JustFollow Kenya (Mswhatleysworld): I went inside to find a drain cleaner. I found several on sale. Good customer service. This Lowe's is my favorite in the city. They have friendlier customer service.than the others. They also seem to have most things in stock.

I canceled the order in late March after not being contacted about the project. The company doing the installation called me 2 days later. Too late!

Patrick Bell: They never have good prices besides on wood that was pre cut and people brought back cause they didn't want it or wrong size so they sale discounted but parts wise they never have what u want in plumbing or tech the workers don't know anything about there products and try telling u what u need to do. If u do your own work or have a business don't do Lowes go to menards they always have the parts for everything alot cheaper then lowes home depot for same exact product and in the end the rebate checks r by far better then the Lowes card

D.W. Everett: I called this place to ask for hose for my sump pump. The guy on the phone said sure we have it. I gave him the size I needed and he assured me it was in stock along with a coupling to extend the length. When I get there not only could I not find it but the person I asked to help me looked for about 2 minutes and then just walked away to help someone else. I will not return to home depo again and I suggest that the 13 million people that look at my reviews don't either. What terrible customer service!!!!

Debra Wilcox: Every time I come I find every day items out of stock or no longer stocked. Example: vertical blinds & mini-blinds were out of stock on my last visit. I was told they no longer stock appliance touchup paint but have spray paint to touchup appliances. To touchup a quarter-sized chip on a fridge with spray paint that will go everywhere in the room is ridiculous. Although closest hardware store to my rentals, my first stop will be to a place I can get 80% of what I need tovavoid wasted travel time. Maybe time to sell my Lowes stock.

Lost us as customers that's for sure. My advice, lose the God-complex and honestly serve the people you're trying to sell to.The Menards down the street had great customer service. Glad we could get our appliances there instead.

No they did not have need to go to lawn and garden. Went back and finally found someone who tried to send me to tools again but another looked on phone and said they had none. So went from 10 to 0 in 15 minutes. So spent 20 min and 3 departments for information customer service could not provide. And I took my old battery witj me to make sure no misunderstanding.

Karissa Stichter: The location is relatively close to the Greenwood Mall. Generally the few times I have been in they aren't super busy, but the self checkouts take time if they are. I don't find the staff overly friendly or willing to help you out, but I typically can find what I am looking for when I go there.

The Dining Grandpa: Stopped by this afternoon, I needed a cabinet handle screw. I must say I have reached a stage in life where I can no longer see well and am short in the patience department. I’ve been here before and the staff is always helpful and today was no exception. I would have spent a lot of time trying to find that one bolt needed out of the several thousand. Thank goodness for the helpful sales clerk he knew just where to look. I would have been quite aggravated for my efforts and likely given up. If you’re looking for something you can find it here.
