Trey williams: This place gives a Wendy's a bad name as well as humans. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I have been ordering here for years placing my order online for pick up never once has it ever been ready upon entering the facility I have always had to wait in excess of 20 minutes. What is the point of placing an online order? These people could care less about their jobs they are extremely ghetto and have no home training. DO BETTER !Half the time lobby is closed because they don't want to work . The other half they just don't wanna work plain and simple .

I ordered on door dash and got the order. I live next door and literally watched people get food after me. I have eaten here 4-5 times a week for the last year since i moved to indy and have never done anything to be treated this way. I literally dont understand. I Will never be back or eat at a wendys ever again.
Nathan Bell: I waited for 30 minutes to order and at 9:55 i pulled up to put my order in. No one asked me for my order for 10 minutes and when they finally started talking they said “im sorry for the wait, but we are now closed” 10:05 on a Thursday night I was told they are closed. This is 1 hour 55 minutes before closing. And even if they closed at 10 which they dont i was there waiting to order before 10.

JAKE TENNENHOUSE: I work close by, so I tried to order lunch here with a scheduled ahead mobile pickup order thru the official app. After waiting 22 minutes past my scheduled time, using up almost all of my 30 min lunch, the manager told me "I don't have your order, please leave". Upon showing him the reciept on my phone, through his stuttering and stammering I could eventually make out that he was telling me the only way to get my money back was to wait 55+ min on an automated call to Corporate and that they wouldn't make the order again. Now using the last mins of my lunch to angrily type this review and not eating for the remainder of the day. Not epic

brianna bottema: I ordered a chili cheese baked potato, they gave me 3 beans and 2 chunks of meat and a big handful of the wrong cheese. It's supposed to have cheese sauce and more chili. It was so old and dry it wasn't edible. Wasted 10$ in gas and 4$ on trash.

Scotty Jett: The service in the drive-thru is awful. Hopefully, the staff will learn how to maintain eye contact while being polite. Slamming of the window when I asked for a drink carrier is not cool. I was ignored while I sat at the first window waiting for the mobile order to be confirmed. Catherine Burdine: This isn’t rocket science, but you would think it is from how difficult the workers seem to find accurately performing their jobs. When the representative was taking my order in the drive thru, I might as well have been speaking French, because she didn’t seem to comprehend a word I was saying. And, now that I’ve arrived home, I see that my cheeseburger has been topped with a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise and nothing else. No lettuce or tomatoes, just enough mayonnaise to fill a twelve ounce jar. I can’t even be upset, the punishment fits the crime — this is exactly what I get for visiting a Wendy’s.

If I want a dry burger I’ll order one. I asked for extra to account for the lack that should be there in the first place and still had to drive back.
