Brian Taylor: Ruined my life. While he did treat and cure the Rosacea that I had back in 1999, I was unaware that the antibiotics that he had me on for close to a year would eat all the bacteria in my gut. Now there are very few foods I can eat, and I live on Imodium. This is no way to go through life. Not to mention the depression that comes with this. I have been to multiple Dr's trying to fix this situation only to find nothing can be done.

Tommie Nicole: DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! The people leaving good reviews obviously don’t know what a good doctor is. I’ve wanted to leave this review my past couple of visits but wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself. It’s gotten worse over time! He comes in the room with no greeting at all. Ask you why you’re here and immediately tells you what he “thinks” you need! Barely even examining at all. When he leaves out he acts as if he’s coming back but actually just sends a nurse in to talk to you. I asked the nurse to send him back in and he told her to tell me no!! If a patient isn’t satisfied you’d think he wouldn’t have a problem with talking to you again. Just very rude and passive aggressive.

Stock “StockGuru” Guru: I have been gathering my thoughts to stay quite or share my experience with this incompetent dr. If I could reverse everything and not going to seek help from this dermatologist I could, I should have read the reviews and go with the majority. I went to see this dr for hyperpigmentation treatment, he came in the room with a student introduced himself and so did I - he asked me a reason for my visit and I told him. He did not ask me what I have used in the past or seen any dermatologist to help with my treatment or what I have used before or what I am currently using. After I had told him what I was there for I guess he just made his ASSUMPTION what I needed and he started writing a prescription, he did not EXAMINE OR DIAGNOSE my skin, this guy stood probably 6/7 feet away from me. He did not tutor or communicate with his student the whole time, you will think he will be explaining some stuff or showing the student which never happened. Then after writing the prescription he mentioned the medication that contained Hydroquinone which I am allergic to it then I told him I was allergic to it and his response was I don’t think you are allergic to it, what made you think you are allergic? like really dude in my head? He had an attitude about that, his voice tone changed because he had to write another prescription for a different medication which he probably just guessed from his head. After all that I told him I was using CYSPERA SCIENTIS if I could mix with what he is prescribing then he raised his voice at me why didn’t I tell him that - Dude you have not ask me if I have been using any products that should be the first question to ask your patient before writing any prescription - very incompetent and disrespectful, I am surprised why he is still practicing. Then the nurse came and gave me my prescription after that I walked out the door I throw that stupid prescription on their parking lot. Just waste of time and money. I will not be going BACK !

Mocha Express: I am a physician myself, and seeing how well his office runs is aspiring. My scalp was badly damaged, and Dr. Obeime diagnosed me with efficient accuracy. He is the consummate healer. I highly recommend him.

I went to him with a discoloration on my whole face that made me feel very self conscious and depressed. I didn’t want to even show my face. He was very professional with me and knew exactly what my problem was. I seen him for approximately 4 months and I’m-proud to say my face is completely clear. There are No signs that I ever had a skin problem. Today was my last appointment unless I have another issue. Carolyn M Adams: I have been seeing the doctor for 6 months plus for what was suppose to be fungus in my finger nails. Nothing tried helped and the last medicine made the situation worse. With pain and exposure increasing, I made an 8:00 AM appointment on April 20, 2022. Dr Obeine assumed I said he did not know what he was doing (I didn't say that even though he changed his diagnosis from fungus to virus). He came in screaming at me, told me to find another doctor 3 times, and stormed out of the room while continuously talking over me. I tried to explain that if I had said he was inferior, I am woman enough to tell him to his face. I had seen his Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde performance on my 1st and 2nd visit, but I have NEVER had a "doctor" scream and hollar at me. I will find a more qualified doctor to clear up this very difficult situation from which I still suffer.

Ryan Lane: Went to Dr. Obeime for two appointments and was prescribed an antibiotic within 2 minutes of him seeing my skin and diagnosing me. He told me that my skin would clear up within a month or so, only for me to see essentially ZERO change after being on an antibiotic for more than 2 months. On my second visit for my follow up appointment, I told him I saw no change after 2 months on the antibiotics and he tried to prescribe me another antibiotic, and after I questioned him about what is the difference between the two he told me that they were basically the same antibiotic with minuscule difference. I refused to take another antibiotic and he told me in other words there is nothing he can do for me. Dr. Obeime will prescribe you medicine, which I’m sure he gets an incentive for, even though it may not treat your specific problem/areas of concern. I strongly urge everyone to AVOID him. Also, his receptionist is very short on the phone and unfriendly in person.

