Ferguson Facilities Supply: what do users think?
John: Fast recieving dept. Was only in dock for couple minutes 0700 / 29 March
Tyrone BArnett: Outstanding
Karissa Warren: We need dedicated employees to fill our loading positions...log on to our website to apply... 4220 saguaro trail Indianapolis IN
Jason CORNEL: Great place. Started a Remodel project for a new shipping office and the employees all were very nice and helpful.
Sleeper Hurdaaye: Don't take left on Saguaro as your GPS tells you, it's a NO TRUCK Zone! Take the second left after the railroad crossing into the receiving department. Nice people, fast unloading. Eventhough I managed to find a tight spot to sleep for the night, you'll probably NOT get an overnight parking.
Dedwarmo: This is the HP Products division of Ferguson.
Robert Hutchison: They were a big help with helping me with my product needs.
Patrice Godjo: A wonderful place to work.
subaruworld: Veronica is the best! Ferguson had some issues with a software update that didn't go as planned. Orders were slow. That has been rectified now it's business as usual!
Nino Brown: This place is quick and professional. Mr Bill Jones was very polite and swift. The employees at check in were also polite and made this delivery very enjoyable. Thanks. I’d come back anytime. Great job.
Keith Bradbury: Double-charged, order on hold without explanation, cannot get any response as to what is going on with our order. And this is not the first time I've had to CHASE them to get our order which they happily charged to our credit card.UPDATE: still ongoing; driver delivered one part of our order and said the company is COMPLETELY mismanaged since Ferguson took over. They don't know what they are doing.UPDATE #2: took our business elsewhere. And they are cheaper. FlexPac is now supplying us. We even had to go so far as dispute credit card charges because HP would not refund us for what they never delivered.
H: Hp product is very bad service they don’t care live unload driver that’s my first and last time to come here for delivery unloader is too slow avoid this company if u can very slow 5hrs to unload no respect to driver they don’t care ur ELD spend 10hrs break
Ryan Beer: 11.7.19,,, update,,, same, sams,, great place,, very tight area to maneuver,,, 10.22.18., nice people, delivered , from drive in to drive out,, 45 minutes,,, it is a tight area for a 53' trailer and large tractor,,, get 3 or 4 trucks that size in there and its a chess game... Great job
T & M: Nice People here and unloaded within 2 hours... But this lot is super small and crowded !
Greg Cross: People seemed professional. Receiving hours 0700-1300. Very tight yard and dock area.
kzoell: I had a rush order that was sent in. I received an email stating they were unable to process my order, without an explanation as to why. I asked for the supervisor, emailed, called, and left voicemails and never received anything back. I do not recommend using this company. Awful customer service.
Philip Frank: Very slow unloading a truck.
Beatle Love: The will call team is the best. Thanks for the quick service.
Isac Thorn: Slow unloading at the dock. Unattentive customer service. Be prepared to wait.
Erin Kelly: Updated: the lady was very nice and helpful from the start. Unfortunately wasn't told about a holding fee and was really upset that I was charged so much money. Money was returned after a few days and got my products not long after.

Acorn Distributors, Inc.: what do users think?
tom hier: Asaruck driver in the city some places can be difficult. Acorn is not. Yes the docks are kind of tight and you have to slide em if you are at the downhill docks but, Juan and miguel are always great to deal with. The will unload you as well which is great..
Thomas Wilson: I guess rookies can't back up. It was easy for me. 42 years I've seen 10 times worse places. If ya can't back up and you complain then quit driving an do something else
Harvir Singh: If you are a owner operator stay away from this place . Very tight space to back u will almost break your trailer door if not careful 😉Two stars for employees very nice !!!
Jenna Spurrier: Locally owned and operated business that provides EVERY restaurant supply but the food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Employees seem very happy there, too.
Ashanti Waters: Not good
Minymouse Huerta: Always great service! And great products!
Anazco Aanz: This company is so tight to deliver a load or even to pick up a load from here so guys be careful while backing out of the trailer the dock is in downhill in a very bad downhill so be careful a lot.And for the new drivers do not trust yourself a lot
Johney: Truckers.. no overnight parking even if you have 8 am delivery. they asked me to move out at 11.30 pm and threatened to call the police if I don’t. They don’t appreciate drivers and their struggles. Receiving dock is the worst one I ever seen. You can’t back up without damaging trailer skirts.
Bek Orziev: Very tight and uncomfortable for trucks
Michael Swearingin: Always pleasant and helpful! Great people and products!!
Nemanja Petrovic: Friendly people, but whoever designed the whole place, hated truckers. Never gonna come back, this facility goes on my black list
jon mccormick: Need to redo receiving docks somewhat since the angle is excessive enough to damage trailer skirts. Could drop some wood or steel 4"-8" ramps in the pits to help lift the skirt. Not enough room in front either so you damage the skirt sideways. Do to the decline you want the tandems to the rear also.
William Ruting: Drivers be aware, took over four hours to unload and there’s a lumper fee to get unloaded.
