Indy Arms Company: what do users think?
Jo Momma: The game stop of gun stores the only thing good here is their classes
Jenny Vores: We went there to shoot our new gun that we got at the gun and knife show. We took our own ammo and that helped out on the cost a lot. So for 30 minutes, 2 people and ear protection cost was $30.00. The lady, Alice, that checked us out was very nice and helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would go back there if we are around that area again. I would recommend this place for target shooting.
L W: Prices are high, but the staff is very helpful.
Chris Johnson: First time visiting, purchased the Introduction to Handguns training corse online and came in about 20 minutes early. Greeted quickly, everyone seemed nice. Andre (spelling?) was our intructor and did an excellent job, kept us engaged and entertained throughout the 2 hour course. Would love to have Andre as an intructor again. I'll be coming back for more training.
Sammy Shupe: Took a private group lesson with Bryan today and it was perfect. I had only shot a handgun once before a few years ago in a handgun class, and was really nervous to do it again. But Bryan was so thorough with the safety lesson, technique, and instructions that I felt incredibly comfortable shooting today. He kept the lesson interesting and I feel more confident around a gun now. We will definitely come back to this range and probably take more lessons in the future!
Jacob Sears: Brian did a great job running our intro to handgun lesson. He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel confident on the range. We’ll definitely be coming back to Indy Arms Co. for our next class.
D.W. Everett: Very nice range and inexpensive as well. All the workers there are top notch and very knowledgable with all types of firearms. Nice job guys we enjoyed ourselves.
Barbara Ruggs: I had the pleasure of going to Indy Arms for the first time for training on how to use guns properly. Andre was my instructor and gave great details on how to handle and carry a weapon properly in class and then out in the range. I felt very comfortable going into the range with Andre because he was knowledgeable and left confident that I know how to properly use my pistol in the case of emergency!! One of the best instructors and will definitely come back and with my child!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND INDY ARMS!! And make sure you ask for Andre Rosa-Artis!!
De'Anna Andrew: I had such a great experience at Indy Arms Gun Range located off of Keystone Ave. It was my first time at the gun range and my gun safety and shooting instructor was phenomenal (Andre Rosa-Artis)! He was able to provide so much knowledge on guns, gun safety and actually shooting. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Andre, if you visit.
My Movers Inc Moving: Good atmosphere helpful staff
Dayton Keeylen: Have a great selection. But need to improve customer service when it comes to transfers if you not buying the gun from them the service is not the same they basically put you on hold and hold your transfer for up to 3 days or when they feel like they wanna give it to you. And when people spend they money they want they product. If I'm not on hold by the state and I go straight through there is no other reason to hold my product
Adess: I was an absolute beginner when I came in here today. The staff is really nice and Alice gave me a really helpful introduction to shooting a handgun. For any foreigners like me who would like to try a shooting range, I definitely recommend this place where you'll be warmly welcomed, helped, and assisted if needed. All that for a fair price.
Abel Gonzalez: Called about a product. They didn't have it in stock, the associate wouldn't/couldn't get me a price to order, then was called a jerk when asking to speak to a supervisor. Didn't speak to supervisor because supervisor said he'd rather not deal with the call.... Now I'm looking elsewhere to purchase.
John Cutler: This is my go to place in Indy for firearms and range time. Their prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The range is well ventilated and is set up great, they offer rifle and pistols lanes, they offer great classes to educate to public and have fun shooting events as well. Go see Mark and the staff at Indy Arms Co!!
Jose Rosado: Great place!!! It’s bought my first gun here!!!I was on vacation and I saw a special offer on Facebook and I call them and paid everything on the phone and went a few days after to pickup! They were very friendly and helpful. A week later after that I went for the range my first time and I ask if someone could help me because I’ve never shoot a gun before so the lady who gives the class to introduction to the handgun went with me to tell me everything about the range, safety rules, how to hold the gun, how to stand, how to fill the mag, basically she just gave me a handgun class there on my first time and also they let me uses a electronic ear protection so I can hear her good!! I give this place 100 ⭐️I’ll be going every month there and I recommend this place to everyone!!!!
Abby Wilson: I purchased a gun but I didn’t not have a good experience. I got a very cold welcoming, and no genuine help from one of the employees. He told me they didn’t have the gun I was inquiring about. Funny how I ended up purchasing that gun. Women should not bring their business here.
Brice Garnett: Great environment, the staff and even the customers are nice. They always lead you in the right direction and will help every step of the way, no matter how difficult or indecisive you are. They’re definitely not a shop you go into thinking “this is shady”, they will deny you if you dont do things correctly, and i love that. It gives me peace of mind knowing theyre doing things properly. Great shop and great prices! Ill definitely be back to annoy them whenever i want a new addition.
