Colleen Rose: I wish I had found this store sooner. I believe I was working with the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable about paints, colors, etc. I told him a Sherwin Williams color I was considering, but as a Benjamin Moore paint for my kitchen cabinets. He custom mixed it, knowing that sometimes the SW paints have too much white added in BM bases and come out lighter than the paint sample. He mixed it, showed me, and we agreed to add a touch more white. He remixes it, showed me, and made the perfect color for me. I amso grateful he took the time to make it exactly what I wanted. He talked over my project with me and gave me tips for how to prime/sand. Also this paint was so fairly priced. When I searched online what the paint would cost me, I came in thinking I would be spending a lot especially at a speciality store. His price was much lower than what I’d seen online (although the higher price would be worth it for the great customer service and knowledge I received).He also saved the custom mix for me so if I need more, we know exactly how much white to add to make it perfect again:)Again, I regret not visiting sooner and will be back for my future diy paint project needs.Also, if you’re doing kitchen cabinets, he had the specialty primers that I couldn’t find at big stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot that my research recommended and even had breakdowns out the make up of them (water vs oil, etc). I can’t recommend this place enough!

Mary Leonard: Everyday Paint and Wallpaper saved the day after I had a bad experience at a local hardware store. The hardware store said they were out of sample paint, but could sell me a quart of the paint instead of a sample. Great. I loved the “sample” they gave me. Went back to get more 2 days later. Same woman helps me and says, they’re discontinuing the paint she sold me a “sample” of. I used that quart to paint an entire wall navy. So she says sorry there’s nothing she can do and suggests I get a custom color match of the paint she sold me. I google the paint brand and no one in town sells this paint.This is where Everyday Paint and Wallpaper comes in, I called over the phone, provided the brand and color name and number of the paint I needed. 40 minutes later my paint was ready and it was AN EXACT MATCH. Also, I was expecting to pay A LOT for a custom paint color, but was pleasantly surprised by the price compared to the “sample” of paint at the hardware store. We are painting the exterior of our house this summer and you better believe I’m buying our paint from Everyday Paint and Wallpaper. Thank you!!!

We are already working with him for another project to be completed this summer.

Tom Vertacnik: I placed an order at Kohler Signature Store in Indianapolis and paid $1,300 for a Riverby top mount sink on Aug 8, 2022. It is now January 18, 2023, and I do not have my sink, nor do I have any idea of when I will get it. They have pushed out the delivery date 5 times. The sink supposedly has a ~30 day lead time. It's going on 6 months now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - no follow-up and no information provided.

James Quincy: I can't say enough good about my dealings with the associates at this store. If every store acted as they have there wouldn't be a dissatisfied customer in the country. To start if they say it's going to be there the next day...it is. If you have a problem they take care of it right away not in a few weeks even after the sale. I asked for help with tech support and they jumped thru hoops to help. Would I buy from them again...absolutely. Would I recommend them already have. My hats off to Josh and Donny for all the help.

Renee Wildermuth: I came across this store online when I was researching soaker tubs. That was my lucky day because Donnie Briggs answered the phone, and he knows most everything you will need to know or consider about tubs, and other bath/water fixtures. In the off chance he doesn't, he finds out very quickly. He can explain options clearly so that you understand them, even if you are an amateur like me. He makes great suggestions, and even knows how to install the fixtures he sells. I have called him more than once to ask questions for my plumber. I wish Donnie could be here to oversee the work. He is always very responsive and detailed. I have not experienced this kind of customer service in decades. Despite the fact that I purchased my tub and other fixtures 2 months ago, live 2.5 hours away one way and was never able to visit the store, he answers and responds to all questions in less than 24 hours...usually within minutes! I can't say enough about this type of service!

George Blumb: We initially purchased a Kohler kitchen sink, then we saw the lighted mirrors and decided to upgrade our bathroom. We worked with Mary who is very professional, knowledgeable and full of ideas that helped make it what it is today -- a modern (we had a 20+ year old) bathroom with 3 side lite mirrors, beautiful oval hand sinks with fixtures and an efficient toilet.

Eric Smith: I've been buying at this store for many years, as did my late cousin for his commercial painting and wallcovering business. I've had some excellent service and products from this store.But we're dealing with a situation right now that is distasteful enough that I feel compelled to write a review.I sent my contractor in with a piece of manmade decking to get exterior deck/porch paint mixed to match, with our intention being to use the paint on wood deck boards that are also part of the extensive deck system. My contractor, who is also a pastor at a sizable church, affirms that he properly described our need to the store employee.Unfortunately, we have now discovered --- and the store and district manager have acknowledged --- that the employee did not in fact mix porch/deck paint, but INTERIOR paint.No wonder our deck boards are sticky and every chair or ladder is pulling paint.Unfortunately, all the district manager is willing to do is replace the gallons of paint, which obviously doesn't come close to solving our problem. The store has told us that we can't simply apply the proper paint over the incorrect paint; that the improper paint would have to be sanded off. Have you ever tried to sand rough, uneven deck boards, let alone ones covered with sticky paint?I'm keeping this review objective and businesslike, even though that's not what I feel like writing.I'll simply say that I am extremely disappointed in the service we received at the store level, and even more so in the wholly-insufficient offer made by the district manager, who asserts that my contractor never said that we were painting deck boards. Really? Are we that stupid? Or are your employees just that dense and careless?If Sherwin Williams is listening, I'd welcome a new proposal about how you can get us out of this mess you caused.

Alexander Morales: I want to update this post and add some clarity, the person who was there was not helpful period. I asked for a specific color and he did not check in the system, he did nothing. He just said oh I don't have that right now. Okay, but then I asked if they had the primer and he instantly responded I don't have that primer either. No checking the system, no checking in the back, nothing.Never shopping there again, it sounds like they don't want my kind shopping there anyways.

Chris Bowling: Im a subcontractor for a leading provider of Single Family Homes for rent in Indianapolis and Sherwin Williams is the only place I get paint from. This store is my favorite for a couple reasons. Customer service is great and quick.
