Ali Ali: Manager tonight 2/10/22 at 8:27pm was trying to be funny. I asked for an item to be price matched with Amazon witch would knock off a few dollars. He was shocked I was trying to save a dollar and some change. Usually every vitamin shop I’ve been to scans the item and compares it with Amazon if it is sold and shipped by Amazon. But not this time the manager resisted a bit until I showed him the Amazon price he then said “fine take off the dollar he’s trying to save” to his worker. I told him thanks for the savings. What he fails to realise the little money he’s trying to save the company he works for won’t go in his pockets so he needs to relax and know that this company can replace him with a snap of a finger if they wanted to so don’t get to comfortable. Also he may want to read the vitamin shop price match policy.

Sie206: Not female friendly.I went here with my husband, both of us looking good vitamins for energy and a little metabolism boost. My husband got excellent service from the associate while I was not helped at all. After asking for the same type of thing my husband asked for I was told to sleep more and eat better. If it was as simple as that would any if us really need vitamins? No. The associate then told me he needed to go help another customer before he walked away to never return. Even when my husband checked out he never offered me any other assistance. I will never go back here for anything. In fact I only gave it 1 star because you have to give a rating to comment on the location.

Ghosts Of Past: This use to be our favorite Vitamin Shoppe store. However, one of the items (Vitamin Shoppe brand) we use on an every day basis has been out of stock for a few months. The product finder on the app has said it's in stock this entire time, so we've even had employees look for it. The drive there is about an hour (round trip) so saying we're not happy is an understatement.

Kurt Schilling: I've been a customer of this location for many years now. You are always greeted when you walk in and asked if you need any assistance. The store is well laid out and it is easy find things. The store also offers curbside pickup, and online ordering. The quality of the goods in the shop is high. Pricing is competitive. There is always a good variety of options.
Clear advancement: NETIA, is knowledgeable about the about the c.b.d. products are has earned my business. I no longer buy expensive inferior products from other stores because of the products and customer service at this store. It's a win,win! Thank you for caring about your customers. Daniel Riley: Terrible experience today, I have been going to this location for years, I am a playful person, and I do joke around. When the gentleman asked me how he could help me, I asked if he had the winning lottery numbers, I smiled, and he looked at me with a stone face and did not say a word. I apologized and told him that I was just joking around. . His stone face did not change, I turned and left the building without him even saying one more word. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but you just took it out on me.
Jo Ellen Henke: Went to the store on Rt 31 in greenwood. Arrived 10 minutes before closing time. We knew exactly what we would buy and the guy with the thinning hair and beard was extremely rude. Acted like we were an annoyance. When we came in we commented that he seemed annoyed but we would be fast as we knew what we wanted. He stated you have six minutes. We got out two minutes before closing time. He was rude because he had to work the last few minutes he was getting paid? His attitude is bad for business! Poor customer service. He has a job because of his customers. Obviously he thinks is doing his customers a favor. I work in customer service and appreciate my customers business or I would be out a job! He’s the only one that ever treated us that way. He obviously needs some customer service training.

Scott Baldwin: It would be very helpful if the hours shown on Google reflect the actual hours so the customers don’t waste time driving to the store when it’s closed. Even before the pandemic, the hours were curiously inconsistent with when people might need the products offered. I would recommend early morning, evening, or otherwise non-business hours. When I have actually been able to gain access to the store, the product selection is solid and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Jennifer Seeber: I woke up feeling super exhausted and under the weather so I decided to try this place. 10/10 recommend, ESP if you get Grace as your nurse. She was AMAZING. I tend to ask a lot of questions and was also interested in referring my mom and she was so kind and patient and knowledgeable it was the BEST experience. I am not uncomfortable with needles, however I know some people are. Having Grace completed eased any nervousness I had and I think she would be excellent for anyone sacred or nervous. I can’t say enough great things about this place and Grace. Again 10/10 highly recommend.

Cody Adkins: I’ve now had services twice by Vitality IV Bar, one in their physical location and once today at my home. They offer an insanely convenient mobile service that I highly recommend. The IVs were quick and painless, only took about 30 minutes. Great staff, clean space and my membership is proving to pay for itself.