M H: Since I’ve moved to Indy I have been pretty loyal to this range, and have purchased some firearms here, but the rifle range policy has made me consider going elsewhere to shoot. I’ve only used the rifle range twice, my second time I was informed that all rifle range ammunition had to be purchased from them. I understand the business wants to minimize damage to the backstop from steel core rounds but this can easily be mitigated by a simple magnet check, what many other ranges do. Having to pay 70 dollars to use the range for an hour (they charge around 45 bucks for 50 rds of m193) is making me strongly reconsider using this range for rifles.
kevin hart: First time going to an indoor range. Took my mom so she can learn to be comfortable with firearms. She shot once and wanted to leave the range. I finished my session and came out to find my mother speaking to an employee. I didnt catch her name, but she was talking to mom to calm her down and was offering 1 on 1 time and offering suggestions to ease her in more comfortably. Also, there was a member around moms age who was super sweet. We had a great experience (other than mom being scared). This will be my go to spot. Excellent customer service.
clifton Gaddis: We came here for the Range for the first time on Saturday the staff was very helpful and the overall experience was awesome this will be our Range of choice moving forward
LC Parr: ☹️ DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP!!! They have continued to charge my card monthly after several cancellation calls and emails. I enjoyed the facility but no longer live close enough to use the membership. -No one has called back or returned my cancellation email inquires to date. The facility is great, as is the staff, but their billing practices are shady and I’ll be reporting them to BBB.

500 Guns: what do users think?
willie beamn: My girl wanted to purchase a firearm. We entered for the first time. The two gentleman greeted us. They seem very knowledgeable, very fair, and offered great advice. Although business picked up, they seem to work the room very well. Great side convo. Very sweet men. We purchased a glock and even gained a small discount. My girl now wants a DE. Hopefully we will return tomorrow. I'm confident she will be fine there without my assistance. She loves Firearms. I personally enjoy riffles so i shop elsewhere but overall this shop is notable and respected. Thanks fellas
Tisha Berry: Very nice and very helpful. I would buy from them again.
James Walker: Mr wanna be know it all rude about everything not recommended
Breanna Gannon: Little to no help. Very rude and acted like I don't need a gun and had the nerve to ask if my friend was an American citizen but did not ask me the same questions when I went in. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.
Katie Mitchell: Called them first to ask if they would have the type of gun I was looking for, very rude and dismissive on the phone, said to just come in instead of call. That's okay, so I went over there, and they still had the same disrespectful, dismissive attitude. Tried asking a few questions, and they didn't want to help. Asked if it was possible to trade in a rifle for a specific gun and they tried be snarky and asked ME if they had that gun. Just extremely unhelpful and rude. From reading the other comments, seems like it's a normal problem here.
Ama White: Horrible customer service. Literally hung up on me twice when I called to see if they had a gun I was looking for.
Donya Grays Dinson: I forgot his name buuuut every gun I looked at this man taught me about the guns and showed how I should do what I needed to, he had so much knowledge and was very patient with me, others came in the store and he had eyes like a lizard yet still had his attention on me.Great customer service and polite if I may add, I will be going backThanks guys
Greg Keutzer: Good guys, good selection of unusual/rare firearms
Live Life: They have quality.. and knowledge.. exactly what you need in the industry. Great guys and great attitudes. Will be good back. Thank you Nick..
John Atkins: I have been a customer for several years and have always had great service. They tell it straight and have never steered me wrong. I highly recommend them for first time buyers they are knowledgeable about all their products.
Jerome Prince Jr: Based on my experience and the experience of others that I've encountered this establishment runs on bigotry. Based on the location I would assume they service all demographics fairly and professionally but that is not the case.
Sam Miller: Over priced, no inventory
Emily Phelps: I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I've been to nearly every gun shop in indy and cant believe I've missed this gem until now. The ambiance is amazing and the atmosphere is laid back. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind and the prices are right. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality weapon at a good price with great customer service.
Sam Barnett: Employees acted like they didn't care to talk to me and same when I called on the phone while I was there heard them talk to everyone like they did me
Ed Gumm: I just got flat out lied to. Spoke to a guy on the phone who said he had 9mm ammo and I could get it If I got there before it was gone. When I drove all the way to speedway from the east side he told me he wouldn't sell me any 9mm ammo unless I bought a gun. Horrible customer service who lies to ppl trying to give them business. Never again!
Bill R.: Honest bunch of guys. They could have taken my money for an unnecessary service but were truthful saying I would be wasting my money.Amazing Taxidermy inside. Worth going in for a look alone. Exotic animals such as lions. Really cool place.
Preeminent Bunton: Prices are very reasonable they were knowledgeable great customer service I’ll be back
Edward Ervin: Was given good information about a riffle I was interested in buying. Also got information on which handgun to carry. I've been buying from them for over 10 years.
Jason Barnes: Called today about selling a ruger and they where very helpful and honest. I will be a customer for life after the good service and knowledge today. Thanks guys
Dan Delo: Excellent selection of revolvers
Charles Moore: Went in last week looking for a new home defense gun. Went to a few other places before. They all have good selection but 500 had the best prices and customer service. Its a cool, laid-back atmosphere and zero pressure. Purchased a Sig there and would go back again.

Indy Gun Bunker: what do users think?
Malachi Gaines: Best place to get guns. Very high knowledge staff
Matthew Ellington: Got my new gun from hear 🤫
Paul Martin: Great shop, friendly staff, lots to look at.
John Taylor: Good deals.
Allen Foland: I have bought everything from my first gun to my everyday carry have nuthing but good things to say about staff and the selection but the best part is thay let me pick there brains for more info
Drew Balfanz: Awesome family owned gun store. Employees are down to earth and are happy to joke around. Very knowledgeable and always willing to check if they can order parts if they don't have them in stock. One of the best selections in town, I've seen desert eagles, 500 magnums, mp5s, micro Draco, and all sorts of cool military surplus stuff. The younger guy is super cool too. It's my go-to spot!
