: Nice
Rayshell Washington: The bomb
Joey Baker: Staff was amazing and so was the patients absolute best place i have been
Tony Cran: Everyone was nice and informative.
Michelle Elkin: Professional, friendly, caring and treats me with respect!
Angelica Frantz: I could put zero stars I would! My experience with this place has been but a big headache! From the nurse not returning my calls. To having surgery and not being sent home with the medication that was on mychart that I did not receive! Now I am a week out of surgery with an open incision. Then being told they have no available appointments to get get my incision closed back up! My insurance paid this group over 100,00 and this is the care I have gotten.
Carolyn Wolpert: Dr. Magee is an excellent physician and I 100% would refer him.
Jerry Walton: I'm telling these people I'm on pain and they're blowing me off. Typical doctors these days
john shurig: I am still waiting for the appointment to be scheduled for an ultrasound.
Vicki Mansfield: Very knowledgeable professional and on time appointment
Reneka Day: After 3 interviews over a 5-7 year period and being staffed here for 2 months, all other ethnicities work at this location except for Black/African Americans. After having a great experience and learning new tasks, I recently interviewed at this location. You would think they would hire someone with experience in the specialty and who lives less than 5-7 minutes away. I just gives me discrimination vibes.
Mary Kirkman: The office staff were very friendly & efficient! I’m sorry but I can’t remember the name of my PA, but she was awesome. I’m so happy with the Post Rd office!
Vena: I absolutely love this place they have went above and beyond taking care of me. Dr. Sprunger and his team have been so nice and I would recommend them to any of my family and friends for great care.
D P: Dr B is completely wonderful, and exceptionally competent.
Duane Macy: Great professional staff take adequate time to explain treatment and answer my many questions and concerns.
Donna Gray: Great staff
Kim Hilton: The office lady was very nice and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long to go back for my test. I wish the technician who did the bladder test would have told me what was going to happen ahead of time.
Indy Muscle: Most phenomenal doctor I’ve ever had.
Greg Nolley: Everything went fine. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Mary Costello: I want to recognize Ajeet Saina. In the CMG lab. She was so kind, friendly, professional and clearly explained the procedure before and during the test. I really appreciate her as I was a bit nervous and she was very reassuring.

Anna Babitz: Urology of Indiana has already given my husband 4 more years to live than first expected due to their excellent care. MinuteClinic: what do users think?
sandra bultman: first off I have been going here for years Katherine is wonderful. Today I went there for sinusitis. There was a NP named Deb working who was not very patient friendly and took longer than most to see patients...including closing her door in btwn patients for about 10 min at a time. After an hour and a half wait. I got to see Nurse Deb...she was demeaning and rude. I have an immune disease that is well controlled. But she said rudley well I just don't feel comfortable treating you. (Remember this is for a sinus infection.)So I wasted all my time trying to get the medrol pak I usually get to take care if issue. So I drove back home furious with Beyond painful sinus headache. Called corp to report her. Went to walgreens clinic and recieved the care attention and medication that I needed. Was finally able to get a good night's sleep after a week.
J Martin: NP was so convinced I had covid even though I told her I had a negative test 3 days prior and she did another test that day that was again negative. She treated me like she was afraid to be around me and did not even examine me thoroughly. She even put on my visit summary that one of the reasons for my visit was suspected covid exposure which I never said that not once. Im pretty sure I have bronchitis and sinus infection maybe the start of an ear infection. I am prone to bronchitis and pneumonia so I have a pretty good idea when its starting up in the winter. She even mentioned I had fluid in my ears but did not prescribe me an antibiotic. Now a day and a half later I've started spiking a fever and feel worse. I get that she needs to protect herself from exposure and covid is on the rise again BUT proper patient care and diagnosis should not have to suffer. DO BETTER or change professions if your fear of exposure is so great that you cannot properly care for patients.
Ann M: Online it says you can walk in or make an appointment. Well, I walked in and was told they were booked and I was not even given the option to wait. What I needed checked would have taken 5 minutes if they had even asked what I needed to be seen for. Only 2 people in waiting area. All the checkin machines were down. Nurse was not very nice. Left and found a different clinic that got me right in.
Elaine Woodward: The nurse is not friendly and condescending .
Summer Perry: I have always had great service for myself and my kids. The NP Katherine is awesome and very good timewise considering all that she does(paperwork, insurance, diagnosing). I would def recommend her for anyone else wanting a fairly quick trip!
Artie Mason: The nurse practitioner was rude. Came out of the office didn't acknowledge us or anything. One customer left and we waited over a half hour before I knocked on the door and she opens it I respectfully tell her we're here waiting and she says I know I'm charting and just shuts the door.
Teresa Bauer: I have always had great care and service here.
