Verizon was always very prompt with putting the screen protector on my new cell....this particular location didn't even mention that I even bought it for the cell to begin with. Yeah, sure, I'm well aware of my being capable of doing it myself, that's not the point. Point is, I definitely won't be buying anything else with them again. Then I ended up having to go back because they also failed to give me any receipts since I'd paid with cash.....smh....

Patrick O'Neill: I got Verizon’s 5G Home Wifi, but the hardware wasn't marked as delivered, and when I registered the account and setup the hardware it put the account in a broken state that their backend software didn't account for (setup before confirmed delivery). After talking with 3 cx reps for an hour, we ended up canceling service, as nobody could resolve the account issue.The customer support rep sent me to this Verizon corporate store to get a shipping label (they said the label could only be physically mailed or picked up in store). After waiting for ~20min, I was told that the store cannot return, ship, or even print out a label to ship my router. I am forced to wait for a label in the mail and give me new address that I am about to move to.

Jeanice Chastain: the employee that helped me at first seemed like he wasn't trying or cared enough to help me. but not let first vibes stop you, turned out to completely opposite. he tried everything to figure a solution for me. not on just one phone but all three I had with me. he was able to help me get two out of the three, and the third one wasn't compatible. he answered every question, I felt like he was sincere and experienced. so glad I stopped in there!!
Kathy Roache: After I was told on the phone that I could return a product to the Verizon store, I get there only to be told that I couldn't return the product in store. I had to receive an email with instructions on returning the product. Total waste of time.😕😕.

I spent $300.00 for a phone that didn't activate within 24 hrs like the liar that sold it to me said it would! I went back, and the staff were rude and crude! They didn't want to be botherd! Now I have a worthless new phone that dosen't work! The owner dosen't care either or he would do something about his very unprofessional and rude staff! All he does is write nice letters to customers who have been ripped off! Lining his pockets with stolen money! They are being turned in to the Better Business Bureau, the Indiana Attorney General's Office and the Verizon Co! Something must be done about this den of thieves! This is the Verizon store in Cherry Tree Plaza on E Washington St! STAY AWAY!

Sherice v: If it weren't for a decent tech, I'd give a zero. I've had this service for 10 days and internet lasted 1 day, I've missed 5 days of work. Paying 100$ + for installation and then monthly service fee over 50$ to miss over 600$ in a work week. Not worth it. Maybe TMobil might be better.

Nettie: Xfinity/comcast has wasted my money, time, and energy, I have been a customer for years. To start off they sent me a flex box that I had not approved of, asked, or accepted, they then charge me for said equipment monthly, I call and call as they always just hang up on you after spending 30 minutes trying to get ahold of customer service. As I told them I would not drive the 30 minutes each way to return this flex box they can come pick it up because I did not ask for this or approve of it, they state that they have a pickup you can choose online, it did not work for me, so I schedule for a supervisor to call me because the person I spoke to doesn’t know how to set it up, they never do. I drive this back to the store wasting more time, money in gas and wear and tear on my vehicle, I cancel my account while returning the flex box. I get a final bill that they owe me $10.69 on 11/18/22. I start receiving messages on the daily about unreturned equipment, I have used my own router and had returned the flex box when I canceled my account. I wasted another 2 hours of my life trying to talk to someone about the “unreturned equipment” which they stated, that’s an error in the system don’t worry about it. Fast forward to sending me another final bill for $227.01 on 1/2/23 unreturned equipment, now trying to get ahold of someone they can’t find my account because it has been closed so they just hang up on me…. now I talk to a chat agent, and they can’t help me.don't make the mistake like me go with another company!

Mary O'Hara: Spoke to Jacob at The Xfinity Store after a Crazy time trying to deal with Xfinity over the phone. A Jason Isaaks had been calling me and trying to collect money. Had several calls that told me Xfinity was going to take over $2000 from my bank account. This was not true. Jacob showed me how to get hold of Corporate and not get caught up in the automated loop. Ed from Corporate got my account straightened out. So GRATEFUL to be able to work with HUMAN kindness.