Kevin Rejko: My wife and I took a firearm to have it appraised here, and the guy asked how much we wanted. My wife told him to put a number on it, and if we like it, then that's great. His response was, " in that case we pass"...Really? I mean why would the customer who is asking for an appraisal give the amt first? We came to you. The sign says " we buy sell and trade, but apparently, only part of that is true. We live in the neighborhood and we were going to spend money there if we found something we liked. I guess now, we will take all our business elsewhere. Sad chain of events. It's just sad that we have to take our business outside of our own neighborhood. We will never darken the door of this establishment ever again. We will drive out of our way to feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
Joe .Halstead: Highly recommend NOT buying a firearm or ammo here. They are at least 100$ over msrp. Their ammo is 10-15$ higher than the city wide average. Don’t go here, your pocket book will thank you later!
jeff hurley: The service in this place is straight trash. Went in today - 10/17/22. Was buying a new knife. Started asking the guy helping me questions about other things I was interested in. He acted like he was bothered about my questions. Another patriot trying to sell some boots to another guy. He was bothered by that as well. We were the only two in there at this time.. I didn’t even buy the 200 dollar knife. Just walked out… I buy a lot of guns and knives and ammo /army clothing. Will never return to this business. Save yourself some time go somewhere else…
Belinda Adams: Love this place they have lay away and the prices are pretty good
Dave Copp: Prices seemed fair had a nice selection.
jomo cole: Every time I go there they always help me and be so kind and understanding. I refuse to go anywhere else for my guns and Accessories!
Taylor Buening: Purchased a product from them took it home didnt work properly took ot back to exchange for another said they wouldnt do it had to call the manufacturer. Didnt give the time of day just wanted to push me out of store they DID for good wont go back..
trent adams: Their gunsmith is great!
Brandon Kollar: Mike has new products all the time. Ask about their product that is a parts holder to help assemble an AR.
Daniel Leath: Great place to buy your guns bought one today from there 9mm ruger security 9 and the guy that done the sale Michael was awsome and very helpful Great customer service with good prices I'll be coming back to buy more from.there
The Nak3dd Remedy LLC: The ammo was WAY overpriced. We found the same ammo I purchased there for half the price at several other places.
Sean Davis: Great gun store off of East Washington Street with a wide variety of guns, ammo, and everything you’ll need to survive in the woods for a few weeks like MRE’s and camouflage jackets!!!
360-BoneScope: Was a Good experience, i went in just to look and gather information to learn about firearms. i ended up buying my first shotgun and im happy with my purchase but i was sad to see that the Rifle selection was very low and Quite Pricey. But im glad i went and a Gentleman with a white beard (sorry i forgot your name) helped me out a ton with all my questions even when i could tell he was getting a little annoyed lol, but overall a good 1st gun shop experience. i will come in again soon but im not sure if i will get another firearm like ive wanted to due to the price markups, but maybe when the market situation comes back down i will be more thankful to go here.
Kristopher H. Bilbrey - Political Commentator: Love this place! Great prices! Great staff!
Justin Stephenson: Cool place and some great staff. Even with all the shortage and issues going on they were prompt to help and easy to spark a conversation and answer any questions. They have a lot more than firearms here as well like mil surplus, MRE, knifes and outdoor gear. Fro what looks like a very small store on the outside I was impressed with what they did have even with current shortages.

Don's Guns & Galleries Inc: what do users think?
Bonnie: Went to buy pepper spray… all the pepper spray they have is expired…They say its not thoughI literally went outside (like 20 feet from the building) and tested the one i bought and brown goo just seeped out slowly… if i was trying to protect myself I’d be DONE FOR.I went back in immediately and told them it doesnt work.. the big guy says “sorry we dont do refunds”Ladies… please go elsewhere to buy protection.. i would never come here again.. FOR ANYTHING
jun pei: シューティングレンジを利用快適屋内撮影禁止
Zach O'Caeleigh: Expensive and shoddy. These people have been overcharging in our neighborhood for years. The employees are lazy and don't know much. The shelves are half empty but they charge a 75% markup on guns and 100% on ammo. Do not visit.
Tim Medley: They have 0 inventory almost
C orey: Ridiculously overpriced! I’m surprised they haven’t gone out of business yet. Avoid at all “cost”!
Zach Akeson: i took my lovely wife, amy, to this store, as firearms are one of her passions. unfortunately, this would be the last trip to the gun store we would ever take together. the financial burden of the stores inflated prices destroyed our marriage, leaving me broken and destitute. below, is a picture of my wife.2 stars. ruined my life but the clerk was nice.
Turbo Dave Hughey: these guys know the business..but the Ammunition was WORLDY OVER PRICED. probably never sell any at $74 for 25 bullets... only Dopers and Bangers can Over $PAY that much...and thats the Deal..RIP DON, LOVED to SELL Guns but not Ammo!!
Craig Cammelot: Excellence abounds! Best of ALL...been a customer for 16 years!
Scott Budnick: They Rock The Price is Right
Albert Walgreen: Employees spent time over multiple visits to review options. Explained tight market situation for away and limited selection of firearms, but no-pressure in sales tactics. Kept trying work out a best available solutions for my needs. Uniformly polite to all customers of every ethnicity. Great shop, great employees. i can't explain the incongruity with other reviews. The selection was limited, but it is the time of COVID.