Erin Scott: Horrible service/care every time. Never going back!
Jenny Kindred: We arrived at 5min till 9 on Saturday morning. Hours are 9am open. It is now 9:30 and till no one here. Very annoying. Poor customer care
J Morris: Friendly staff. Was second in line when they opened at 830. Dr hasn't shown up yet So we've waited patiently for an hour since were already invested...won't be coming back.
Angie Kendall: NP was late and rude and didn't listen
Amanda Lufcy: If I am experiencing the flu, sinus infection, urinary tract issuesn etc. This is where I come sonce my Dr. Office is always booked up. Yhey get me in and oit relatively fast, the fill my scripts there, and my insurance pays for it all!

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Carlos Archuleta: Fast & Friendly Staff at Minute Clinic !
Jess B: NP Sarah was exceptional!
Jennie Brewster: They advertise walkin's welcome but that's not true. You go in and they make you set up an appointment. That is false advertising. Nobody had the desk to help you either. 👎👎
june hardin: Just waited all this time, and 7 miles to be told they can't help me
Jacob Reinking: Service was great. But was charged double for one date of service.
Andre Sims: Waited a hour in the parking lot, just too be told they can't help me !
LaTosha Williams: No point in asking for the information online, when you’re just going to hold up the line and ask me all over again. This Covid 19 process is terrible at best
Daniel: Got in quickly, NP Elizabeth was very polite and helpful. We discussed my medical history, she took my vitals, did some tests, etc. She had a diagnosis, wrote a prescription, and I was headed home and started feeling better in no time.
Fluff n'stuff: I love this location. Martha Collins, NP did a great job diagnosing my symptoms and prescribing medications I needed. I was there yesturday and feel better already. No wait since I did an online check in! Will come back if I ever need them.
Rww930: total hassle getting through on the phone
Doug Stanford: Very professional experience! Hardly any wait, and was taken care of by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady. A+
Marti Collins: People working here are very professional as well as caring and compassionate.
Josh H.: The nurse wasn't very friendly I guess she had other things to do because I felt rushed. I would never recommend this location.
Mary Margaret Beyne: Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was very pleased with the service. My NP was Emma.
Taylor Berry: I walked in right before 9 when they open at 8 and the doctor said she was on an hour lunch!! You JUST opened!
Ross Orbell: awful. waited 3 hours to be told "get a cough drop" and hit with a $100 bill. worthless place, worthless people, overpriced garbage. save yourself the trip - set a $100 bill on fire, smack yourself in the face. its the same thing.
Rhonda Baughman: Thanks goodness for the CVS Minute Clinic. 20 minutes, efficient, polite, professional, simple diagnosis, immediate prescription pickup and out the door. There is a HUGE difference between the Walgreen Health Clinic and the CVS Minute Clinic. I don't even know why Walgreen's is in the game. Furthermore, when I am ill, I want the muted light and carpeting of a CVS and opposed to the harsh glare and tile of the Walgreen's. CVS Minute Clinic is: Highly recommended.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Kayla Wheat: Got online to schedule an appointment today at 10am they gave me a appointment for 11am a hour. Made it to my appointment at 10:40 checked in was not called back until 11:15 I have been to multiple cvs clinics and they always have my info on file so I did not have my insurance card the nurse was very rude and told me I had to have my insurance card told me to wait in lobby while I talk to insurance company to get my insurance info and told me they were double booked if that was the case why was a 11am appointment available took me 5 minutes to get my Insurance information and they wouldn’t see me and told me to reschedule I will never come back to this location their customer service is horrible not to mention the older man that was waiting in the lobby and did not know how to use the kiosk to check in and nurse did not help him at all very disappointed in this location.
Kathleen DeBrota: Their kiosk doesn't work and won't let you check in when you arrive. Waited and luckily was able to get in.
Amber Hill: I went to the CVS on west 86th st and Ditch road. My appt was at 9:10 am and I got there right before 9:10 around 9:02 only to get inside and have to fill out a bunch of info that i already gave when i made the appt. Address, race, etc. That put me pass my appt time. Once I finally got done with the kiosk. The dr comes out and tells me I cant be seen because i was late. Late because of yall kiosk asking duplicate questions. I will never deal with this CVS again.
sarah nikkhah: Nobody at the front desk. Their kiosk could not find me although I had an appointment. 3 people went inside ahead of me. The nurse didn’t even have time to come check with me. I waited for 30 minutes till she said make sure to check in. I told her it cannot find me and showed her my confirmation she said Im sorry you are not on my schedule and that’s it!
Gianna Roman: I had an amazing experience here! The provider I saw was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I felt so much better the next day. I will be returning! Very professional!!