After another dermatologist couldn't give me a diagnosis, even though my lab results clearly showed what was wrong, he worked diligently to provide me with the answers that I needed on his own to be sure they were correct. He has always given me options on best treatments and helped my numerous skin issues. He is kind, caring and easy to talk to. He has a sense of humor which from reading the reviews are probably taken out of context. I've never heard an unkind word from him. I would send any of my family or friends to him! Alli McKeon: This was a very bad experience for me.First, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room - they were calling people who had appointments after me, before me. Then when I went back into the room the temperature was so hot, I was sweating even when I had my clothes off to do a consultation.Then, I wanted Botox but she immediately said to do Dysport instead without explaining the differences just saying “it’s basically the same”. This was extremely painful, I've gotten Botox before and it was not painful but Dysport was painful.Then the medical assistant was new there and needed help, so I listened to the staff try to coach her and it was not friendly coaching. Just all around this was a very terrible experience.

At 3:15, a different patient, who said their appointment time was at 3:15, was seen before me. I continued to wait, but by 3:30 I had to leave as it was taking far too long to just be sitting in the waiting room. Very disappointing, will go elsewhere.

A Whole Weeb (iDisapprove): The actual procedure and everything was very quick and painless. Where I take away stars is their payment system. They send you a paper bill with absolutely no option to pay online. And if you want to pay by card, you have to write all of the card info in and send that paper back by snail mail. And no, they don’t pay for postage either. You have an HSA card? We’ll be prepared to be thrust back to paying in 1998. This is 2019. Get with the times. No one owns stamps. And this bill could have been paid weeks ago if you had online payment like literally everyone else.

Hope Upchurch: I had a lipoma taken out of my arm. Dr. Booth was amazing! Danielle was awesome also. Both very caring! I would recommend if you have lipomas do not wait, come see Dr. Booth!

Michael Ross: My wife was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on her nose. Dr. Booth was very considerate of her concerns and recommended SRT treatment as opposed to mohs. The procedure was performed in the office and takes a few weeks to complete. It was fast and painless. The two radiation therapists Rachel and Sarah were excellent. They were accommodating and thoughtful. In fact, they became friends. I would recommend Dr. Booth to my best friend. Actually, my friend will be making an appointment in the near future.

Gave me a few tiny samples to try and said if I liked them to call and I could get prescriptions. That was approximately six weeks ago. I have called numerous times only to be told my chart is back with the nurses with the note and they don't know why I haven't received a response back. My follow up appointment is in two weeks. Believe me I am not going. Why should I? I haven't been able to try the medicines that were recommended for my skin breakouts. There is nothing for the doctor to follow up on.

Emily Smith: Update: I mentioned I went to a different dermatologist after my disappointing experience at IndyDerm. I am happy to say my new dermatologist was right and I am now completely acne free after being on accutane, which IndyDerm refused to prescribe and the very least didn’t take my concerns seriously.Disappointed in the “treatment” I received from the PA named Anna G. It seems for acne patients they have a one size fits all approach, and PA Anna told me my acne has to be hormonal despite medications intended for hormonal acne not working on my skin before.She seemed set in her ways and I didn’t feel she was willing to listen to my concerns. I’m so happy I immediately got a second opinion from a new derm the next day at a completely different practice because the new dermatologist said my acne is very likely not a hormonal issue, and the medicine he prescribed me is finally fixing my problem after just a couple days.Everyone on their staff seems to be “nice” and I’m sure the PA I saw is a good person - but I truly didn’t feel any confidence in the PA’s abilities to treat my problem.

Paulina Gomez: Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough. Dr. Keller and her entire team have been incredible to work with. I was referred by a friend alittle under two years ago. Dr. Keller and her staff helped me treat my pcos induced acne. We established a regime that over the course of time eradicated my acne and improved the overall condition of my skin. I then referred my boyfriend and the staff provided a treatment that fixed his ongoing issue in just ONE appointment. Fast forward to today: I woke up with a horrible facial allergic reaction. I called Dr. Keller’s team and they told me that they were booked for the day but would see if we could do a telehealth appointment. Dr. Keller stayed after closing to meet with me virtually. Within minutes of our telehealth appointment, Dr. Keller had called in my script and saved the day. I seriously cannot thank the entire team enough!! I HIGHLY recommend that you book an appointment with them!