Jordan Sudduth: First and last time there today. 1 star because 0 is not an option.Taurus g2c’s for $500. LOL!Bargain Bin AR’s for $1500Springfield Hellcats for $800Chinese pocketknives for $30Magpul PMags for $60. Holy cow guys!If you know anything about anything, this is not the place to spend your money. The realistic prices, shortage or not, are as follows:Taurus G2C - $250-275 all day longBudget AR’s - $700Hellcats - $ 550-600Pocketknives - $5-10PMags - $ 12-15 all day longBut hey, spend your money however you’d like...
Dre Curt: Over priced. Dirty. Shop elsewhere.
Philip: It's nice that the range is open, and the entire shop is clean. The selection is a little on the low side because everyone is hording guns like they are toilet paper.
THIS “WTF” WORLD: NEVER GO HERE, they will take your money and claim you got on denied on your Fed check so they can charge u a restocking fee of 25% of the gun you purchase, they also don’t give you YOUR CASH back, they write u a check. That has another Fee to cash. So u lost 125$ after it’s all said and done. Don would rollover in his grave
Alexander Aguilar: always closed
Susie Cole: I love the staff at Don’s! The man who was shot in there is a gem, he is pleasant to work with and is always so helpful. I buy all of my guns from there.
Adam Lowesky: Once you know the Legacy of Don and the rich Indianapolis history of the store. It really won't bother you to pay a little extra for a firearm and get knowledge service.
Joseph Horn: Terrible selection and extemly overpriced. Anything you can buy here you can get cheaper somewhere else.
John G: For the love of God please get a better ventilation system in your "range" (shooting room). Last time my friend and I went we had about 5 guns we brought and after half an hour our lane was so smoked we could barely see or breathe. We could taste the smoke. It was really gross and it's very hazardous to your health.
Komodo Khan: Unfortunately i didnt do my research on the price of a firearm, but i purchase a Glock 41 gen 4 for $963.89 when i could have got the same gun for $780 or less. I learned my lesson on 10.27.19. Overall i love my G41aka Leon S Kennedy, but the price was not cool at all. The first & last time i will do business with this Facility. Do yall research (homework) first trust me.
Erik Giles: Unhelpful workers and way overpriced ammo

Indy Trading Post: what do users think?
Ricky Bray: Can we get a phone number for this place?
Nathan Farley: Place is permanently Closed
Chris Delaney: Permanently closed?
Joe .Halstead: It’s a cool little shop with rentals and a short range.
Leon Moffatt: I used to work there they wanted $800 for the S&W sport lol I got at grabagun for$459. Low pay $5 commission on each sale after first $1000 in sales a week. The range is terrible too.
Rich Phelan: I stopped by there yesterday (6/23/21) and a sign on the door states that they are permanently closed.
Bryan Walters: I like this place because the prices are lower than competition. Also nothing like the feel there, good vibes.
Ricky Baker: Great bunch of guys and very helpful. Clean pistol range and reasonable prices.
Jacob Wessel: Boring, overpriced, understocked.
Indy Guests: Won't answer the phone. Store opens and closes randomly. Posted hours will say one thing, you'll show up to pick up your weapon or ship during "open" hours and doors will be locked customers confused in the parking lot. Probably owned by a gun enthusiast with ZERO business skills.
Candace Martin: Says on Google they open at 11 and then on facebook they open at 10 which is it because I drove there with the anticipation to pick up my firearm even called multiple times before I went and there was no answer starting to feel like I was scammed !!!
Robert Davis: Knowledgable staff. Personal service
Allen V: Do they carry air guns?
Rebecca “Squirrel” Stover: Great people
Michael Kurtz: Good place the shelf what you need
wayne garrison: Good staff lots of help, nice range
Samuel Erwin: Weather I'm just getting information, actually shopping or just using the range. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I've recommended to several people about having work done there and plan to do so myself. I also feel they have a really nice selection of firearms and firearm accessories as well as ammo and reloading equipment.
keith pease: Went into Indy Trading Post the other day and had fantastic service. The employees were very helpful, polite, and assisted me with what I was looking for including repairing one of my firearms. They introduced me to black rifle coffee which was amazing while waited on my repairs to be complete. Inventory they had was on point. Great experience, outstanding employees, and fantastic service. Thank you!!
Chris Allison: Went in there and talk to a great associate under the name paul was super friendly and super helpful and very well knowledged on what he was doing and selling. This is the first place I think of when going to go buy a fire arm the place is very well kept and the staff are great and even if they don't have something in stick they try their hardest to get you one close to what you was looking for if not in stock If I could rats in a higher scale I would say 10/10 would recommend highly satisfied with this business
Tim Law: Went to this gun shop about a week ago because it was close to my house. I Was looking for a 410 single shot or 22 rifle. I was wanting to buy my grandson his first gun and take him Squirrel hunting down at Morgan Monroe.I was Just looking for something new that was cheap or used at a decent price in case he did not enjoy hunting I would not be out to much as I have all the firearms I need. Went into the store and just got plain ignored by the one worker in the store. They had at most seven or eight long guns for sale and about twice that amount of handguns. The selection was very poor and the store small. I ask the the gentleman working about my interest in a 22 or 410 and he stated " we have one and its the Ruger 10/22 hanging on the wall and than he walked off and ignored me. I was thinking about asking him about ordering a gun for me but as I was looking around he walked by and just blurted out "that is all we got" in a sarcastic tone and he just keep walking. I just left the store at that point. I am not sure who is leaving comments about this store having a good selection and great service but as someone who was raised in Kentucky and grew up with and around guns all my life the selection and attitude at this gun store is way below any standard I am use to. I hope this review helps someone and have a great day..