Derek Hancock: Waited an hour to get bumped off the list. So disrespectful
Matt Lile: Waited over 45 minutes for nothing. Checked in an hour before closing only to have the nurse come out and tell me she couldn’t see me when it was time for me to go in. I won’t be using CVS moving forward, absolutely infuriating and completely unprofessional.
Jessica Foster: I've gone to the minute clinic four times in the past year and each time, I've been misdiagnosed. My copay dollars are better spent somewhere they can properly diagnose me and I have to only visit the doctor once.
Catherine Manthey: So disappointed. I made an appointment online to avoid waiting in the store and it still took over 45 minutes of waiting in the store...very slow service
Joey B: Always a waste of time
PB J: Had worthwhile visits until last time in December. Know it all nurse they have now won't listen and prescribe anything needed. Complete waste of time and the price is same as Dr visit. Never bother with this place again.
Diane Davis: Says open at 9 but sign says maybe 9:30 today. Same thing happened on 16th and Meridian Street a while back. What good is a walk-in clinic that opens when it feels like it?

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Emily Hamilton: If I could give zero stars, I would. The NP is very unfriendly and made me VERY uncomfortable during my visit. She shoved a Q-tip so far up my nose I now have bruising & discomfort! It was a complete waste of time. They won't listen or prescribe anything needed to help ease suffering. Go anywhere else.
Condar87: They advertise as a walk-in clinic, but when I went in, I was told they are no longer a walk-in clinic.
Joseph Foster: Went in because I had pink eye and they prescribed me the right meds I was in and out in less than an hour. The visit was free with insurance and the meds was 10 bucks.
TyraBsk8s: I don't recommend the one on North meridian downtown Indianapolis very unprofessional very behind, rude rapid test done supposed to be 20 min been 5 hours
Ashley Harris: So I went to the minute clinic yesterday for a sinus infection and the NP didn't seem like she really wanted to treat me. She told me it was just allergies and gave me a spray. My symptoms have only gotten worse since the appointment. She also wasn't very friendly and she didn't make my feel very comfortable.
Rotina: Worst health care workers I ever encountered.
Bee Esch: Wasted 3+ hours because the NP makes her own rules, guidelines, and took an extended lunch break. Lazy and rude! She should be embarrassed.
Breyona S Johnson: Walked in at 5:05 and the lady there told me she was about to leave so she didn’t want to take me even though they close at 530
Jennifer Poltrock: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR COVID-19 TESTING!!! I have been waiting two whole weeks for results. I was retested at another location and knew my results in 48 hours. Does anyone agree with me that this is a major part of the spread of Covid-19? It’s so frustrating!!! I’ve called numerous times to speak to an actual person and cannot get an answer.
Matthew Kinley: Checked in at 12:10 for a sports physical. Told it was 111 minute wait. It’s 4 pm we’re still in the parking lot waiting.
Elizabeth Bisciglia: The NP at this location had zero personality and didn't even look me in the eyes more than once. She basically charged me $100.00 to tell me that I have a cough. Thanks for nothing! I will not be back.
Morgan Harshaw: Nurse practitioner barely looked at me during the exam. Had zero personality. Told me I was fine and take some flonase and she could prescribe something for my cough. I have a had a cold for the last 6 weeks, with body aches, headaches and dizziness. For the last 2 years this has happened and turned into sinus infection. Thanks for nothing and then taking my money. Definitely will not be back. Beyond ridiculous.
Toni Mcreynolds: Saw Nurse Practioner Damia Scott. She was wonderful! Very soothing voice. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was out in about 35 minutes. Will definitely go again if need be.
Angela Dischinger: It is my opinion that the nurse practitioner at this location is in the wrong line of business. She is unfriendly and made me extremely uncomfortable during my visit. She did treat me and prescribed the correct medicine. She is obviously trained correctly, but her people skills are the worst I have ever seen in this line of work. She has no compassion for the sick and is very impolite. I will never go to this location again. If this is the type of people that the minute clinic is keeping on payroll, I will revert back to my family doctor for all further visits. I'll be advising all of my colleagues as well as my family & friends on social media in regards to this experience to ensure that they do not use this location and incur the awful demeanor that I received.
Jennifer: I was really sick and the lady was super nice to me. Made me feel comfortable and I got better in just a few days!
matt jones: I made the mistake of visiting this place for an ear infection. The new Dr. they have is the worst. She charged me $100.00 to do absolutely nothing. Here I am 14 hrs later with the same throbbing ear ache. Don't waste your time or money at this place!
Derek Crews: The Purdy woman is an idiot, they meaning both nurses have always done a fine job and taken care of my illness needs, especially when i had strep. Way to go 😁
Melanie King: I love them, I haven't been to my physician in over 5 years. I just come here :)