Rachael Eliker: We have come a couple of times to this dermatologist for various reasons. The office is clean, they seem to know what they're doing, but their customer service is lacking. We have always been prompt and on time, but the time we were late, they had moved offices further down the road, accounting for our late arrival. They *claim* they have a 10 minute grace period (ironic, since I have waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by them before when taken back to a room), but when it was my word against the secretary's, they turned me away. Way to be understanding. There's nothing out of the ordinary for this dermatologist so when they asked if I wanted to reschedule, I had no problem saying no. I'll find a dermatologist who actually cares about their customers.

Kelsey Ruff: I scheduled an appointment online since I couldn’t get through by phone (and that’s what they recommend you do) and it let me choose a doctor based on my insurance. I choose the only doctor for my insurance , selected him and made the appointment. I drive all the way to Greenwood (an hour and a half drive)to get into the office for the front desk lady to tell me that that specific doctor doesn’t accept my insurance but the doctor that does is only there on Fridays…..How did nobody check my appointment it was made online five months previously to make sure it was correct??!! Someone in this office is definitely not doing their job. So, the lady at the front desk who looks to be 15 years old says she can get me in to see the doctor who accepts my insurance the following Tuesday at the same time. I call today to confirm and they have no record of that appointment being made. Save yourself the time and the gas money and go elsewhere!! 🙄

I showed up 1 minute past their 15 minute grace period, and even though I called ahead they still decided to reschedule my appointment. I was told they never heard about my call, instead of communicating with their staff they essentially called me a liar. So I'll be finding a different dermatologist.

Harvey Frye: My wife and I have been going here for several years because of excessive sun exposure in our younger years. We have had many procedures on our skin and all have been completed with the upmost care and professionalism. Janelle Tabet always gives great care and concern for our skin problems.

Lisa Robison: I saw Dr. Cassandra Sexson & she was amazing! I have a fear of needles & she calmed my nerves & the procedure went smoothly. Highly recommend her!

Karen Cocke: When i first came to this facility i was overjoyed as I finally found a physician who could help me. In hindsight i now feel there were some methods used to treat me that could have been skipped, as they wasted time and MONEY. I no longer go to this provider as they do not uphold the doctors oath. Their office manager is intolerable and rude and needs to be retrained on people and life events.

Michael Zahn: The best dermatologist I've seen. Had some skin cancer removed and you can't tell where. Or see it is on my face.

Nick Souza: Safety protocols were great. They had pens divided into clean and used pens to fill out paper work. Chairs were taped off in waiting area to keep social distancing. And everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer through out. I was seen promptly at 8am. I didn’t even get to finish filling out my paperwork. They were like a well oiled machine.I went in to have a growth looked at by Dr. Janelle. She told me what she was doing and why. Informed me of immediate diagnosis. And offered to have it removed and told me the pros and cons. I just wanted it gone. So, quicker than a nascar pit stop. I was done in less than 30 seconds. Answered all my questions and even asked if I needed anything else while I was there other than what I originally came for. Which is great because sometimes people forget their questions during an appointment because they are caught up on the original issue.Everyone was pleasant and nice. Hopefully I don’t have to see them again. But if I do. This will be my place to go in the future.

Micah Anderson: First time ever needing to see a Dermatologist. Nice facility, friendly staff, and efficient turnaround. Dr. Bohyer was very friendly and professional. Had a good first experience and will recommend others here.

Teena Stephens: I waited an hour for my appointment. When I went up to the desk they told me the doctor was running about 30 minutes behind. I don’t think it is good practice to let your patients just sit with absolutely no explanation. I could have been told upon check-in or I could have been called before my appointment. This would have saved A LOT of frustration. Your patient’s time should be considered as important as yours, the staff did NOT make me feel this way at all. Very disappointing. I will be finding a new dermatologist. Just a small courtesy would have gone a long way. I left and was never seen!

Caitlin Frank: Friendly, knowledgeable staff who actively listen to concerns and adjust when necessary. They are easy to schedule with, and prompt at responding to questions.

Brian Jones: Never actually been here. I tried. My son's doctor recommended Dr. Turchan as a pediatric dermatologist, but I'm currently going on minute 24 of waiting for someone to answer the phone. Apparently this group has so many patients, they don't need anymore.