Amanda Laney: My prepaid internet stinks. Xfinity customer service was rude and talked over me and would not listen to my issue. I had to get stern for the woman to be quiet long enough to listen and then she clearly wasn't because she started talking about an issue we had already resolved the previous month telling me I needed to call to be compensated for the lost days of service. I asked her 3 times about the issue I was calling about today saying I was going to miss the last 6 days of my service and how do I get compensated for THAT issue (multiple times I had to explain that I was referring to my current issue) THEN SHE GOT SMART and said "Can I talk now?" (Mind you I was just finishing my statement so she could understand bc she clearly wasn't) . Now I have to wait over a week for internet that my son needs for school and my husband for work. I told them that was unacceptable and they didn't care. She only bumped me 2 days...it's laughable and if I could afford another internet service that wasn't prepaid I would have cancelled right then and there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
P: They’ve been going up on my bill every month. They will be surprise when I cancel here in a few days I have switched to AT&T and they have a $55 lifetime price with no rental for the box or no contract and installation is free and on top of that they’re giving you $250 gift card I suggest everybody from Comcast and Xfinity to switch over to AT&T
Leslie Icenogle: Cancelled services in Jan, now Sept and they are still billing. NO COMMUNICATION, NO SYSTEMS.. They will let you sign up, but won't let you stop services!! Different story every time you call. Hmmm.

Amber Hinton: We have been trying for 3 months to get our cable buried and have been "forgotten about", marked 3 times just for comcast employee to mark job complete even though it wasn't, then finally they came out to do the job digging 2 trenches and leaving the cable exposed in three area. They then proceeded to lay bark from a tree on top in one area and a huge clod of dirt/grass over another area that someone will trip on. Highly frustrated and annoyed with service.

Max Layman: Don't go here. I went in to get a broken phone replaced and the salesperson asked for all my information to send me the new one. I waited a day or so after the expected delivery date (4 days later) to call back and ask where my phone was and found out that my order my never initially submitted. They need to train their employees on how to use a computer and actually press the submit button. I also overheard another custom asking a simple question about a phone he was buying and salesperson had no idea how to answer. These employees need some serious training.

Brett Braunecker: Scheduled an appointment for 12:00pm to have our daughter's phone looked at and checked in at 11:55am. Left a little before 1:00pm after never being seen and people walking in without an appointment and being seen before us. They basically just ignored us after we checked in. After 45 minutes another associate asked us if we'd been helped and we told them we checked in around noon and no one had helped us since. We were told we'd be seen soon and then watched as he talked to another associate who we assumed is the one who didn't bother to check his tablet for the next appointments and took a walk in. Why even have appointments if you don't even honor them? We left about 15 minutes after that still having a broken phone and never receiving assistance. What a joke and a complete waste of time. Will definitely use another Verizon store from now on.

Kelly Cook: This place is awesome! The knowledge, patience, and professionalism is unmatched with ANY cell phone store I’ve ever been to. I switched over from AT&T and it wasn’t easy with the port on AT&Ts side but working with Anthony made it bearable. He made the phone calls and was super patient and informative and in the end got everything handled for me. I’ve got to give a shout out to Connor as well because he helped with the initial order of my new phone and transferring of my account and his help was appreciated as well. Honestly I don’t understand why this store only has 3.8 stars. They’re great!

D. Hammond: I went in to return a phone as directed by Verizon online services. I was greeted by a gentleman who stated, "Umm, no, we don't do that." I proceeded to show him my email. He said, "Well, I will put you on a wait list to be helped, but I can't promise you anything. When I questioned the wait and why would I would wait if no one is able to take care of my return, his response was, "Well, not to be rude, but you are here on Black Friday." That was not my concern. My concern was waiting when he was not certain of his capabilities in helping me. He gave me a box and advised me to change my return option and go to UPS. I would advise you to seek out another store for your Verizon needs.

kzoell: Extremely disappointed in the manager at this store. His attitude from the beginning was poor and he did not want to help. I was Simply dropping an old phone in for the credit, as advised by a store associate from the same store that sold the new one to me, and the manager told me that wasn’t how things were done and that I needed to ship it in. We were told there was a wait while the manager walked around without helping anyone. The store became busy and he completely disappeared. Once I was finally helped it took 2 mins to trade the old phone in and leave.
Brian Williamson: My visit to the store was excellent! The manager, Matt, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the Verizon customer phone support is the worst! If I attempt to call the store, one of my options should be to speak with someone at the store. Instead I had to go through the Verizon Assistant, who finally transferred me to a live agent, who gave me incorrect information. Verizon customer service used to be very good, but in my opinion, is terrible. Customer service is very important to me. I have been with Verizon for 13 years. If it weren't for the network reliability, I would switch because of the experiences I have had lately.
