Sara Williams: Do not order anything off online. The stores refuse to replace anything damaged or defective and the online store sends items already worn! Ordered $200 sorel snow boots and there’s gum on the shoelaces, scuffs everywhere and they smell like dirty feet. Store refuses to help at all. Online will not even let you exchange they make you send old ones back, don’t give a refund for over 15 business days and then expect you to pay for the replacement before receiving a refund on the product you were sent that was damaged. Worst customer service ever!!!

G M: I was sent an email advertising 25% off. Well when you scroll through the “excluded” list it’s every designer Saks sales. In other words it’s useless. When I spoke with a customer service representative they could not name one single brand that the code can be used for except for the Saks Brand. So misleading. Will not shop there again

Crystal Little: I went into Saks 5th Avenue yesterday and I was truly in disgusted with the employes that it a sour taste in my mouth. They was very hesitant to help me because I didnt have the class of dress code that used to seeing. That was strike one in book. Then after walking around store for a little bit I finally got attention for someone to help me. I asked the employee that I needed for particular colngn for my boyfriend. She find the cologne that I wanted. Then, I asked do accept military discount then she stated "No". I was highly offended on she said to me. Because I am disabled vet I sacrifice myself for this country so not be a dictatorship I can't get a military discount. I I told the employee I was floored in this disbelief. She stated that All the Saks Fifth Avenue doesn't say any type of military discounts. I stated to her I never come to this store again.

Damani Shannon: So I enjoy going to Akira in Castleton because the vibe is very energetic. When you come in everyone speaks to you and immediately tries to give you some form of assistance. The stylist are all very friendly and immediately try to pull items for you and get you into a dressing room. I have been to the Greenwood location a total of 3 times in the past month and the atmosphere in this location is completely different. Not once every time I’ve come in has an employee spoke to me or asked if I needed any form of assistance. Spending money or not I feel like my money does not matter at this particular location. I look around and I see a good mix of ethnicities in the store in terms of customers, but all white employees. Not the problem. How this location chooses to hire employees is not my issue. But when I look up and I see all the white employees helping white customers and none of the people of color that’s an issue for me. The level of customer service experience in the current set of employees in this location is very much lacking. Every customer that comes into a location should feel like their money matters. And although this location has great pieces, it’s almost like you have to find them yourself because the general style of the stylist and listening to them help the few customers they are helping is almost scary to think about. And when these issues are brought to the attention of an employee manager or not, it’s all excuses on why things are the way they are in this store and why customers of color feel like this and continue to go where their money feels appreciated. I appreciate the one guy telling me he liked my outfit while I was in the store, but following up with “anything I can help you find today” would’ve also been appropriate. Let this be the first real review this store has received and let this be a wake up call. It’s 2022. Don’t work in customer services if your intention is not to serve every customer that comes through your doors.

I feel like they have all the clothes I usually buy online, but they're actually good quality and I can try it on! Everything is really unique and the staff are the sweetest people. Josh was so extremely helpful and brought me multiple outfits I would have never found for myself but made me feel so good! I'm also plus size and they actually had fashionable clothes in my size which is hard to find. I will definitely be back!

The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

Greg: I was disappointed at the policy on their products and the quality. I received a wallet from Burberry as a present from my family. Anyways, I noticed that the wallet was coming apart after being used over a year. I went to the store to see what they can do, I still had the receipt. The store couldn’t do anything but send it in for repairs. 4 weeks later, I received a call saying that it would cost $125 to re-stitch the wallet. I found this price to be a little high considering the amount of money the person spent on this wallet for me in the first place. The lady at the store was completely nice and professional but there was nothing she could do for me. I would think that a place like Burberry would stand by their products, but in the end, I was left feeling disappointed.
