Elaine Cook: This is day 2 of No service. I got this phone to be able to stay in contact with my sisters hospice care team. I have missed 6 calls from doctors and nurses. I cant reach anyone due to is both being on this network. This is going beyond a minor inconvenience it is now putting the lives of some customers in danger. I will be changing carriers ASAP

Julie Brandeberry: this is my second metro pcs store that i have went to today & both of them say open on google maps but then i get there & they're closed until 10. im having problems paying my bill on my app or reaching anyone at customer service to help with this so i might be considering on moving back to at&t because there is always someone who can help. all due to this problem my boyfriend's phone has been shut off. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!