Misty Lee: The woman helping with our questions was very helpful and willing to assist in finding a requested item not available at the shop.

KS&E Sports: what do users think?
Fred Bitner: WOW! Awesome inventory. I couldn’t believe the prices. They are cheaper than anywhere I’ve seen in Indiana. That’s guns and ammunition. And cheaper than the internet when you consider shipping and transfer fees.I would check here before you go anywhere else.
chris burkhart: Nice nice when calling in. Not helpful and not even a thank you for calling. Just a click.. unprofessional.
Mark King: Best prices anywhere!
Oğuz Batmaz: Always a good price
brandy mcdowell: I called several times just to ask a question. I greeted who ever answered the phone. He didn’t speak. Once I asked my question he said no and hung up. I had a follow up question but didn’t get chance to ask it. #rude
Doug Black: They were out of bullets and didn’t have the pieces I needed
Leon Oliver: Called the store to place an order for two FN-5.7sThe call went just like this. “Hello, my name is Leon and You were recommended to me by the previous owner of law enforcement firearms. At this point I was cut off wit “I’m checking out a customer,, you’ll have to call back later. I called Cabelas.
Tyler Jones: Only open for "pickups and deliveries" but cant answer then phone have tried 4 days and cant get anyone to answer drove by seen someone sitting inside and still didnt answer the phone.
Kelvin Keene: Very rude called to ask If they had 9mm Ammunition and he hung up on me.
Devin Hunter: Had to get permission to enter. One man shop I guess it makes sense. Owner Didn't have much to say and didn't seem interested in selling me one if the few firearms he had. Over priced ammo.
Randall Roberts: I called this place looking for ammo in the man that answered the phone was real snotty and hung up on me when I asked if he had 9 mm ammo that I was looking to buy a box of so I probably would not recommend anybody go to this place
Will Partee: Don't know why they call themselves a gun store, shelves are always empty.
Daniel Colton II: Opened the door to walk in and couldn't because the barred secondary door was locked. I was asked what I wanted before the door was unlocked and I was let in; whicj was a waste of time considering the over priced and extremely limited selection.
uziel diaz: Great service ! I will buy all my stuff from them from now on ! #Supportlocalstores
Chad Heathco: Got a great deal from them on a gun and ammo. Owners are really nice guys that have a rich history of guns. I will definitely be back!!!
Michael Indy: They are basically a show up and order exactly what you want. Have model numbers/item number when you show up. Don’t bother if you are “shopping” and want to look. the prices are extremely competitive so it’s a no frills place. I will agree that if you don’t get it, they can come off rude. They are a bunch of old guys so they give off that vibe. $20 dollar transfer.
David Plunkett: Bought a Springfield shotgun there, great price....good guys to talk to if you are smart enough to listen... will go back.
Chris H: Not a huge selection. The old man is pretty knowledgeable for the most part. Inexpensive transfer fee. Cheap ammo and will cut you a nice deal if you buy bulk. I will agree that they can come off rude and racist.
Robert Benz: They literally NEVER answer the phone. Took me literally an hour of calling nonstop (back-to-back; since you can’t even leave a message) to finally speak to someone. Really ridiculous.
Okay Im reloaded: Rude if your not white
Denisha burnett: The older guys who work here are very friendly and they love to talk. They give lots of good advice. They have great deals on guns. The cheapest dealer Ive found.

Shoot Point Blank Indy North: what do users think?
Ryan Albright: Bought a Glock 43x here and it was broken when I took it apart. From what I’ve seen from other reviews it seems to be trend here.
Dominic Oshaughnessy: Very clean and modern. Most of the staff is friendly. I took the basic handgun class which was very informative. The instructor was great as well. I will sign up for more classes.
Jason Hatke: Decent selection of firearms, outrageous range pricing though.. $66 for 1 box of pistol ammo and the range time. Other ranges in the area only charge $30ish for the same thing.
Greg Czarnik: Staff was very helpful and friendly. No sales pressure, knowledgeable about handguns.
Evan Barrett: Safety class was amazing, took it before making a decision whether or not to own a firearm, and the instructor was very well-spoken and presented the information very clearly but efficiently.
Randall Franklin Jr: I love this place! Clean friendly and very helpful crew of people here. Both locations North and South are great places to shoot.
L W: Clean and very organized.
Evan Karn: Took basic handgun class with my wife. Good class, good selection of rentals. Jake did a good job of leading the class.
Dean Kruse: The salesman helped me find the right ammo for the bird hunt I am going on but he refused to sell it to me unless I gave him an email address or phone number. He started acting like I was some kind of suspicious person because I try not to give away my information for companies to sell to advertisers. It was a very strange interaction and I'm not sure i will be coming back any time soon.
Mick Murray: I received private training yesterday from Jake H. It really helped my handgun shooting accuracy. I had poor grip, trigger finger placement, and stance. In an hour, I went from my usual lower left misses to 100% in the center circle of the target. It was worth the visit. Indy North is a well run facility. The staff are very vigilant about folks that do not follow range rules and correct them. The store is well stocked.
Brian Boone: Ammunition is overpriced for what you can find online. Range is well ventilated. Staff will take care of the average shooter.
AJ Hitzeman: Good on weekdays.
Mike: Rude female manager, awkward and long wait for customer service. You have a line, use it. Don't allow customers to line jump. Clean your rental guns, get your act together. I'll go to the Avon location for now but even then, the Carmel location left a terrible impression on me. Take 15 minutes a day and clean one gun in that case. They clearly haven't been cleaned for a while.
Jeff Cole: Shoot Pomt Blank was a fine place to shoot. However, customers are now required to pay a new "range fee".It seems woke rebranding costs are being passed along to the consumer. Not cool, Range USA.
David Smith: The staff is AMAZING! The store is AMAZING! The selection is AMAZING! The range is AMAZING!
mark Im: Pretty good store/range still. (it used to be better)-The range is still very nice and most staff has been nice and helpful.-Except there is one Rude and Unfriendly employee named David that seems to get upset and angry when I asked him questions about a gun or something else. He starts raising his voice as if I offended him by asking a question.-Its pretty weird and I wont be buying anything more at this store because he always seems to be there when I visit.-Oh well, glad there are other stores around.-Also bought a brand new rifle here and the safety didnt work on it. Had to immediately send it to the manufacturer to get repaired. That doesn't exactly give confidence in my purchase.
Glenn Anderson II: Great facilitator!!!
Aiesha Williams: Jake was awesome very educational. I can’t wait to take more classes.
Eric McLain: A couple of years ago I would have given 5 stars, but things have gone down hill. Their prices on guns and ammo aren't great. Their range time prices used to be okay, but have gotten ridiculous. They have enacted some ridiculous rules for the range as well. You have to be 21 to possess a handgun on the range even though in IN you can buy a handgun private sale at 18 and get a conceal carry permit at 18. Don't you love it when businesses go above and beyond the law to infringe on your rights? What, is this Walmart? Also, the "no rapid fire" rule is enforced in a way that 2 shots within 2 seconds constitutes rapid fire... They also don't allow bird shot or buck shot on the range. How dumb is this...Also they charge $75 for FFL transfers… this should cost $25 maximum. Range USA used to care about customers, but now they value short term profit over customers (and therefore long term profit)
Scuba S: Ok experience. Not sure why you can’t used buckshot or birdshot. Only range I know of with these restrictions, even for all lead and no steel. Plenty of bays but their check in process is slow since they scan every id. If you go on the weekend be prepared to wait in line. Employees lack basic customer service skills with greeting customers and almost treat you like an inconvenience. Talk to your customers and be personable, sales 101.
Javaris Carrion: Always a good time! Love the team at Range USA!

Beech Grove Firearms Inc: what do users think?
Jeremy Mathis: Never a bad experience when I go here. I've been a customer here for 3 years and no other gun shop compares. Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any and all questions. I send everyone I know there to get what they need. And if they don't have it they will look for it for you. Pricing to me here is unbeatable. So next time you might be in the market for a new gun, ammo, accessories, or whatever firearm related it give them a try.
Captain Morgan: Very cool gun shop. Friendly staff.
Koren Davis: Looking for that one thing you can’t find !
Wes Forrester: I looked around for 15 minutes 2 employees behind the counter NEVER asked if I needed help 1 other person in store being helped by separate employee I’ve purchased 5 firearms from them in the past and I won’t be back
Kyle M: Here after 10 and not open. This is probably the fourth time. Not sure why I keep coming back to give them another chance. This is why I've gone to range usa. They also open at 10 but the doors are almost always open before then.
Steve Delaney: Good place. Many guns
Alexis: We had a great buying experience today. Michelle was excellent. Knowledgeable and made the buying process seamless start to finish. My girlfriend felt super comfortable buying her first & stayed in budget. Fully recommend.
Jay B: I’ve bought a couple hand guns and lots of ammo from them always helpful, and they’re knowledgeable so any questions you have will be answered
J: Great place to do business.
Karen Swimm: Very nice place. Lady there seems to know alot an gives good advice.
David Will: So I had a issue with getting a sight for a hellcat I just bought from them I asked what sight would mount on it and they gave me one turned out to be wrong one and had to get another one and a plate so had to swap and wait a week thats not the problem though the original sight was 299.99 and they give me the new sight and at first I seen 299.99 but when I got home it says 299.99 in pen ink and I can see the actual price is 279.99 so yall really going to rip me off for 20 bucks that's fine I will not do buisness there anymore
Cassandra Wright: The entire vibe of this place is just wrong. The attitude of everyone there is that they are doing you a favor. They don't want to do transfers and they won't sell you ammo or accessories unless you buy one of their cheap, low-end guns. Not sure why they are in business. I'm told they had built a range next to the store but that it burned to the ground under "questionable" circumstances. I recommend US Defense Solutions at County Line & SR 37.
jeff cranor: Friendly and efficient.
Erinn Weaver: There's a gunsmith that seems to always be available here, even on the weekend! A real bonus to this shop! Open til 6pm on Saturday! Very nice!!
Brandon Kollar: Garrison was very knowledgeable about building AR's.
Bishoy Thakla: Every time I've been here for an FFL transfer or to buy some ammo, I've had a pleasant experience. They have the transfer ready same day (a family member of mine had to wait 5+ days at Premier Arms in Brownsburg because of "paperwork") and have a great price. The staff are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. The shop has a small town feel to it. I'd highly recommend stopping in.
Carlie Thomas: A great place to buy gun. Good people!
silencer shack: Do not do business with this guy!! Calls the ATF on his customers transfers!! And then lies to the ATF to fit his narrative!! You will be out the gun and your money. BEWARE!!
James Franklin: Great people, good prices!!!
John G: Customer service definitely needs some improvement.
Tim Fitzpatrick: Great people. Best gunshop in town . #1

Bradis Guns: what do users think?
TAY Jones: Good people
Jimmy West: This place is a joke!!!! I went to trade with them and they low balled me so bad! It was like a bad pawn stars episode. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!
Barry Gose: Honestly- back in the day, this used to be a really good place to buy guns & Ammo - apparently they have recently undergone a change of ownership & management. So now the clientele that wait on you are extremely rude and very obnoxious and unprofessional. Thank goodness there are other places to go. I would leave zero stars if I could. - I do NOT recommend - there are other gun shops that are more customer oriented.
Steve Delaney: Best prices in the city. Nice mom and pop shop.
Jim Ferguson: I’ll just stick with Brownells
Karl Taylor: Pretty good gun shop. Worth stopping by when you can to check them out. Selection isn't currently as good as it use to be, but it's still good. Get some good stuff in every now and then. Can get you most of the stuff you'll want. Police trade-ins are good. Can probably get you any ammo you want.
Bryce Davis: Prices are a little higher than some other places but you pay for the quality. They carry good products and they'll order it if they don't have it. Usually have plenty ammo in and all staff is knowledgeable on a variety of guns.
Danny Swails: Horrible customer service
Zach Hoffman: I had an excellent experience in this store. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first purchase from a gun store, but they patiently walked me through the whole process and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
Johnnie Q Davis Jr.: Where people go that know guns.....
E Nancy Dunlap: They were very helpful in explaining and selecting a firearm for myself...I have very small hands.
gammafirebug1: I’d like to thank the staff at Bradis guns for helping me today. Not going to get into it, but my firearms were taken my IMPD. They had the info proving I owned them from many years back. And thanks to them, my rightful property was returned to me today. I explained my particular situation and they were more than happy to help.
Tom Wood: Great in every way period
Tristen Winters: Really helpful, great stock.
Fred Jacobi: My Favorite gun shop in Indy. I can't say enough good things about all of the employees here. I have never had a bad experience here in the 30 years that I have been buying guns, ammo and accessories from them.
Michael Chesnut: Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Staff was rude, obnoxious, and arrogant. Trying to find a holster for my pistol. No help from staff and when finally one asked if I had the gun with me I took my unloaded weapon out and was asked to leave. That’s fine, highest prices I have ever seen. They will not ever get a dime of my money and I will never go back!
William Blankenship: It would appear that the vast majority of negative reviews wouldn’t be able to survive a day outside a city if they require someone up their butt the entire time they shop. It’s a gun store. This is the only place my wife and I go to. Every time has been the same excellent experience. We go in, look around, and if we have a question we just ask and the staff answers. A truly marvel idea, I know.
Lion’s Share: Great place to buy a gun great place to get a deal on a gun very knowledgeable people and they treat everybody the same. I will always buy my guns from Bradis Guns!!!
David Garrett: I love these guys I've been going there since I was a kid with pops and always had guns at reasonable prices
Porsche Bancroft: Worst place to deal with can’t buy a gun with all documentation and money because they can’t handle constructive criticism!!! Have money in hand and filled out all documents and the rude all managers wanted to ban me 🤣
Bpclay: Probably my favorite gun store. Their prices are as low as they get… Glocks at MAP pricing, hks cheaper than anywhere online. Just got some 9mm there for pre covid prices. Friendly staff, no complaints. They’re an hour away from me but I swing in every time I’m anywhere close by

Pinnacle Firearms: what do users think?
Robert Rodriguez: Customer service is AWESOME. Love the opinions and suggestions. And honesty
Daniel Reynaud: Just had to leave a review about how awesome Ethan and the rest of the staff are here at Pinnacle. Ethan was very informative with us and was very friendly throughout the whole process. At the end of the day I left with 2 new handguns at an awesome price and couldn't be happier. Can't wait to see them again!
Christopher Burdick: Prices are the highest in town!!!! Don’t believe the “we pay more” statement. Everyone in the industry knows how much dealers pay for Glocks. $100-$200 over msrp on items. Shop around. Staff is .
Zachary VanNess: Summary: Front sight has been replaced, which was the main goal. Unfortunately, I had to buy two and I was charged double from the original quote for the replacement. Background: I believe I am a fair and understanding person and I wanted to share my experience at Pinnacle Firearms. I went in the shop looking to get a front sight replaced on my Ruger SR1911, it broke randomly while shooting. Now, I have completed 2 full assembly AR builds, and I am familiar with basic gunsmithing. I did attempt to change the front sight myself but ended up breaking the sight I originally bought, so I looked for a professional.I arrived at Pinnacle and found the gentleman I first met to be slightly bothered by my questions but warmed up fairly quickly. I asked if they would be able to help me replace the front sight, and he said it was not a problem. He mentioned they “normally just charge $30 for that”. I asked if they had any front sights in stock, and they did not. He recommended I order the sight because I would avoid any extra markups if they ordered (I appreciate that honesty). There are a handful of options for 1911 front sights, and he said “any novak sight will work”.I ordered a $60 novak sight and brought it back to them. He went to the back to start and I left the shop to return in a couple hours. I decided to leave my gun bag with him to keep everything together; I keep my 1911 and two magazines together (8 round and 7 round). When I came back, he said there ended up being some challenges because the novak sight I had bought was actually a low-profile novak when looking at the fine print. Remember, he stated “any novak sight will work”. He ended up trimming the sight and jamming it into the groove (pictures provided). Because of the extra time spent it was $60 now, and he acknowledged it was higher than the original $30. He stated he “stands behind his work” and if the sight didn’t work, he would fix it without charging me again. I reluctantly paid and brought the gun home.Once home, I held the gun and inspected the sight. When I touched it, the sight wiggled and with little force I was able to slide the sight out of the groove; not good. From the pictures, you can see the sight was now damaged and I could not return it and you can see gaps all around the sight. At this point, I just want a sight that works! So, I ordered a new $60 sight that was from a SR1911 website and emailed the company to confirm. The sight arrived and I went back to Pinnacle. The gentlemen recognized me and went to work putting the, now correct, sight on the gun. After some time, he finishes and now it will work great (pictures of final sight included). So, if you’ve kept a tally, I bought a $60 sight that was damaged, paid $60 for the repair, and bought a second sight for $60. $180 at the end is a lot more than $90 (one sight and install). Now, I can recognize that 1911 front sights are not as common of a repair, and they seem to do a lot of AK gunsmithing. I can also recognize that there is human error, but this seemed like a cluster for an easy repair. I don’t plan to return, and I urge you to research what you need before visiting. They did have high quality guns for sale, so if you want to buy a gun I believe they carry nice product. If you have an AK to repair, I would bet they do a good job. But my experience was not what I would’ve hoped.
Mark Michael: Fantastic public restroom, have never bought a gun there. Staff is handsome
Vince Semona: Support local business. These guys are very knowledgeable and it is a great great place to do business.
Matthew Rohrs: Great experience today with the team at Pinnacle. They helped me sort out a bunch of questions about muzzleloading. I really appreciated their expertise and generosity, and I will be back.
Tyler Jardina: Great staff, fair prices, and quick service. The owner is extremely understanding and nice to work with!
Andrew White: Awesome gunsmithing. They fixed my Marlin's extraction issue quickly and cheaply.
Trevor W.: PAWN SHOP, The clown tried to tell me my brand new never fired m3000 stoeger only 150 $ and same fir my ar15 scam ! Then he said it will take 2 hours to clean my ar, takes 2 minutes to break it down , thieves, clowns, take your business to point blank
Chris Green: they do great work though their pricing is a little on the higher end. my only beef is that any time i call or even go in i get treated like an inconvenience.
Charles Koeppen: My first trip to this store I ended up walking out with a beautiful hand forged knife for a gift… and thus began loyalty. I had a few projects and one that required gunsmithing work. I found their staff to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up transferring and purchasing a couple firearms, completing everything necessary for class III items, and even had cerakote work done in a short amount of time. Work was excellent, prices were fair, and timelines were met. All in all great shop!
Shane Kent: I bought a “drop in” hand guard that really needed a lot of work to fit my rifle. Pinnacle offered me a great price and went above and beyond. There is no wobble in the hand guard and it looks amazing. They stand behind their work and even cleaned my rifle. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that really care about their customers. Highly recommend.
John Fenchak: Highly recommend. I thought I had a sight issue with my 9mm and called 5 other gun shops, looking for a possible repair/ replacement. Pinnacle was the only one to get back to me. I went in and explained what was happening and Ethan talked me through the possible issue. They kept the gun overnight to test fire at the range and diagnose. I got a call a day later explaining the gun was fine and it was probably the way I was pulling the trigger. Ethan said to come on in and he would explain more. When I got there he showed me the target, to show the gun wasn't the issue, and ask to see how I was holding it. From there he was able to coach me on a better way and offered training services if I wanted them. He even cleaned the gun, since the "repair" didn't take a full hour. Super polite and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Best money I have spent, way cheaper to fix my trigger pull than repair parts on a 40 year old gun. I will definitely come back for any more repairs or issues. Again, highly recommend Ethan and Pinnacle Firearms.
Brandon Kollar: They were the only shop in town that would weld a piece back together on a old over-under shotgun. It helped the value of the firearm tremendously.
Dario Carrelli: They didn’t have what I was looking but a fine selection of weapons and accessories.
Austin Oliver: First time visiting Pinnacle Firearms yesterday and I’ll definitely be back. Most other firearms stores that I’ve been to have a certain attitude that’s isn’t always welcoming, this is not at all the case at Pinnacle. Super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable guys, you can tell they genuinely love what they do.
jeff thompson: If you enjoy overpaying for ammo, guns, gun work etc this is your place! They’ll bend you over the table and they don’t care. Shop around people!
Steve Leffel: I've had three firearms cerakoted here and they have turned out amazing. I've also had some older firearms fixed. I have bought, traded, and consigned rifles, shotguns, and pistols. ALL of those transactions have gone smoothly and with great support. We've had a couple of cases of miscommunication on projects and they have consistently erred on my side and made it right. 10 stars.I'm laughing at these reviews complaining about pricing during a pandemic, supply chain issues, and panic buying. Get over it.
Art Barkley: I have had nothing but great experiences with the people at Pinnacle Firearms. I had a problem with a new rifle (not purchased from Pinnacle) and took it to the gunsmith at Pinnacle. He was able to set everything right in a matter of a few minutes, showed me what the problem was and fixed it while I waited. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me good advice on several different topics of interest.
Johnny Stone: I had damaged screw on my Glock 40 red dot plate that I was unable to unscrew.Called Pinnacle Firearms and I was told to bring it in.There were 2 people working in there.I do not know the name of the person who took care of it,but he did it in no time and was super helpful and friendly.
